We hear your cry for protection and justice, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your concerns to the Lord Almighty. The Bible assures us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). It is right to call upon Him when we feel besieged by enemies, for He is the One who fights for His children.
First, let us examine our hearts and ensure that we are walking in righteousness, for the Lord promises to defend those who trust in Him. Psalm 34:15-17 tells us, "The eyes of Yahweh are toward the righteous. His ears listen to their cry. Yahweh’s face is against those who do evil, to cut off their memory from the earth. The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles." If there is any unconfessed sin or bitterness in your heart, we encourage you to repent and seek God’s forgiveness, for He is faithful and just to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
We also must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we must put on the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that we may stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Let us pray not only for God to fight against those who oppose us but also for the strength to stand in faith and for the wisdom to respond in a way that honors Him.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who fights for Your children. We lift up this dear one to You, asking that You would be their shield and defender. Lord, You know the battles they are facing, and we ask that You would arise and scatter their enemies. Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for this one. Help them to walk in Your ways and to trust in You with all their heart, leaning not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). If there is any unforgiveness or bitterness in their heart, reveal it to them, and give them the grace to forgive as You have forgiven them. Remind them that vengeance belongs to You, and You will repay (Romans 12:19).

Let them see the error of their ways and come to repentance, for You desire that none should perish but that all should come to the knowledge of the truth (2 Peter 3:9). Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
