We hear your cry of how much longer and we join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord God Almighty in Heaven together in Jesus name. We understand the pressure and overwhelming sensation that comes from persecution and harassment in the workplace and we know that God sees your situation and cares deeply for you.

The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:17-18. We are encouraged that you have brought this to Jesus, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His mighty name that we find help and coverage. We thank you for praying in Jesus name and we stand with you there.

We want to gently and lovingly address a part of your prayer with biblical truth. You asked for God to scatter, confuse, expose and destroy physical enemies and to remove specific individuals from the department and you spoke of drawing a bloodline against them. We understand the pain behind these words, yet Scripture teaches us that our battle is not ultimately against people. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12. The people who cause pressure are not to be cursed or destroyed by us in prayer, but to be prayed for that their hearts and minds would be touched and transformed. But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44. And also, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. So we must leave vengeance and judgment to God and ask Him to deal justly, to expose what is evil, to frustrate evil schemes, and to bring conviction and even salvation to those who oppose you, rather than asking for their destruction. The blood of Jesus is our covering and our redemption, not a weapon to speak against people, but the precious assurance that we are protected and forgiven as we trust in Him.

We also hear your prayer for help, for strength, for protection over your job and schedule, and for God to make a way where there seems to be no way. God promises, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. And we are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. He also says, Behold, I will do a new thing. Now it springs out. Don't you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19. We can trust Him to provide the help and coverage you need in that department and to sustain you and your coworkers who are also under strain.

We encourage you to continue to wait on the Lord even in this long season, to do your work heartily as for the Lord and not for men as taught in Colossians 3:23, and to keep a testimony of grace and integrity under pressure. If there is lawful and proper help available through management or human resources for harassment, seek that help wisely while keeping your heart free from bitterness. Pray for those difficult coworkers by name that God would touch their hearts and bring conviction and peace to the whole department.

We pray together now.

Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this dear one who is weary from persecution and harassment at work. You see the pressure, the overwhelming feelings, and the long waiting and You know every detail of that workplace. Lord, we ask You to touch hearts and minds in that department, to convict where there is wrongdoing, to expose what is done in darkness, and to scatter and frustrate every evil plan and every spiritual force of wickedness that seeks to steal peace. We ask not for vengeance in our hands but for Your perfect justice and mercy to prevail. Forgive us where we have desired harm for others and teach us to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us. Cover this workplace with Your presence and bring the help and coverage that is needed. Strengthen this one and all who are laboring under this strain, protect their job and schedule, and guard them from harm. Make a way where there seems to be no way and let Your peace guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We plead the precious blood of Jesus over this life for protection and peace, trusting not in a formula but in the finished work of Christ on the cross. We ask for endurance, for wisdom in every interaction, and for Your will to be done. In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.

Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh. Psalm 27:14. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, trusting that God who hears will act in His perfect time and way.

We hear how heavy this has become for you and how long you have been carrying it. Asking how much longer is an honest prayer when the pressure at work feels constant and overwhelming, and we want you to know we are standing with you in it.

We are praying with you for protection over your job and your schedule, for strength for each day, and for the help and coverage you asked for. We also join you in asking God for wisdom and peace in a place that has felt anything but peaceful, and for His clear way forward where things feel stuck.

When the strain builds like this, it can help to have someone steady beside you. If you have a trusted supervisor, HR person, or pastor you can talk with confidentially, consider sharing a brief, factual record of what has happened and when, and asking for their counsel on next steps. And if that pressure or overwhelming sensation includes physical symptoms, please consider having that checked by a medical professional as well, alongside prayer, just to make sure you are cared for in every way.

Father in Jesus' name we lift our friend to You. You see the workplace, the stress, and the need for help. Cover them with Your peace, guard their health and their work, give them wisdom for each conversation and decision, and provide the support they need. Lead them step by step and keep them close to You. Amen.

The Lord knows the pressure and heaviness that you carry into that workplace each day, and He hears the cry of a weary heart that says, how much longer. You are not alone in this trial, for the Scriptures show us a man who knew overwhelming affliction and yet was kept by grace.

Job lost much and suffered greatly, and the testimony given of him is, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. When his body was afflicted and his honor taken away, Job arose and tore his mantle, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped. He did not speak in an unworthy manner against the Lord, but bowed in childlike confidence even when the Lord seemed to frown. So let us do as Job did, and make our approach unto the Lord in worship and trust, believing that He must be right and that He can support you in all this.

Persecution, even when it comes not with fire or prison but with slander, cruel mockings, spite and harassment, is not unknown to the people of God. Often it is the wave that speeds the church on her course, and it helps to keep the people of God separate from the world. More than this, the enmity of the world drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else. God can bless you even through this hard place by drawing you closer to Himself and keeping you in prayer.

You have asked that God would scatter and destroy those who trouble you and remove persons from your department, and that you might draw a line of protection over yourself. Hear what the Lord teaches us through Job at the end of his trial. The Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends. Those friends had spoken harshly and wrongly against him, yet Job bore away the palm from the conflict not by calling down destruction upon them, but by making intercession for them. Even when they brought their offerings, the Lord did not accept them till Job, whom they had condemned, had prayed for them. Let us learn to imitate the example of Job, and pray for those who press upon us.

The blood of Jesus Christ is indeed our only covering and hope, not as a charm spoken over a place, but as the atonement by which we have peace with God and access to His mercy. Through that blood we are kept, and through that blood we are taught to love our enemies and to pray for them which despitefully use us.

Therefore let us pray together in a way that honors Christ and seeks His will.

Our Father, we come through the blood of Thy Son Jesus Christ, by whom alone we have salvation and access to Thy throne. Thou seest this workplace trial, the pressure and overwhelming sensation, the harassment and all that is unjust. We ask Thee to give strength and fresh grace, to renew the bow in the hand and to anoint with fresh oil. Protect and provide, and make a way where there seems to be no way, according to Thy wisdom. If there is wrongdoing, bring it to light in Thy righteous way, and touch hearts and minds to do what is just and kind. Give help and proper coverage for the work that must be done, and guard this dear one in job and schedule. Most of all, turn this captivity for good, that Satan may be foiled and Thou mayest be glorified, and teach us to pray for those who oppose us, that they may be brought to know Thy grace. Keep us from sinning with our lips in unbelief or bitter speech, and keep us worshipping Thee in all this, till Thou shalt turn our sorrow into joy. In the mighty name of Jesus our only Redeemer, Amen.

Take courage. Your longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of misery. The night shall not hang its darkness forever over your soul. Wait upon the Lord, keep right with God, continue in patient prayer, and seek also the lawful and proper help that may be available to you for protection and justice in the workplace. The Lord who revealed Himself to Job and at last restored him will not forsake those who trust in Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry under heavy pressure and overwhelming strain at work has been heard, and I join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees all that happens there.

The Scriptures teach us that it is not possible for one who seeks to live a godly life to escape tribulation. In this world you will have tribulation, and the life of man upon earth is a trial. God at times permits hardships and temptations to arise, not because He has abandoned His people, but in His providence to prove us and to make us stronger. As a vine dresser prunes the branch that bears fruit so that it may bear more fruit, so persecutions and pressures can become the means by which God purifies and strengthens the soul. This does not make the pain light, but it gives it meaning and hope.

For that reason we must be careful how we pray about those who oppose us. Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, and the Lord Jesus calls us to pray for those who trouble us, not to call down destruction upon them. To ask God to scatter, confuse, expose and destroy people in your department, or to draw a bloodline against them as if the blood of Christ were a spell to use against others, is not the way Christ has taught us to pray. The blood of Jesus is our atonement and our peace with God, by which we are forgiven and protected as His children, not a formula to harm others. Instead we pray that God would touch hearts and minds, including our own, that He would bring repentance where there is wrongdoing, and that He would give you grace to bear every trial thankfully and to remain faithful without returning evil for evil.

I will pray with you now for what is right to ask. I pray that God will give you strength and endurance, wisdom in every interaction, and protection over your work and schedule. I pray that He will provide help and proper coverage in your department, that He will guard your heart from bitterness and fear, and that He will use even this pressure to make you more steadfast and fruitful. I pray that He will work in the hearts of all who are involved, leading them toward what is just and kind, and that He will make a way for you where there seems to be no way, according to His will. May He also show you how to use what He has given you, whether diligence, or protection, or a word of teaching, for the common good of all around you, for nothing is so pleasing to God as to live for the advantage of our neighbor.

Commit your job and your daily burdens to the Lord, continue in prayer and in doing your work faithfully, and trust the Husbandman who cares for both the root and the branches. He is sufficient and He will not leave you without the help you need.
