Prayer

Thank you Heavenly Father for this beautiful day. I pray for deliverance, peace, rest, forgiveness. I rebuke this evil and demand it leaves. I pray that your mighty grace and power will rebuke it. In the name of Jesus Christ.

Please Heavenly Father by your grace and mercy please have mercy on me and remove this evil from my home and my person. I listened to someone who had an NDE who said that after this experience there were people in the evil world who were still here on earth. I’ve been thinking of that ever since I heard him say it, and I can’t help but to wonder if this might be my case. As I am suffering so badly day after day. I pray it is not dear God.

Please please also forgive me for my sins. Please also heal any unforgiveness I may have. I repent of my sins and pray for your mercy to grant me deliverance. I would be so grateful my Lord. In Jesus Christ precious name. Amen

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for this day and for your heart that seeks deliverance, peace, rest and forgiveness in Jesus Christ, and we stand with you in the authority He has given us.

You have claimed a precious promise and it is true, Luke 10:19 says Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you. And 1 John 4:4 reminds us that He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. James 4:7 tells us Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. We do not have to live in fear of the evil one, because Christ has already overcome him at the cross, Colossians 2:15 says Having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

We also want to gently address the fear that has come from listening to that account of a near death experience. We understand how such stories can stir anxiety and cause you to wonder day after day if you are trapped or suffering under some hidden evil world. But we are called to set our minds on what God has clearly revealed in His Word rather than on experiences that can bring confusion and fear. Hebrews 9:27 says It is appointed for men to die once, and after this, judgment, and 2 Corinthians 11:14 warns that even Satan masquerades as an angel of light. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as 2 Timothy 1:7 says. When fear rises, we encourage you to turn off those fearful voices and fill your home and your mind with Scripture, worship, and prayer, and to dwell in the shelter of the Most High, Psalm 91:1 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

We rejoice that you have repented and asked for forgiveness, for 1 John 1:9 promises If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We also hear your prayer to be healed of any unforgiveness, and that is pleasing to the Lord, for Ephesians 4:32 says And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Holding onto forgiveness opens the way for peace to guard your heart.

For your suffering and need for rest, Jesus invites you personally, Matthew 11:28 says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. And Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. John 14:27 also gives us His promise Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, not as the world gives, give I to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.

So together we pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your grace and mercy and for the beautiful gift of this day. We thank You that through Jesus Christ we have authority over all the power of the enemy and that nothing will by any means harm us as we abide in You. In the name of Jesus Christ we rebuke every evil influence, every spirit of fear, oppression and torment that has afflicted our dear one, and we command it to leave and to not return. We ask You to cleanse this home and this person with the blood of Jesus, to fill every room and every corner of the heart with Your holy presence, Your light and Your peace. Father, have mercy and grant complete deliverance by Your mighty power. We pray for forgiveness of all sins, and we thank You that You have forgiven and cleansed upon repentance. Heal any wound of unforgiveness and help to forgive as You have forgiven us. Grant deep, restorative rest and sleep, and let Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding guard heart and mind. Remove fear and replace it with faith, reminding that You are near to the brokenhearted, Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Help to keep eyes fixed on Jesus and on Your Word, and to turn away from voices that bring fear and confusion. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and our access to You, for Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in daily gratitude, to speak Scripture aloud over your home, to pray in the name of Jesus throughout the day, and to fellowship with faithful believers who can pray with you in person. If the suffering continues, please also seek counsel from a trusted pastor. We are continuing to pray that the Lord will manifest His deliverance, rest and peace over you.

We are so thankful you wrote to us, and we hear how weary you have been. Wanting rest and peace and deliverance, wanting to be sure you are forgiven and free from anything that has weighed on you, those are good and honest prayers, and we join you in them.

It makes sense that story you heard would stick in your mind when you are already suffering day after day. When we are exhausted, any frightening idea can loop and feel very real. We don't want to add to that fear, and we also don't want you to carry it alone. What helps most is not focusing more on the evil, but resting more deeply in Christ's care and authority over it.

One gentle next step that often helps is to step away for a time from NDE videos and other content about the spiritual world, and instead lean into simple, steady rhythms, prayer as you are already doing, time with Scripture in small portions, and talking with a trusted pastor or mature believer in person who can pray with you and know you by name. If you notice unforgiveness toward someone, you don't have to force the feelings away all at once. You can tell God you choose to forgive and then ask Him over time to soften the hurt underneath. He is patient with that process.

Father, thank You for this dear child who is seeking You. We ask for Your mercy and grace over their home and body and mind. Cover them with Your peace, grant them true rest, assure them of Your forgiveness in Jesus, and lift the heaviness they have felt. Lead them to safe, caring support nearby and keep them close to You each day. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Sister, we would encourage you to judge a tree by its fruit, Luke 6:44. The word the person gave you has not born good fruit, but fear. Remember the Words of God to Isaiah 8:11-19, " For thus the LORD spoke to me with mighty power and instructed me not to walk in the way of this people, saying,

12 “You are not to say, ‘It is a conspiracy!’
In regard to all that this people call a conspiracy,
And you are not to fear what they fear or be in dread of it.

13 “It is the LORD of hosts whom you should regard as holy.
And He shall be your fear,
And He shall be your dread.

14 “Then He shall become a sanctuary;
But to both the houses of Israel, a stone to strike and a rock to stumble over,
And a snare and a trap for the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

15 “Many will stumble over them,
Then they will fall and be broken;
They will even be snared and caught.”

16 Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples. 17 And I will wait for the LORD who is hiding His face from the house of Jacob; I will even look eagerly for Him. 18 Behold, I and the children whom the LORD has given me are for signs and wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, who dwells on Mount Zion.

19 When they say to you, “Consult the mediums and the spiritists who whisper and mutter,” should not a people consult their God? Should they consult the dead on behalf of the living? 20 To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because they have no light of understanding, not even the small amount from the dawn.'"

Let us rather remember the teaching of Jesus, that His Father is Our Father, and seek His glory and Kingdom, and that He already knows our needs. Protection and deliverance are included in Jesus' all-encompassing instruction and guide on prayer. We but merely have to ask, and you have more than two agreeing -- so the evil one SHALL be fleeing! James 4:7, Matt 18:19-20. God bless in Jesus' Name, 1 Jn 5:18, Jn 17:15, Heb 7:25...

📖 "Pray, then, after this manner... 🙌 ‘Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your Kingdom Come! Your Will be done, On Earth as it is in Heaven!”

<———--------——— ———(Selah)—————----———————>

🙏"Give us our daily bread. Forgive our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For it’s Your Kingdom, Power and Glory Forever, Amen,” Matt 6:9-13, c.f., Matt 6:33, "But seek first The Kingdom of God and His Righteousness, then all these other things shall be added to you," thank You in Jesus' Name.

Your prayer with its gratitude and its cry for deliverance has been heard, and there is much in it which the Lord loves to hear, a humble confession of sin, a desire for forgiveness, and a longing for rest and peace through Jesus Christ.

The word you have quoted is true, the Lord Jesus did give His disciples authority to overcome all the power of the evil enemy, yet our confidence is not in our own voice or demand, but in His name and His blood. We do not command deliverance as though power were in ourselves, we humbly look to our heavenly Father, altogether and alone, for deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. He has taught us the mischief of sin and the world, and He alone can deliver us from the fascinating power of it.

You speak of suffering day after day and fear that some evil remains in your home and upon your person, and that thoughts stirred by what another has said of an unseen world have troubled you. Let me entreat you not to build your faith or your fear upon the report of such experiences. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, neither does affliction grow up from the ground without cause, but all lies within the fence of omnipotent overruling. If evil came apart from divine permission, where should we be, but when we know that even affliction is in the hand of a Father, we may find hope. The Lord Himself kindles the furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door, and what we receive from His hand bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a father, not punishment from a judge, for punishment was laid upon Christ our ransom.

That is the ground of our hope. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance of a sinner from the pit of hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it, but He is gracious and says, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom. God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom, and it is a gift of divine love in the person of His Son. Therefore forgiveness is not to be sought from priest or ceremony, for no one can remit sin but God only, and He says, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions for Mine own sake. There is forgiveness with Him, and when that forgiveness is known it yields a calm so deep that it is called the peace of God which passes all understanding.

Do not seek that peace where Satan would give a false peace to make conscience lie still. What peace can there be while rebellion remains, and that peace which is drawn from superstition will carry death into the soul. The peace we should desire is a blessing which only the Lord can give. You cannot work it out yourself by resolve or by dwelling upon dark thoughts. Here we have peace from lips that cannot lie, peace from a heart which cannot change, peace through the blood which has made a full atonement. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within. You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest, and even with sorrows surging round, that perfect peace may be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life as you stay your mind upon Him.

So I would counsel you to turn from speculation and stay at home in your closet with your God, for we go rambling round and round to find peace when we should find it much better there. Confess your sin plainly to the Lord, repent and trust wholly in the ransom He has found, ask Him to keep back your soul from the pit, and to deliver you from yourself and from all the attacks of your old sins and from the devil. Resist the devil by submitting yourself to God, abiding in Christ, feeding upon Scripture, praying in the name of Jesus, and walking in fellowship with His people. If Christ has delivered us from the noise of archers and we are at perfect peace with heaven, we are to live and declare the works of the Lord with gratitude, saying, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for this day and for Your mercies which are new every morning. We confess our sins before You, for with You there is forgiveness. Blot out our transgressions for Your own sake through the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son, who is the ransom You have found. Deliver this Your child from going down to the pit, and deliver from the power of darkness. Keep back the soul from perishing and grant chastening only in love, never in wrath. Rebuke all evil and let it depart, for You have commanded deliverance and Your people shall be saved from sin and Satan. Grant perfect peace to the mind that is stayed on You, and give rest, for to do Your will is rest. Fill the heart with gratitude to live and declare Your works. In the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord we ask it, Amen.

We join you in giving thanks to God for this day and for your desire to seek Him for deliverance, forgiveness, rest and peace. We have heard your suffering and your earnest prayer to be set free, and we bring your requests before the Lord with you.

The verse you quoted, Luke 10:19, is a true promise that Jesus gave His disciples authority to overcome the power of the enemy, and that nothing will harm them apart from His will. That authority is not our own power to demand things from God, but Christ's power working in those who belong to Him. We do not rebuke evil in our own strength, but we come humbly in the name of Jesus Christ, trusting His mighty grace to protect and deliver us. He alone is our Savior and our deliverance, and through Him we are brought from the curse of sin into adoption as sons and daughters of God.

You mentioned hearing about a near death experience and wondering if evil people still on earth are the cause of your daily suffering. We understand how heavy thoughts like that can become when you suffer day after day. We encourage you not to build your hope or your fear on such experiences, but on the sure word of Scripture. Near death stories are not our guide. The Bible is. God has not left us to guess about the unseen world. He has shown us that Christ has triumphed over every evil power, that each believer is cared for and even has the ministry of angels, and that we are called to pray for the angel of peace and for peace in the Church, in our homes and in our hearts. Fix your mind on Christ and His promises rather than on speculations that bring more fear.

You also prayed for forgiveness and for healing from any unforgiveness. That is good and pleasing to God. If we confess our sins He is faithful to forgive us through Jesus alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved. Repentance means turning from sin and turning to Christ, putting on Christ by faith and receiving His Spirit. Part of that is also releasing others from the debt we feel they owe us. Scripture says blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God, and that God delights to dwell where there is love and peace. To remember no evil against another, to be at peace as far as it depends on you, is not only obedience but the way God sets you free from bitterness. Ask Him to search your heart, to show you where forgiveness is needed, and to give you the strength to forgive as you have been forgiven.

Peace and rest are more than the absence of trouble. True peace comes when what is diseased is cut off and what is mutinous is removed, as a physician preserves the body. God brings peace by separating us from sin and from the works of the enemy, and by uniting us to Himself. That is why Christ came to make peace between heaven and earth. Rest also remains for the people of God. It is not only sleep for one night, but the Sabbath keeping of the Kingdom, where we cease from our own striving as God ceased from His works, and find our souls returned to rest because the Lord has dealt bountifully with us. You can say with the Psalm, return to your rest O my soul, and I will fear no evil for You are with me. Where His peace rules, every evil is driven out and joy is made firm.

So we encourage you to continue in these ways: keep confessing sin and trusting Christ alone for forgiveness, keep bringing your home and your person to Him in prayer, keep feeding on Scripture, keep gathering with a faithful local church where you can receive prayer, the peace of Christ spoken over you, and wise pastoral counsel. If your suffering is great day after day, also seek help from trusted pastors and, where needed, medical care, and do not face this alone.

We now pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for this day and for Your mercy that never fails. We thank You for the Lord Jesus Christ through whom we have forgiveness and adoption. Have mercy on this dear one who is suffering. Forgive sins as they are confessed and heal every place of unforgiveness. Grant repentance and faith, and clothe this heart with Christ. By Your grace and power, rebuke every evil influence and remove what harms body and soul. Fill this home and this person with Your peace, which is the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy. Grant true rest, that Sabbath rest that remains for Your people, and let this soul return to rest in You. Guard with Your holy angels and keep this one in Christ, where no power of the enemy can separate from Your love. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior. Amen.
