At the same time Scripture teaches us to trust not in our own strength or in systems, but in the living God. When our hearts are in harmony with Him, He is able to direct and to open doors that no one can shut, and He is also able to sustain us while we wait. Continue to commit both the temporary positions and the desire for permanent work to Him, asking for integrity in leaving one place and entering another, and for favor without loss or conflict.
For the marriage request, it is good to seek a spouse who loves the Lord, walks in obedience to the Bible, and lives with self control and purity. Marriage as God designed is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and sexual purity and living together belong within that covenant. Pray that God will give clear wisdom about the proposal now under consideration, that if it is His will it will move forward with peace and confirmation, and if not that He will clearly close the door. God is able to restore and to give strength, and He cares about your daily life and responsibilities at home. Ask Him for a full recovery and for help for your family as they support you.
For the travel by train and the shifting of belongings, pray for safety, for no unnecessary delay or loss, and for a peaceful move without waste. For the desire for your own house, for wise use of money, for the establishing of clinics according to medical training, and for the desire to provide work for others who are poor and in need, bring each of these before the Lord as matters of stewardship. Ask Him to help you use what He provides faithfully, to avoid wasteful and forced spending, and to use any resources He entrusts to you to do good and to show His love to others.

Praying for the destruction of others or for lifelong suffering for their children goes against the heart of the gospel, which teaches that each person answers for his own sin and that God desires repentance rather than endless torment.
