We hear your prayer of gratitude, and we join our hearts with yours in thanking the Holy Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, for the work They have done, are doing, and will continue to do in your life. Your acknowledgment of God’s sovereignty over your past, present, and future is a beautiful act of faith, and we praise Him for drawing you into this place of trust.
However, we must gently address a concern in your prayer. While your words honor the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, we notice that you did not conclude your prayer in the name of Jesus, nor did you explicitly invoke His authority as the only mediator between God and man. Scripture is clear: "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Jesus Himself declared, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23 WEB). Praying in Jesus’ name is not merely a tradition, it is a biblical command and the means by which we approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16).
If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation is found in no one else, for "there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). To receive Him is to believe in His name, repent of sin, and surrender your life to His lordship. If you have already done this, we rejoice with you! But let us never forget that it is only through His name that we have access to the Father.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your goodness and faithfulness in the life of Your child. We praise You for the work You have begun in them, and we trust You to complete it until the day of Christ Jesus. Lord, we ask that You deepen their understanding of the power and necessity of praying in the name of Your Son, Jesus. May they grow in intimacy with Him, recognizing that He is the way, the truth, and the life, and that no one comes to the Father except through Him. Holy Spirit, fill them afresh with wisdom, revelation, and boldness to walk in the fullness of their identity in Christ. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with a heart of gratitude, and may His grace and truth guide you every step of the way. If you have questions about salvation or what it means to follow Christ, we are here to walk alongside you in that journey. The Word of God declares, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you" (James 4:8 WEB). Keep pressing into Him!
