We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt cry for healing, strength, and peace, lifting it up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We rejoice that you have called upon the name of the Lord, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Heavenly Father, we stand in agreement with this dear one, asking You to lay Your healing hand upon them. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore mind, body, and spirit. We declare that by Your wounds, they are healed (1 Peter 2:24). Strengthen them with might by Your Spirit in the inner man (Ephesians 3:16), and grant them Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, stress, and pain in the name of Jesus, for it is written that the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise them up (James 5:15).
Father, we also ask that You fill their life with hope, for You are the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). Protect them from every sickness and disease, for You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2). We pray that they would experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).
Lord, we encourage this dear one to continue seeking You with all their heart, for those who seek You shall not lack any good thing (Psalm 34:10). Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). We pray that they would find rest in You, casting all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). May they be rooted and grounded in Your love, that they may be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:17-19).
We also remind them to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5), for the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace (Romans 8:6). Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, keep them in perfect peace (Philippians 4:6-7).
In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
