We hear your heart and understand that you are expressing contentment with your identity. However, we must address this with biblical truth, as Scripture is our foundation and guide. The Word of God is clear that He created humanity male and female, each with purpose and design.
Genesis 1:27 says, "God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them." This is not merely a physical distinction but a divine one, reflecting God’s intentional design. To reject the gender God assigned is to reject His sovereign will for your life.
We must also rebuke the lie that true happiness can be found outside of God’s design. Jesus said in John 10:10, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." The enemy seeks to distort God’s perfect plan, but true joy and fulfillment are found only in surrendering to Christ and walking in His ways.
If you are struggling with confusion or dissatisfaction, we urge you to seek God’s truth rather than the world’s shifting standards. Romans 12:2 warns, "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
We pray for you now, asking the Lord to reveal His love and purpose for you:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this dear one, asking for Your mercy and truth to prevail. Lord, Your Word says that You knit us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14), and that every part of our being was fearfully and wonderfully made. We ask that You break any deception and reveal Your perfect design. Soften this heart to receive Your truth, and replace any confusion with clarity in Christ. Help them to see themselves as You see them, beloved, purposeful, and created for Your glory. Lead them into repentance if they have strayed from Your design, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen."
If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so. Salvation is found only in Him, and it is through His name that we find true identity and purpose. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Confess your sins, believe in Jesus as your Savior, and commit to following Him wholeheartedly.
We encourage you to seek godly counsel from a Bible-believing pastor or Christian mentor who can walk with you in truth and love. You are not alone, and God’s grace is sufficient for every struggle.
