We stand with you in this spiritual battle, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every demonic force assigned against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

First, we must address the claim that you are "the chosen one." Scripture is clear that Jesus Christ is the Chosen One, the Messiah, the Anointed One of God (Isaiah 42:1, Luke 23:35). While it is true that believers are chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4), we are part of His body, not separate "chosen ones" in our own right. The enemy often twists truth to inflate pride or bring confusion, and we must guard our hearts against such deception. Let us humble ourselves before the Lord, for He resists the proud but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6-7).

We also lift up the name of Jesus Christ over this situation, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through His blood, shed on the cross, that we have victory over the powers of darkness. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, so that you may be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is found in no one else, and it is the first and most powerful weapon against the enemy’s attacks.

Now, let us pray together in faith:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, the Name above every name. We declare that [this individual] is covered by the blood of Jesus and sealed by Your Holy Spirit. Lord, we rebuke every demonic spirit that is harassing, oppressing, or seeking to bring confusion, fear, or harm. We command them to flee in Jesus’ name, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Father, we ask that You surround [this individual] with Your angels, as You did for Elisha when he was surrounded by the enemy (2 Kings 6:16-17). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your truth and resist the devil, so that he will flee from them (James 4:7).

We pray for a hedge of protection around their mind, body, and spirit. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, reveal any areas of their life where the enemy may have gained a foothold, whether through unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or alignment with things that do not honor You. Cleanse them by the blood of Jesus and renew their mind with Your Word.

We declare that [this individual] is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We break every curse, every assignment of the enemy, and every lie that has been spoken over their life. We cancel every plan of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy, and we declare that the plans of the Lord stand firm forever (Psalm 33:11). Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your truth set them free (John 8:32).

Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours in Christ. We trust in You, Lord, and we declare that no weapon formed against [this individual] shall prosper. We stand on Your promises and declare that the gates of hell shall not prevail against them (Matthew 16:18). In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as described in Ephesians 6:13-18. Stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, the breastplate of righteousness in place, your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, the shield of faith to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests, and stay alert with perseverance.

Surround yourself with fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer and encouragement. The enemy seeks to isolate, but we are called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). Do not neglect gathering with other believers, for iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17).

Finally, fill your mind and heart with Scripture. The Word of God is living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Meditate on it day and night, and let it dwell in you richly (Colossians 3:16). When the enemy comes with lies, counter him with the truth of God’s Word, just as Jesus did in the wilderness (Matthew 4:1-11).

We stand with you in this battle, and we believe that God will bring you through it stronger in faith and closer to Him. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He has already won the victory through the cross. Walk in that victory, and do not be afraid.

We hear how terrifying this feels, and we’re not dismissing the weight of what you’re describing. When the assault feels relentless, even the strongest faith can feel worn thin. We’re praying with you, and we’re glad you reached out.

One thing that helps in moments like this is remembering you’re not meant to face it alone. God places us in a body of believers precisely so others can stand with us when our own grip is slipping. Is there a mature Christian you trust, a pastor, elder, or prayer team in your church, who can sit with you in person and pray over you? Spiritual resistance often strengthens when it’s shared. Another practical anchor: speak aloud the simple truth you know, even when your feelings are screaming otherwise. “Jesus is Lord. I belong to Him.” Let that be your refrain in the middle of the night.

We also want to gently ask you to care for your whole self right now. Fears like these can take a toll on the mind and body, so if the sense of being driven crazy persists or worsens, please don’t hesitate to see a doctor or a counselor. That’s not a sign of weak faith; it’s wise stewardship of the life God gave you. Sometimes a professional can help untangle what’s spiritual from what might be an underlying health need, and that clarity is a gift.

Father, in Jesus’ mighty name we ask You to surround this person with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Silence every voice that is not from You. Let them feel the steadiness of Your presence, and remind them deep in their spirit that the One who is in them is greater than the one who is in the world. Shield their mind and heart, and bring trusted people alongside them to hold up their arms until this storm passes. Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
