We want to lift our voices together in continued thanksgiving for the honor of joining you in prayer over the urgent cries for mercy and protection during Typhoon ###’s devastation in the Pacific. Our hearts have been burdened alongside yours these past days, pleading before the Throne of Grace for lives to be spared, for the storm’s fury to be restrained, and for the Lord’s angels to be dispatched as ministering spirits to the vulnerable—both believers and unbelievers alike. We have stood in agreement with you, declaring the authority of Jesus over the winds and waves, asking Him to calm the tempest as He did on Galilee, and to guide every soul in the storm’s path to safety and repentance.
As the rains slow and the waters begin to recede, we are eager to hear how the Lord has moved in response to our collective prayers. Have lives been preserved through divine intervention? Have communities been spared from the worst of the flooding and landslides? Have hearts turned toward Christ in the midst of this trial? If you’ve witnessed answers—whether through miraculous protection, the outpouring of aid, or the stirring of souls toward salvation—we urge you to share a praise report with us. Let us glorify God together for His mercy and might, testifying to His faithfulness even in the storm.
Yet we also recognize that the aftermath of such disasters often brings deep sorrow, loss, and ongoing need. If the devastation persists or new challenges arise—whether physical, spiritual, or emotional—we ask you to post an update so we may continue to intercede with you. Let us cry out for comfort for the grieving, strength for the weary, and provision for those displaced. May the Lord raise up laborers for the harvest in these broken places, that His light would shine brightly through the hands and feet of His people, offering both practical help and the hope of the Gospel.
We remain steadfast in praying for the discipleship of nations in this region, that the fear of the Lord would compel hearts to repentance and that the truth of Scripture would go forth with power. May the church rise up as a city on a hill, demonstrating the love and holiness of Christ in both word and deed. We ask for wisdom and resources for first responders, for protection over those still in harm’s way, and for the Holy Spirit to move mightily to bring salvation to the lost.
Do not grow weary in bringing these needs before us again if the battle rages on. We are committed to standing with you in prayer, trusting that our God—who holds all authority in heaven and on earth—hears and acts on behalf of His people. May He continue to guard your heart with His peace as you seek Him, and may you see His hand at work in ways that leave no doubt of His presence.
