me and my friend, ### and ### will be answering our pre-boards in a few days and we are very nervous. we haven't studied as much for us to be confident and it is very pressurising to complete the entire portion. we will be starting on the 1st of February, we beg you to pray for the both of us to pass our prelims and to do extremely well in our boards that will be upcoming in the latter months. and for our families to also be understanding and supportive of us. not pushing us into anything we do not want to do. i also want to pray for our well being and our future. please help us live out the way we dream to be and to be free of all anxiety and pressure. Along with this i beg you to pray for me, ###, to overcome all the my mental trauma and depression. i used to self harm a lot and it was always pulling me down. two years ago i had an abusive experience with someone from my family that i used to love a lot. but after that i have begun to have panic attacks, nightmares and a lot of anxiety when i am near that person. please help me over come this and any doubts i will have in the near future. to help me forgive that person and at least let me have an okay relationship with that person again. thank you so much for your time.
