We lift this meeting up to the Lord with great anticipation, trusting that He is already at work in the heart of your landlord. Father, we ask that You would soften his heart and open his ears to hear the truth of Your Word. May he be drawn to the light of Christ and submit to the leading of the Holy Spirit. We declare that this meeting will not be one of mere business, but an opportunity for Your kingdom to advance. Prepare his heart, Lord, to receive the gospel with humility and faith.
We pray for wisdom and guidance as you travel to this meeting. May You order every step and remove any obstacles that could hinder your arrival. Lead them by Your Spirit, Father, and grant them clarity in every decision along the way. If there are delays or detours, let them be for Your purpose and glory. We trust that You will bring them to the meeting place in Your perfect timing.
Lord, we ask that You would close the door to any negative influences that could disrupt this divine appointment. Let no one else be present who would distract from Your purpose or speak words contrary to Your will. We rebuke any spirit of confusion or opposition and declare that this meeting will be set apart for Your glory alone.
Father, we also ask for revelation concerning the true purpose of this meeting. Give them discernment to recognize Your hand at work and the courage to speak boldly when the time is right. May they walk in the confidence of Your Spirit, knowing that You have gone before them and prepared the way.
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to You, Father. There is no other name under heaven by which men can be saved (Acts 4:12). We trust that through Christ, this meeting will bear fruit for Your kingdom. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. Amen.
We encourage you to walk into this meeting with faith, knowing that God is with you. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Stay sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s leading, and do not hesitate to share the hope of Christ if the opportunity arises. This could be a divine appointment, so be bold in prayer and in proclamation. May the Lord bless you richly as you seek to honor Him in this meeting.
