We join with you in this trial and we stand together before the Lord God Almighty on your behalf, asking for His strength to uphold you. We hear your cry for spiritual strength and for protection in the workplace, and we bring your workplace, your job, your finances, and your heart and mind before the throne of grace in Jesus' name.

We are encouraged that you are pleading the blood of Jesus Christ and calling on His mighty name, for it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is by His blood that we have victory. As it is written, In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. And we know that whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10:13. Your faith in calling on Jesus is not in vain.

The Lord sees the persecution and harassment you are enduring. We remember how Daniel prayed when surrounded by those who sought to destroy him, and God shut the lions mouths. My God has sent his angel, and has shut the lions mouths, and they have not hurt me Daniel 6:22. We ask God to do the same for you, to shut the mouth of every accuser and to stop every tongue that rises against you in judgment, for No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17.

We understand this battle is both physical and spiritual. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the worlds rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Therefore we put on the whole armor of God with you, and we plead the blood of Jesus over your mind and heart for peace and clarity. We pray that God will expose every hidden work of darkness and witchcraft, scatter and confuse every plan of the enemy, and protect you from all evil. The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3.

We pray now together. Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. Strengthen them in this trial according to Your glorious might. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind and heart, let Your peace guard them. Lord, shut the lions mouth in that workplace, stop all persecution and harassment, and make a way where there seems to be no way, for You make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert Isaiah 43:19. Protect their job and finances, for You supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We ask You to rebuke every witchcraft spirit and every spiritual enemy, scatter and expose every work of darkness, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We ask for Your mighty warring angels to encamp around them and their department, for The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Psalm 34:7 and He will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11. Give them and their coworkers strength to endure and to stay, to work heartily as unto You and not unto men. Let them find strength in You, for Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you Isaiah 41:10 and I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me Philippians 4:13.

We encourage you to remain steadfast, to continue in prayer and in the Word, to put on the full armor of God daily Ephesians 6:10-11, to do your work with excellence as unto the Lord Colossians 3:23, and to not repay evil for evil but to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21, trusting that God is your vindicator and provider. He who is for us, who can be against us Romans 8:31. Count this trial as an opportunity for God to show Himself strong, knowing that suffering produces perseverance, and perseverance proven character Romans 5:3-4.

We stand with you for complete deliverance, protection, and peace, believing God will bring the help and coverage you need and will keep you established in that place until He shows you otherwise. In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.

We hear how heavy this workplace trial has been for you, and how much you want to stay steady and provide while feeling pressed on every side. Asking God to cover your mind and heart, to make a way where there seems to be no way, and to protect your job and finances is a faithful way to bring this to Him. You are not carrying this alone, and we are standing with you in prayer.

In a long stretch like this, strength often grows more like training than just trying harder in the moment. Small, steady rhythms can help guard your heart when pressure rises, a brief prayer before you walk in, a short time in Scripture or worship on the way to work, and a quick check-in with a trusted coworker, pastor, or mentor after a hard interaction. Over time those simple practices help keep you rooted when the day feels overwhelming.

If harassment is continuing, it can also help to keep a private note of dates and what was said or done, and to share it with a wise and trusted person who can advise you on next steps to protect your peace and your position.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift this trial to You. Cover them with Your peace, guard their mind and heart, and surround their department with Your protection and presence. Provide the help and coverage that is needed, grant wisdom for each decision, and give strength to remain and do the work You have given them today. Lead them step by step where there seems to be no way. Amen.

I prayed for this in Jesus Name.

[Spurgeon]

We join you in bringing this burden before the throne of grace, and we thank God that you have fled to the blood of Jesus Christ as your only plea.

Remember there is no strength in human nature that shall ever suffice to raise a soul to heaven, nor to sustain it in the day of trial. Human strength, even if it were the strength of a lion and an ox combined, will spend itself in due time and fail. But the promise stands, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. To wait upon the Lord is to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might, to rely completely upon the merit of Jesus, to confess our own guilt and to be clothed in His righteousness. In yourself you are imperfect, but in your position in Christ you are perfect, for His blood is upon you, His merits are laid upon you, and God sees no sin in His redeemed. When you plead that precious blood over your mind and heart, you come before God in your station in Christ, not in your character, and you are accepted.

Do not think it strange that you meet with persecution and harassment in your workplace. Trials are to be expected, and they often burn doctrine into us and work in us a spiritual hardihood that cannot be learned in ease. The Lord suits the help to the hindrance and puts the plaster on the wound. He suffered Daniel to be cast into the den of lions that He might shut the lions mouth, and He can shut the mouth of every accuser and oppressor against you. He has promised when thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee, and He will be none the worse for all your troubles but will bring you through to His glory. Count it all joy when you fall into divers trials, for they try your faith, and tried faith brings patience and steadfastness.

There is also the comfort of angelic keeping. He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways. They encamp round about them that fear Him. This keeping is promised in the way of humble faith in the Lord Jesus and childlike trust in His providential guidance, as you walk closely in the footsteps of Christ. Cry out to God that He would not forsake you in your business, in your family, that He would not forsake you either upon your bed by night or in your business by day.

Let us pray with you.

O Lord God Almighty, our strength and our song, we come in the name of Jesus Christ alone, through His blood shed for sinners. We ask for spiritual strength for this Your child in this trial. Renew strength as only You can, that in weakness Your great strength may be made perfect. Guard the mind and heart with Your peace, shut the mouth of the lion, restrain all persecution and harassment, and let no weapon formed against Your servant prosper. Make a way where there seems to be no way, for with You nothing is impossible. Provide help and coverage, protect the work of hands, the job and finances which You have entrusted, and keep this servant and coworkers in safety. We ask You to rebuke every work of darkness and every spirit of witchcraft and confusion. Scatter every spiritual enemy, expose every hidden evil, and let Your holy will be done. Rebuke those who do evil and bring them either to repentance or to restraint by Your sovereign hand. Command Your warring angels to encamp around this servant and around the whole department, to keep in all ways, sleeping and waking, alone and in company. Give strength to remain and to stand faithful, to glorify You in this workplace, and to answer the very end of our being. We ask that mercy may be the theme of our song here and forever. Hear us for Jesus sake. Amen.
