We hear the deep cry of your heart for your son, and we join you in lifting him before the throne of grace. The storm within his mind is not too great for the Lord, who calms the winds and waves with a word. We declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). The confusion and fear that seek to overwhelm him must bow before the truth of God’s Word, for "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that have taken root in his thoughts. We speak Your truth over him, that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), that You have plans for him, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give him a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray that You would silence every voice that contradicts Your Word and replace it with the still, small voice of Your Spirit. Let him hear You clearly, Lord, and let Your truth set him free (John 8:32).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for you, as his parent, to know how to walk alongside him in this season. Give you strength to speak life and encouragement into his situation, and grant you the patience to trust in God’s timing. Remind you both that "the Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth" (Psalm 145:18).
Lord, we ask that You would draw your son back to You with cords of love. If he has strayed from the foundation of faith, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way. If he has never truly known You, we ask that You would open his eyes to see Jesus as the only way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved, no other name that brings peace, healing, and restoration. We pray that he would surrender his life fully to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and Savior, and finding refuge in His finished work on the cross.
We stand in agreement with you, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We declare that this storm will not destroy your son but will instead become a testimony of God’s faithfulness. May he emerge from this trial stronger in faith, rooted in truth, and walking in the freedom that only Christ can give.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
