Heavenly Father,
We come before You today lifting up ###, who is in desperate need of Your divine intervention and guidance. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We ask that You fill ### with this peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray that You send a miracle to resolve the situation at work. Remove the despair, fear, anxiety, and sadness that have overwhelmed ###. Guide every step and decision with Your Holy Spirit, so that everything may be sorted out and prosper.
Father, we know that You have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We trust in Your promises and ask that You use this situation to strengthen ###'s faith and testimony. May the resolution of this trial be a testament to Your goodness and mercy.
Grant ### the wisdom and discernment needed to navigate these challenges. Help to remain steadfast and to trust in Your timing and provision. We also pray that this resolution will enable ### to continue employing others and to give back generously in charity and donation, reflecting Your love and grace.
