misplaced medication

We join you in prayer in this moment of urgency and need, and we thank you for coming to the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 we are reminded there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We are grateful you prayed in His precious name.
We understand how distressing it is to misplace medication that you depend on for your breathing, and how anxiety can quickly rise when you are not sure if there is another inhaler left. We want you to know that our Father cares about even the smallest details of our lives and He invites us to bring every care to Him. We cast all our worries on Him because He cares for us as 1 Peter 5:7 teaches, and we are told in Philippians 4:6-7 not to be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We also take comfort that nothing is hidden from His sight and He is our ever present help. Jesus taught us to ask and it will be given to us, seek and we will find, knock and it will be opened to us in Matthew 7:7. Even when we feel flustered, He sees where what is lost has been placed and He can guide our steps and calm our hearts.
We pray together for you now.
Father, in the name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of our dear one in need. You know the worry about this misplaced inhaler and the need for clear breathing. Lord, You formed our lungs and You sustain every breath, and we ask for Your mercy and help right now. Guide eyes and hands to find the other inhaler quickly if it is still there, or make clear what the next step should be. Grant peace to calm an anxious heart and steady breathing, and give wisdom to retrace steps and search diligently. We ask that You provide for this need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:19, and that You would guard health and keep from distress. Help us to trust You in all things and to remember that our help comes from You who made heaven and earth as Psalm 121:2 declares. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, amen.
We encourage you to take a deep slow breath and pray as you calmly retrace where you last used or stored the inhaler, checking pockets, bags, bedside areas, bathroom cabinets and any place it may have been set down. If you share your home, ask others to help you look with fresh eyes. If the inhaler cannot be found soon, please contact your pharmacist or doctor promptly to discuss a replacement, for God also provides help through those He has given wisdom to care for our bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit. We will continue to pray that the Lord will lead you directly to it and grant you peace and easy breathing as you trust Him.

We hear how worrying this is to not be able to find your inhaler and not be sure if you have another one. That urgent, unsettled feeling makes sense and we are praying with you right now.
It can help to pause for a moment to ask the Lord for peace and clear thinking while you search. Try retracing your steps calmly and slowly, checking the places it most often turns up, pockets, bags, bedside table, bathroom counter, kitchen counter, car, and between couch cushions. Sometimes asking someone nearby to help look with fresh eyes makes it easier to spot.
Since this is medication you may need quickly, please also reach out soon to your pharmacist or doctor's office if you cannot find it. They can advise you on next steps to make sure you have what you need, alongside prayer not instead of it. And when you do find it, choosing one consistent spot to keep it can help for next time.
Father, we bring this need to You in Jesus' name. Please calm fear and help our friend find the inhaler if it is still there, or provide a way to get what is needed without delay. Give wisdom for the next step and Your peace in the waiting. We trust You to care for every detail. Amen.
