We join you in this earnest cry for protection over your job and we stand with you in Jesus' name asking for God's covering over your mind and heart. We hear your desire for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire and we know the Lord sees the pressure, the persecution and harassment you are facing in the workplace and He cares deeply about your provision and your daily needs.

The Word reminds us that He is our refuge. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1, and The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Psalm 34:7. You prayed for a wall of fire and we claim the promise For I, says Yahweh, will be to her a wall of fire around it, and I will be the glory in the middle of her Zechariah 2:5. You asked the Lord to shut the lions mouth and we remember My God has sent his angel, and has shut the lions mouths Daniel 6:22. We also hold to No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17 and Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered Psalm 68:1. For your provision we trust My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 and for the work of your hands Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23 and May Yahweh our God be on us, establish the work of our hands for us Psalm 90:17. For your tongue we pray with you Set a watch, Yahweh, before my mouth. Keep the door of my lips Psalm 141:3.

Father in heaven we come together before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we plead the blood of Jesus over our dear one, over mind and heart, over this workplace and this job. We ask You to place a hedge of protection around this child of Yours as You did for Job, and to be a wall of fire around them. Shut the mouth of every lion, silence every accusing tongue and every scheme formed in the physical and spiritual realm. Scatter and confuse every plan of the enemy, expose what is done in darkness and bring it to nothing. Touch the hearts and minds of coworkers and supervisors, soften hard hearts, stop all persecution and harassment and let Your peace rule in that place. Provide for every need, open the door for more hours and steady provision, bless the work of their hands and cause it to be fruitful for Your glory. Bring in the help and coverage needed today and each day, and by Your Holy Spirit hold their tongue, give wisdom when to speak and when to be silent, that words would be seasoned with grace and truth. Keep mind and heart guarded in Christ Jesus and let them rest in Your shadow. We ask that Your will be done in this job and in this life, and we thank You that we have access to You only through Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved and by which we can approach Your throne with confidence. We trust You as our protector and provider and we give You all the glory. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to dwell close to the Lord through prayer and the Word, to commit your work to Him each morning and to trust Him with both the hours and the outcome. Guarding the tongue is a powerful witness, for If anyone does not stumble in word, the same is a perfect man, also able to bridle the whole body James 3:2. When provoked, pause and invite the Holy Spirit to filter your words, respond with gentleness and diligence, and let your faithful work speak for you. The Lord who sees in secret will reward and sustain you, and He is able to turn opposition into opportunity for His glory and to use you as light in that workplace while He keeps you secure in His hand.

We hear how much weight you are carrying at work and we are praying with you. Wanting to do honest, faithful work while feeling watched, harassed, and stretched thin with hours and coverage wears heavily on both mind and heart. It makes sense you are asking God to guard you so closely.

We love that you prayed for the Holy Spirit to hold your tongue. In a tense workplace that prayer often becomes God's very practical protection for us, keeping us clear headed and helping us respond with steadiness when we feel provoked.

A couple of small steps that may help you walk this out day by day:

It can bring clarity to keep a simple private note if difficult incidents happen, just the date, what was said or done, and who was present. It helps you remember accurately and gives you something clear to share if you ever need to talk with a manager or HR.

For the concern about hours and provision, consider asking for one brief, calm conversation with your supervisor about what coverage you need and what hours you are hoping for. Writing down your request beforehand and praying over it can help keep the conversation steady and respectful.

Father, we lift our brother to You right now. Place Your hedge around his mind and heart and keep him in Your peace. Silence what is meant to harm him, soften hearts where there is friction, and provide for his needs. Give him wisdom, help and coverage on the job, bless the work of his hands, and guide his words by Your Holy Spirit today. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

Your prayer has been brought before the Lord with thanksgiving that you have fled to Him who is your refuge and strength. We join you in pleading the precious blood of Jesus Christ, for there is no other shelter for the soul and no other plea that prevails in heaven. It is the blood that speaks better things, and through it we have boldness to enter into the holiest.

You ask for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire about your mind and heart, and we are reminded how Satan himself testified concerning Job, Have You not set a hedge about him and all that he has. The Lord had indeed hedged Job about, and though the enemy was permitted to touch his estate and his body, he could not touch his soul without divine permission. So we pray that the Lord would keep your mind and heart by Christ Jesus, that He would be unto you a wall of fire round about, and that He would shut the lions mouth as He did for Daniel, stopping every accusation and every cruel design formed against you in the workplace.

You speak of persecution and harassment, and of enemies both seen and unseen. The Scripture shows us that persecution, though painful, is often made to serve the good of the saints. It drives the Christian nearer to his God and teaches him to pray as he never prayed before. Job in all his losses and reproaches sinned not, nor charged God foolishly, but fell down and worshipped. May the same grace be given to you, that under trial you may be kept from sin in word and in deed, and that your tongue may be bridled by the Holy Spirit. We pray with the Psalmist, Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth, keep the door of my lips, that no hasty or unwise word should go forth, but only such as becomes a servant of Christ.

We pray also that the Lord would frustrate every evil purpose and bring to nothing every unjust counsel. As Job prayed for those friends who had spoken harshly against him, so we pray that God would touch the hearts and minds of those around you, turning enmity into peace where it may please Him, and exposing and scattering every work of darkness. And if it be His will to permit trial to continue for a season, may He turn it for your refining and for His glory, for our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery when God has gotten His end in them.

For your provision and your labour we make supplication. You ask for more hours, for help and coverage, and for the blessing of God upon the work of your hands. The Lord who at the last turned the captivity of Job and gave him twice as much as he had before is able to provide for you day by day. He knows your need and He opens His hand to supply it. May He grant you favour in the eyes of those who order your work, bring seasonable help when you are pressed, and establish the work of your hands upon you, that you may do all as unto the Lord and not unto men, with diligence and with a quiet spirit.

May the Lord keep you in perfect peace, your mind stayed upon Him, renewed day by day with fresh oil and with strength that does not fail. We commend you to Him who is able to keep you from falling, trusting that He who has begun a good work will perfect it, and that whether in plenty or in want, you may still say, Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.

In the name and merits of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and Advocate, we ask these mercies for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for protection, provision, and a guarded tongue at work has been heard, and I join you in bringing it before our heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

You ask for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire over your mind and heart, and for the blood of Christ to cover you. This is right to ask, for our hope is not in our own strength but in Him who gave Himself for us. I pray with you that the Lord will keep your mind and heart in perfect peace as you trust in Him, shut the mouth of the lion as He did for Daniel, and thwart every plan of those who would harm you, whether seen or unseen.

Do not be surprised that you meet persecution and harassment in the workplace. As Scripture teaches, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ will face such trials, and in this world we will have tribulation. The life of man upon earth is a trial, and the narrow way is often hard. Yet the Lord does not waste our afflictions. As a husbandman prunes the branch that bears fruit so that it will bear more fruit, so God uses even persecutions to make us stronger, to purify us, and to teach us to depend wholly on Him. What the enemy intends for evil, God can use for your good and for His glory.

So I pray that God will touch the hearts and minds of those around you, that He will stop what is unjust, expose what is hidden, and bring confusion to every evil scheme while leading those who oppose you toward repentance and truth. I pray that He will guard your own tongue by His Holy Spirit, giving you grace to speak with wisdom, gentleness, and self control, so that your words may honor Christ and keep peace where possible.

You also ask for more hours, for provision, and for help and coverage in your work. God knows your needs and He delights to provide for His children according to what is truly needful for health and faithful stewardship. I pray that He will bless the work of your hands, open the door for the provision you need, and send the help and support that allows you to do your work well and without being burdened beyond strength. May He give you contentment in what He provides and strength to use it for His purposes.

May the Lord keep you, establish you, and cause His face to shine upon you. Continue to cast all your anxiety on Him, remain faithful in your duties, and trust that He who is faithful will not leave you nor forsake you. In Jesus mighty name, Amen.

Your cry for protection at work has been heard and I join you in bringing it before the Lord with you. The desire for a hedge around your life and a guard over your heart and mind is a biblical one. Scripture shows that God does place a hedge around His people. When Satan desired to attack Job, he complained that God had put a hedge around him and all that he had, and he had studied Job carefully looking for a weak point and developing a strategy against him. God is sovereign and He sets the limits of what the enemy can do, and nothing touches your life without passing through His wise and loving hands.

Like Job, you may not fully understand why the pressure, the persecution and the harassment at work have come. Cultures change but the deep needs and struggles of the heart remain the same. Job expressed the same confusion and pain that many feel today when hard things happen. What comforts us is knowing that God is working even when it appears He has forsaken us. He hears, He sees, and He is fair and just. Job did not curse God or charge Him foolishly even when he did not understand, and in the end God showed Himself faithful. The accusations and misunderstandings of Job's friends only added to his burden, and they remind us not to listen to voices that condemn without truth. The Lord Himself is your defender.

I pray with you now that the Lord will cover your mind and heart with His peace, the peace that guards hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. I pray that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed for your forgiveness and protection, will be your confidence, and that the Lord who shut the mouths of lions for Daniel will shut the mouth of every accusation and every scheme formed against you. May the Holy Spirit keep your thoughts steady on Christ and guard you from fear, anxiety, and discouragement today and every day.

I ask the Father to restrain every physical and spiritual work of evil directed against you in the workplace. May He expose what is done in darkness, confuse and scatter every evil plan, and stop persecution and harassment. Where there are people opposing you, I pray God will touch their hearts and minds, bring conviction where needed, and turn hostility into peace. Where there is a spiritual battle, may the Lord cause the works of the enemy to fail and may His justice and truth prevail.

I also bring your need for provision before Him. He sees your need for more hours and for help and coverage. He knows the work of your hands and I pray He will bless it, provide for you faithfully, and open the right doors for the help you need. Our God is able to supply what we need according to His riches and wisdom, and we trust Him to do what is best for you in His timing.

And I join you in asking the Holy Spirit to set a guard over your mouth. May He give you grace to speak with wisdom, restraint, and kindness, to answer with gentleness when provoked, and to keep silent when silence honors Christ more than words. May your speech reflect the Lord who lives in you.

May the Lord keep you, strengthen you, and cause you to know His nearness and care in this season. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
