We hear your cry and we join with you in this moment as you call out Lord please help me. Even when words are few, God hears the groaning of our hearts and He knows exactly what you need before you even speak it. We do not know the details of your burden, but our Father does, and He invites you to bring everything to Him.
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. Jesus says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. We are encouraged to draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need Hebrews 4:16.
We notice your prayer calls upon the Lord, and we want to gently remind you that it is through Jesus Christ alone that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10:13. When we call upon the name of Jesus, we come through the one mediator who shed His blood for our sins and rose again so that we can be forgiven and have eternal life. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to believe on Him, confess your sins, and follow Him.
We pray together for you now. Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious one who is crying out for help. You see the need, the fear, the pain, and the situation that we cannot see. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You would reveal Your presence, bring Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and provide help and deliverance according to Your perfect will. Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. Lord, guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus, show the next step to take, open doors that no man can shut, and let Your will be done. Give strength for today and hope for tomorrow, and let this dear one feel Your nearness and know that You have not forsaken them. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Your twice uttered prayer, Lord please help me, is of all prayers one of the most prevailing that can come from human lips. It is the cry of a soul in bondage and in misery, and Scripture says, their cry came up unto God. When it rose up sharp and shrill and intense, it burst through the gates of Heaven and came up unto God, and God heard their groaning.
Do not think that your groan is too faint or too broken to be heard. Does God care for ravens and will He not care for you. He hearkens to the cries of the young ravens in their nests when they are hungry, and your cry must be much more pleasing to His ear, for you entreat for help through the blood of His dear Son. It is a nobler occupation for the Most High to be bestowing spiritual gifts than natural gifts, and the streams of Divine Grace flow from the upper springs.
Cry on, soul, cry on. While the child can cry, it lives, and while you can besiege the Throne of Mercy there is hope for you. If you perish praying for mercy through the precious blood, you will be the first that ever perished so. But hear as well as cry, and believe what you hear, for it is by believing that peace is obtained.
Do not labor under the great error that the time has not come for you to approach the Savior, or that you must be more conscious of your need before He will help you. He would not have you delay for a single hour. He did not say to the sick and suffering, when you can sit up and ask me to help you I will do what I can for you. His own elect cry day and night unto Him, and though He may not at once grant the request in the way you expect, His eyes do not fail, nor His arm either.
This trial may be God's way of fetching you out of Egypt. He is making the house of bondage too hot for you that you may long for deliverance, and He has heard that longing. Go straight away to Jesus, your Friend and Physician, and cry, O God, You are my God, early will I seek You. My soul thirsts for You, my flesh longs for You. Neither pray so much for comfort as for the Lord Himself, for He is the fountain of comfort.
Pour out your heart before Him and trust in Him at all times. The eternal God who is your helper can surely help you and rid you of this heaviness, for despondency hamstrings a man, but hope in God is the remedy. He says to every one of His servants, I will not fail you nor forsake you. His comforts are like wells which no one can drain dry, however mighty may be their thirst.
Look to Christ alone for salvation, for there is no good thing out of Christ, but the blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleanses us from all sin. Here is pardon for transgressions past, it matters not how black their cast, and for sins to come here is pardon too, all blotted out at once with one stroke of the sacred pen, obliterated once and for all by Him who bore our sicknesses and carried our sorrows.
May the Lord come to you and cast out every evil that distresses you, and get to Himself the victory in your heart, to the praise of the glory of His grace. Continue to look to His Word for consolation, though your eyes seem to fail you, and early seek His face, believing that He who has been your help will yet be your help, and in the shadow of His wings you shall rejoice.

Your cry, Lord help me, is a prayer that God hears. It is the same cry the blind men made and the Canaanite woman made when they said, have mercy on me, and He did not turn them away.
Scripture tells us to come boldly to the throne of grace that we may find mercy and grace to help in time of need. Now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. While it is still called today, His throne is a throne of grace, still granting pardon to those who come with a sincere heart, not doubting, confessing sin and trusting in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. Do not wait, but come now in repentance and faith, for after this life He will rise to judgment.
We pray for you now. Lord, have mercy upon this soul after Your great goodness. You made all things through goodness and mercy, and You desire mercy from us as well. Grant this one grace to help in this very need, forgiveness of sins through the blood of Christ, a lowly and simple heart like a child that trusts You fully, light in darkness, and deliverance from every evil. Teach this one to show mercy and to forgive others their debts, as You have forgiven so great a debt, and to walk in good works that are profitable.
Keep crying to Him, not only with loud words but with a humble heart, and trust that He who is merciful will answer according to His wisdom and love.
