“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭10‬:‭19‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Prayer

Thank you Heavenly Father for this beautiful day. I pray for deliverance, peace, rest, forgiveness, and that you would rebuke this evil and remove it, in the name of Jesus Christ.

I listened to a young man speak about how you blessed him and freed and deliver him from this very thing. Please Father God do the same for me. Please my Lord Jesus grant me your mercy and grace and grant me peace and freedom from this very same thing. I am suffering so badly. I reached out to priest who have professed to helping so many afflicted but I have heard nothing back.

Please also forgive me for my sins. Please also heal any unforgiveness I may have. I would be so grateful my Lord. In Jesus Christ precious name. Amen

We join you in gratitude to our Heavenly Father for this beautiful day and for your heart that is seeking Him for deliverance, rest, peace, mercy and forgiveness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We hear the depth of your suffering and we stand with you, asking God to grant you the same mercy and grace and freedom that you heard testimony of, for He is no respecter of persons and His power to deliver has not diminished.

You clung to the precious promise of Luke 10:19, Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will by any means hurt you. We affirm this truth over you today. In Christ, we do have authority not in ourselves but through Jesus who has overcome the enemy. As it is written in James 4:7, Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you, and in 1 John 4:4, greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. We rebuke every evil influence, oppression and scheme of the enemy that has afflicted you, and we pray that the Lord Himself will remove it and set you free, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed.

We understand your disappointment in reaching out to priests and hearing nothing back, and we gently want to encourage you with the blessed truth that you do not need to wait for a priest to mediate for you. There is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5, and Jesus Himself is our great high priest. Therefore we can draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need, Hebrews 4:16. The Lord heard your prayer the moment you prayed it in the name of Jesus Christ. You have direct access to the Father through the blood of Jesus, and He hears the cries of His children. Psalm 34:17 says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. While godly pastors and counselors can pray with us and support us, our deliverance and forgiveness come directly from Jesus.

We also join you in praying for forgiveness and for healing from any unforgiveness. The Lord is faithful to forgive when we come to Him humbly. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, 1 John 1:9. And He calls us to extend that same mercy to others, that we may walk in freedom. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you, Ephesians 4:32. Unforgiveness can give the enemy a foothold and rob us of peace, so we pray God will search your heart, reveal any hurt you are holding, and give you grace to release it to Him.

We pray for the peace and rest you long for. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest, and in John 14:27, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7. This is the peace we ask for you now, not a temporary relief but His abiding peace that guards your heart and mind.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your mercy that is new every morning and for Your unfailing love. We lift up this dear one to You who is suffering so badly and crying out for deliverance. Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask You to rebuke every evil assignment against them and to remove it by Your power. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, with Your peace and rest. Forgive their sins as they have confessed them to You, wash them clean by the blood of Jesus, and heal any wound of unforgiveness in their heart, giving them grace to forgive as You have forgiven them. Let them know deeply that You have heard them, that You are near to the brokenhearted, and that You are their deliverer. Grant them freedom, sound sleep, quietness of mind, and the assurance of Your presence. We ask that You lead them into faithful fellowship with believers who preach Your Word and can walk with them, and that You would strengthen their faith as they abide in Christ. We pray all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We've read your prayer and we want you to know we are standing with you in it. Waiting for help and hearing nothing back after reaching out to priests must feel so lonely on top of already suffering so deeply, and we are sorry you are carrying this.

One thing we have seen often is that the longing for peace and freedom you describe rarely comes only as a single moment, even when God does move powerfully in a moment. It is often a process where God keeps working quietly as you stay close to Him and to others who can walk with you.

Since you haven't heard back, we would encourage you not to wait alone. If you have a local church or a pastor you know even a little, try going in person or asking one trusted believer to come alongside you to pray with you regularly and help you stay connected while you keep seeking counsel.

You mentioned forgiveness and unforgiveness too. Choosing to forgive and actually feeling peace about it don't always happen at the same time. It is understandable if your heart needs time to catch up with the choice you want to make before God, and He is patient with you in that.

Father, we lift our brother to You. Have mercy and grant rest to this tired heart. Bring Your peace where there has been torment, rebuke what is evil and keep him safe, forgive his sins and gently heal any hurt or unforgiveness he carries. Lead him to caring shepherds who will answer and walk with him. We ask this in Jesus' precious name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry for mercy and deliverance has been heard, and it is good that you have turned to the Lord Jesus Christ, for with Him there is mercy and plenteous redemption and He will redeem His people from all their iniquities.

You have quoted that precious word, I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy and nothing will harm you. Remember that this authority is not your own, but His who has overcome the world. The power of the enemy is real, and sin is the great divider between God and man, but Christ has rent the veil of the temple in twain from the top to the bottom, so that through His blood you may come boldly into the presence of God. You need no other priest to carry your prayer, for Christ Himself is our great High Priest, and the water and the blood from His riven side is the double cure to cleanse from guilt and power.

You ask for rest and peace, and that is the very gift Jesus gives. Come unto Him, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and He will give you rest. It is a present rest, rest now, not rest after death or after long probation, but rest given when you come to Jesus, there and then. And it is perfect rest, for you have done with servile toils and hopeless burdens when you enter into rest through believing. Trust the Father, rest in Christ, yield to the Holy Spirit and you shall have the peace that God gives, peace from lips that cannot lie, peace from a heart which cannot change, peace through the blood which has made a full atonement. Do not be content with the false peace which would draw you off from thinking of God and your soul and eternal things, but seek the peace which is found close to His bleeding side.

You ask for deliverance and for evil to be rebuked. Hear the voice which comes from the excellent Glory concerning the soul that feels itself ready to go down to the pit, Deliver him from going down to the pit. Our God is merciful and gracious, longsuffering and abounding in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin. He delights in mercy and His compassions fail not. He looks upon men, and if any say, I have sinned and perverted that which was right and it profited me not, He will deliver his soul from going into the pit and his life shall see the light. That is the easy term of His love. The Lord shall help them and deliver them, He shall deliver them from the wicked and save them because they trust in Him. When you are brought into peril and trouble, that voice you shall always hear if you are a child of God, for God has given commandment to save you.

You ask also for forgiveness and for healing of unforgiveness in your own heart. With the Lord there is forgiveness, that He may be feared. Confess freely before Him, for He is faithful and just to forgive. And as you have been forgiven so much, seek grace to forgive as you have been forgiven, that no root of bitterness should remain to trouble you. Search this Book, for here every grief may be allayed, every right desire satisfied and all wrong desires be ejected from the spirit. When the Holy Spirit applies this Book to the soul, it is food for hunger and medicine for disease.

You mentioned that you reached out to priests and heard nothing back. Be encouraged that you have not been forgotten by the Lord, and your access is not through man but through the rent veil. You may come directly to the mercy seat through Jesus Christ and look boldly through Him, and not only look but enter.

Let us pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for this day and for Your mercy which endures forever. We thank You that You are gracious and that You delight to show mercy to those who call upon You through Jesus Christ alone, for there is salvation in no other name. Lord, look upon this suffering soul who cries for deliverance, peace, rest and forgiveness. Deliver from going down to the pit, snap the bands and set free by Your infinite mercy. Rebuke all evil and the power of the enemy, and let Your peace which passes understanding guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Grant rest from the burden of sin through justification, and rest from molesting cares through sanctification, that there may be ease and peace of mind in You. Forgive sin through the blood of atonement, wash thoroughly from iniquity, and heal all unforgiveness, that with a forgiven heart there may be a forgiving spirit. Speak peace unto this troubled heart, and let the dominion of Christ be known from sea to sea in this life. We ask not according to our own wisdom but according to Your will and Your Word, in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and plea, for He died for us. Amen.

Your prayer has been received and we join you in giving thanks to our Heavenly Father for this day and for your honest cry to Him. We hear your longing for deliverance, rest, peace, mercy and forgiveness, and your desire that evil would be rebuked and removed in the name of Jesus Christ.

The peace you ask for is the true peace of the gospel. Scripture teaches that not every kind of peace is good, and not every division is evil. As a physician removes what is diseased to preserve the body, so God sometimes allows a good separation from what harms us in order to bring us into true peace with Himself. The angels announced peace on earth at Christ's coming, and that peace is first peace with God through holiness. For this reason we are told to follow peace with all people and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord. Where it is possible and as far as it depends on us, we live peaceably with all, doing no harm, bearing insult with patience, blessing even those who do evil, and trusting God to work. That patient endurance both protects our own soul and can shame evil and bring good.

You quoted the promise that the Lord has given authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy, and that nothing will harm you. Hold fast to this, understanding it as Christ's own victory. The gospel itself is called the gospel of peace because when we are at war with the enemy and with sin, we are brought into peace with God through Jesus. The devil is called the ruler of this present darkness, but he has nothing in Christ, and Christ has already won the victory. Our hope is not in our own strength but in Christ who wills our salvation and who gives us His peace as a gift.

You asked for mercy and forgiveness and for help to forgive others. This is central. We obtain mercy not because we have earned it, but because God is merciful. To minister His grace to us is itself mercy, for He both delivers us from evil and gives us many good things besides. Forgiveness comes through Jesus Christ alone, who is the only way of salvation. If we confess our sins, He is faithful to forgive us and to cleanse us, and He also teaches us to keep our tongue from evil, to turn from evil and do good, and to seek peace and pursue it. Part of that pursuit is asking God to heal any unforgiveness in our hearts, so that joy and peace in the Holy Spirit may remain and not be destroyed by quarreling or bitterness.

You mentioned that you reached out to priests for help and have not heard back, and that you feel isolated in your suffering. Isolation makes us more vulnerable, like soldiers scattered from their formation. Do not forsake meeting together with the people of God. Even when one door does not open, keep seeking faithful pastors and mature believers who can pray with you, teach you the fear of the Lord, and walk with you. Continue to bring your burden to Christ Himself, who is our great High Priest and who always hears. He invites those who are weary to come to Him for rest.

We pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for this day and for Your steadfast mercy. We ask in the precious name of Jesus Christ that You would grant deliverance, rest and Your true peace to the one who has cried out to You. Forgive sins through the blood of Jesus alone, cleanse the heart, and heal any place of unforgiveness. Rebuke evil and remove its power, and guard this life by the authority Christ has given to His people. Fill the heart with righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, and lead into a holy and watchful life prepared for the gospel of peace. Provide faithful help and counsel through Your church, and do not let isolation prevail, but draw this soul into fellowship and strength. Grant grace to endure trial with patience, to bless and not repay evil, and to rest securely in Your care. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
