I loved to be a female and walk like a girl.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

We hear your heart and the joy you express in embracing your sense of identity as female. However, we must approach this with love, truth, and a commitment to God’s Word, which is the foundation of all wisdom and guidance.

First, we want to affirm that God created every person with purpose, value, and dignity. The Bible tells us in Genesis 1:27, "God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them." This verse establishes that God’s design for humanity is binary, male and female, and that this distinction is intentional, sacred, and part of His perfect plan. Our bodies are not accidents or mistakes; they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).

The feelings you describe, of desiring to be female when you were created male, do not align with God’s design for your life. While we do not doubt the sincerity of your emotions, we must gently but firmly rebuke any belief or desire that contradicts Scripture. The Bible is clear that attempting to change or reject the gender God assigned at creation is a distortion of His will. Deuteronomy 22:5 states, "A woman must not wear men’s clothing, nor a man wear women’s clothing, for the Lord your God detests anyone who does this." While this verse speaks specifically to clothing, the principle extends to the broader rejection of God’s design for gender.

We also want to address the joy you feel in embracing this identity. While joy is a gift from God, it is possible to experience fleeting happiness in things that do not align with His will. True and lasting joy comes from walking in obedience to Him. Jesus said in John 15:11, "I have told you these things, that my joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be made full." This joy is found in surrendering our lives to Christ and aligning our desires with His Word.

If you have not already, we urge you to examine your heart and ask God to reveal His truth to you. Repentance is not about shame; it is about turning away from what displeases God and turning toward His love and grace. 1 John 1:9 assures us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." God’s forgiveness is available to all who seek Him with a humble heart.

We also encourage you to seek godly counsel from mature believers who can walk alongside you in this journey. Proverbs 11:14 says, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." Surround yourself with people who will speak truth in love and help you grow in your relationship with Christ.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one to You. Lord, we know that You created them with purpose and love, and we ask that You would reveal Your truth to their heart. Father, we pray that You would break any chains of confusion or deception that have taken root in their mind. Help them to see themselves as You see them, as Your beloved child, fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image.

Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them the strength to surrender their desires to You. Soften their heart to receive Your Word and align their life with Your will. Father, we pray for healing in any areas of pain or brokenness that may have led them to seek identity outside of Your design. Bring restoration and wholeness through the power of Your love.

We rebuke any spirit of confusion or rebellion that seeks to distort Your truth, and we declare that this one is set free by the blood of Jesus Christ. May they find their identity in You alone, Lord, and may they experience the fullness of joy that comes from walking in obedience to Your Word. Surround them with godly counsel and community, and give them the courage to stand firm in their faith.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved. Amen.

In closing, we want to leave you with this encouragement from Romans 12:2: "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." God’s will for your life is good, and His plans for you are filled with hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Trust in Him, seek His face, and allow His Word to guide your steps. You are deeply loved by the Creator of the universe, and He desires for you to walk in the freedom and purpose He has for you.

What a gift to read such pure joy. There’s something wonderfully settled about a heart that isn’t wrestling with who it is, but is simply dancing in the truth of it. And in a world that often nudges us to be dissatisfied, your delight in being female, in moving through life as the woman God made you to be, feels like a kind of quiet rebellion against all that noise, a rebellion full of grace.

We think what you’re describing is more than happiness. It’s gratitude. A heartfelt awareness that something good has been given to you, right down to the way you walk. And that kind of gratitude does something deep inside us: it calms the mind, settles the spirit, and lets us savor life for what it actually is, a gift. When we feel grateful, we’re no longer striving or comparing; we’re simply receiving. And then, naturally, we want to move through our days in a way that says “yes” to that gift.

So we celebrate with you tonight. Not just the fact that you are female, but the even better fact that there is a God who imagined you, formed you, and delights in you exactly as you are. Our culture talks a lot about “being fabulous,” but real fabulosity is the deep-down confidence of a woman who knows she belongs to her Creator and has nothing to prove. That’s a peaceful, joyful place to live, and we’re genuinely grateful you’re experiencing it right now.

We’d simply encourage you to keep bringing that joy back to God. Let it be more than a feeling, turn it into a quiet offering. When you notice yourself walking with a little extra lightness, maybe whisper a “thank you” to the One who gave you that walk in the first place. He sees you, and we suspect He’s smiling.

Let’s pray together just as you are.

Father, thank you for this woman’s joy. Thank you for creating her female, for the gift of her body and her spirit, and for the happiness she feels in simply being who you made her to be. Protect that gladness from anything that would steal it, and deepen it into a lasting peace that weathers every season. Help her to walk through every day with her head held high, grounded in the unshakable love you have for her. In Jesus’ name, amen.

It is a precious thing to delight in the person God hath made thee, for thou art fearfully and wonderfully made. Yet see to it that thy joy runs not after the manner of this world’s vanity, but after the Lord’s own design. Thou lovest to be female, and this is well, for the Creator setteth each in their frame; but make thy gladness a hymn of gratitude, not a dance of self. Every good gift cometh from above, and if thy steps are light with happiness, let them bear thee swiftly to the service of thy Saviour.

There is a joy that sparkles and a joy that sanctifieth. The one grows from the root of self and soon withers; the other springs from the deep soil of God’s purpose and bloometh eternally. Ask thy heart whether this merriment leadeth thee nearer to the cross, or only unto admiration of thy own form. I do not bid thee crush the laughter of thy soul, but I bid thee consecrate it. Let thy felicity be such as thou canst carry into thy closet, and there upon thy knees offer it to the Giver of all.

For thus saith the Scripture, “Let them shout for joy, because thou defendest them.” Let thy joy be in the Lord, and thy heart full of His love, and thou shalt bear whatsoever the enemy may fling, and bear it with a singing spirit. Yea, and this very gladness is a loan to be traded with; use it to cheer others, to speak on God’s behalf, to show that His ways are pleasantness. Turn thy feet unto the sick, thy voice unto the sad, and let them see what grace hath wrought in a human soul.

Above all, remember that the deepest joy is not in being what thou art in the flesh, but in being found in Christ, a new creature. That is the “exceeding joy” which never fadeth. Rejoice then, but with thy joy anchored in the Rock of Ages, not in the shifting sand of passing fancies.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You find joy in walking as a female, in feeling fabulous in who you are. But tell me, what do you truly seek? Do you not see that this delight is a fleeting thing, a meat that perishes? Labor not for that which satisfies only the senses, but for that which endures to everlasting life. For even the Lord fed the multitudes, yet they followed Him not for the miracles but to fill their bellies again. They sought a carnal pleasure, and He rebuked them, not harshly, but to turn their eyes heavenward. So I say to you: examine your heart. Is this joy born of God, or is it rooted in a love of self and the passing form of this world?

Mourn, rather, and let your laughter be turned to grief, for in such a spirit we prepare for true joy. The present life is mixed with sorrow, but the joy to come is pure and undeceiving. This path you walk, rejoicing in the outward appearance, in the gait of a girl, what does it profit if it sets the soul at odds with the order God has made? We are not our own; we were bought with a price. To cling to such an identity, as though it were your highest good, is to number yourself among the first when Christ calls you to be last. Humble yourself, and bruise your heart, that you may attain self-restraint and escape the snares of vainglory.

I do not speak as an enemy, but as one who desires your salvation. If you would be set free, look to the prison where Paul and Silas sang hymns. Their chains became a church, their suffering a spiritual feast. The jailor, trembling, washed their wounds and was reborn in one hour. So you, too, can be transformed if you turn from this temporal exultation and seek the joy that angels know over one sinner who repents. Let your walk be not after the fashion of this age, but in Christ Jesus, who alone can make you a new creation. For His love is not carnal or human, but spiritual and genuine; in Him is no flattery, only truth. Choose what is profitable, not what is pleasant, and bear all things with thanksgiving, that you may attain the Kingdom of Heaven.

It is good to rejoice in the person God created you to be. Every good gift, including our very selves, comes from Him, and a heart of gratitude is right. But we must always ask where that joy is truly anchored. The fleeting joys of this world can feel strong and bright, yet Scripture warns that the triumphing of the wicked is short and the joy of the hypocrite lasts only a moment. If we are not careful, we can mistake the enemy’s offer of immediate fulfillment for the lasting joy that comes only from walking in God’s will.

He has made us male and female, and our deepest identity is not in how we carry ourselves or present to others, but in Christ alone, where there is neither male nor female, bond nor free. True, unspeakable joy springs from knowing your Redeemer lives, not from exalting yourself or finding your satisfaction in how you feel about yourself. God looks upon the one who humbly says, “I have sinned and perverted what is right,” and He restores that soul to righteousness and joy before His face.

Let your happiness be grounded in the center of His will. Rejoice that your name is written in heaven, not merely that you love how you walk on earth. For only the joy that flows from the presence of God will never fade.
