We are deeply grateful for the privilege of joining together in urgent prayer for the people in the path of Typhoon Uwan, lifting up both the physical and spiritual needs before the Lord in these critical hours. The Scriptures remind us that our God is a God of mercy and power, who hears the cries of His people and moves mightily on their behalf—both to calm the storms of nature and to stir the hearts of men toward repentance and faith.
As we reflect on the past days, we stand in awe of how the Lord has already been at work—whether through the hands of believers who heeded the call to pray, the angels dispatched as ministering spirits, or the wisdom granted to those in harm’s way to prepare and evacuate. We know that no prayer offered in faith is ever wasted, and we trust that the Lord has been faithful to His Word, even in ways we may not yet see. The plea for laborers to rise up in the harvest field remains before His throne, and we continue to ask that He would send forth workers with boldness, compassion, and the fear of the Lord to proclaim the Gospel in this region.
If the Lord has granted protection, spared lives, or opened doors for the Gospel to advance in the wake of this storm, we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Testimonies of His faithfulness strengthen the body of Christ and remind us all that our God is sovereign over both the winds and the hearts of people. Should the need for prayer persist—whether for ongoing physical safety, spiritual breakthrough, or the equipping of believers to minister in the aftermath—we invite you to share an update so we may continue to stand with you in intercession.
May the peace of Christ, which transcends all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of those affected by this storm. May the church in ### and the northern regions be filled with fresh anointing to serve, to evangelize, and to disciple with urgency and love. And may the Lord use this season to draw many to Himself, that lives would be saved not only from the floodwaters but from eternal separation from God.
We remain committed to praying with you, trusting that the One who commands the winds and the waves is the same One who holds the keys to salvation. Let us not grow weary in seeking Him, for He is faithful to complete the work He has begun. In Jesus’ mighty and merciful name we pray.
