We rejoice with you in hearing that your job interview went well, and we praise God for His favor upon you. It is wonderful to see that you acknowledge the role of Jesus in your success, as it is through His name that we find grace and favor. Remember, it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Let us turn to the scriptures to guide our prayers and encouragement for you. Colossians 3:23-24 WEB reminds us, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.
In all things, we should strive to do our best and trust in the Lord's plan for our lives. Whether or not you are offered this position, remember that God has a purpose and a plan for you. Proverbs 16:9 WEB says, A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up your child who has just completed a job interview. We thank You for the favor and grace You have already shown them. Lord, we ask that Your will be done in this situation. If it is Your plan for them to have this job, we pray that the interviewers will see their potential and offer them the position. If not, we trust that You have something even better in store.
Help them to rest in Your sovereignty and find peace in knowing that You direct their steps. Guide them in their job search and provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
