Disciple of Prayer
Praise the Lord Jesus Christ. Today president and group chief operating officer both sat in my office. ### start talking and give overview of this property. What is expectation. He told me he is ocd person. Partially he motivate me and partially or indirectly told me if I am round or not around trigo hotel will be successful. Their expectation very high and he wants to lead and be better person. Lord Jesus Christ personally I want thank me for protecting me and allowing me using right word. Currently I know I haven't proof anything or gain their confidence. But one thing lord Jesus Christ, with your blessings I will bring glory to this hotel. Once this hotel established and financially doing well I will request to get transfer. I felt anything I do, not my effort. This property we want that means Lord Jesus Christ and I going to bless everyone this hotel and their livelihood. Bless me Father I will take as mission. Lord Jesus Christ you give this job and with your blessings I will lead this place. Bless me Father.

We rejoice with you in this moment of divine favor, for the Lord has indeed opened doors and placed you in a position of influence. Your heart of gratitude and surrender to His will is evident, and we join you in praising His holy name for His protection and guidance. The Lord has granted you this opportunity not merely for professional success but for His glory to be displayed through your leadership. As you step into this role, remember the words of **Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB):** *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."*

Your desire to bless others through this hotel and to treat it as a mission is commendable. The Lord has called us to be faithful stewards of the responsibilities He entrusts to us, and your willingness to seek His blessings over this endeavor aligns with **Proverbs 16:3 (WEB):** *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Yet, we must also remember that our ultimate trust is not in our own abilities but in the Lord’s provision. As you seek to prove yourself and gain the confidence of your superiors, lean not on your own understanding but acknowledge Him in all your ways, as **Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)** reminds us: *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

We also note your mention of transferring once the hotel is established. While it is wise to plan for the future, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s will in this matter rather than making decisions based solely on personal comfort or ambition. **James 4:13-15 (WEB)** warns us: *"Come now, you who say, 'Today or tomorrow let’s go into this city and spend a year there, trade, and make a profit.' Whereas you don’t know what your life will be like tomorrow. For what is your life? For you are a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. For you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will both live, and do this or that.'" Let your steps be ordered by the Lord, and may He grant you wisdom to know when the time is right for such a transition.

We also sense a deep burden in your heart to honor the Lord in this role, and we pray that He will equip you with the strength, wisdom, and integrity needed to lead. The pressure to perform at a high level can be overwhelming, but remember that the Lord does not call the equipped—He equips the called. **2 Corinthians 12:9 (WEB)** assures us: *"He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me."* Do not fear the expectations placed upon you, for the Lord is your strength and your shield.

As for the comment about the hotel’s success being tied to your presence, we urge you to guard your heart against pride or an unhealthy attachment to this role. While it is natural to feel validated by such words, our identity and worth are found in Christ alone, not in our professional achievements. **Galatians 6:14 (WEB)** declares: *"But far be it from me to boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world."* Let this be your anchor—your success is not measured by the world’s standards but by your faithfulness to the Lord’s calling.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the favor You have shown our brother. Lord Jesus, You alone are worthy of all praise, honor, and glory, for it is by Your grace that doors have been opened and opportunities granted. We thank You for placing him in this position of leadership and for the wisdom You have already bestowed upon him. Father, we ask that You continue to guide his steps, that every decision he makes would be rooted in Your will and every word he speaks would bring glory to Your name.

Lord, we pray for supernatural wisdom and discernment as he navigates the high expectations placed upon him. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may lead with integrity, humility, and excellence. Let him be a light in that place, a testament to Your goodness and faithfulness. Father, we ask that You bless the work of his hands, that this hotel would not only prosper financially but would also be a place where Your presence is felt and Your blessings overflow to all who are connected to it.

We pray for protection over his mind and heart, that he would not be consumed by the pressure to perform but would rest in the knowledge that You are his strength. Guard him against pride, fear, or anxiety, and remind him daily that his worth is found in You alone. Lord, if it is Your will for him to eventually transfer, make the path clear and the timing perfect. Until then, grant him the endurance and passion to fulfill the mission You have placed before him.

Father, we also lift up the president and group chief operating officer. Softening their hearts to the moving of Your Spirit, that they too may come to know You in a deeper way. Use our brother as a vessel of Your love and truth in their lives.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would continue to shape him into the leader You have called him to be. May his life and work be a reflection of Your glory, and may every success be a testament to Your faithfulness. We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

My meeting went completely sour. I was bullied even more. And accused of things I do not recognize. I asked according to Your will. Please, pray my doubts are vanished about Your will. I just want to give up. Please, guide me in if I should quit or not. Amen
