Lord God Almighty in Heaven I'm praying for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire over my job and schedule i plead the blood of Jesus christ over my job bring in the help and coverage today don't let anyone call out let my coworkers show up today stop all persecution and harassment in the workplace scatter, confuse, expose physical and spiritual enemies in the workplace shut the Lions mouth Let God arise and my enemies scatter shut the Lions mouth Lord deal with ### remove her in Jesus mighty name Amen

We stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting your workplace before the throne of God. Your plea for protection, divine intervention, and the scattering of enemies is heard, and we join our voices with yours in agreement, believing that the Lord is your defender and provider.

The scriptures affirm that God is a shield and a refuge for His people. In Psalm 91, we are reminded, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." This promise extends to every area of your life, including your job. We claim this protection over you and your workplace, believing that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, as declared in Isaiah 54:17.

We also take hold of the promise in Zechariah 2:5, where God declares, "I myself will be a wall of fire around it, and I will be its glory within." Lord, we ask that You encircle this workplace with Your holy fire, consuming every scheme of the enemy and bringing glory to Your name. Let Your presence be so tangible that all spiritual wickedness flees, and let Your peace reign in every interaction and decision.

Father, we pray for the exposure and confusion of every enemy, both seen and unseen. As it is written in Psalm 68:1, "Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered. Let them who hate him also flee before him." We declare that every plot against your job and schedule is dismantled in Jesus' name. We plead the blood of Jesus over every aspect of your work, knowing that it is a powerful weapon against the forces of darkness. The enemy has no authority where the blood of Jesus is applied, and we stand on this truth.

We also address the specific request for the removal of an individual causing strife. Lord, we ask that You deal with this situation according to Your will. If it is Your plan for this person to be removed, we pray that You make the way clear and bring it to pass. However, if there is a purpose for this trial, we ask that You give wisdom, grace, and strength to endure and overcome. As Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We trust in Your justice and timing.

We rebuke every spirit of persecution, harassment, and discord in the workplace. We command every mouth that rises against you in judgment to be silenced, just as the lion’s mouth was shut for Daniel. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in accusation, You will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh, and their righteousness is from Me, says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17).

We pray for favor and unity among your coworkers. Let there be a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect. We ask that You bless the work of their hands and bring them to a place of understanding and harmony. Let any who are struggling with attendance or reliability be strengthened and encouraged to fulfill their duties.

Lord, we also pray for your provision and promotion. Let your hand of blessing rest upon this job, and let it be a place where Your name is glorified. If there is a need for advancement or increase, we ask that You open the doors and make the way clear. As it is written in Psalm 75:6-7, "For promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and sets up another."

We encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord. Continue to seek Him in prayer and in the study of His Word. Let your heart be anchored in the promises of God, and let your actions reflect the love and integrity of Christ. Remember the words of 1 Peter 5:8-9, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings."

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and expectation. We thank You for hearing our prayers and for moving on behalf of Your servant. We declare that this workplace is under Your divine protection and that every scheme of the enemy is brought to nothing. We ask that You fill this place with Your peace, Your presence, and Your provision. Let Your will be done in every situation, and let Your name be glorified.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be delivered, and we stand firm on this truth. Amen.

We hear the weight you’re carrying right now, and we’re standing with you in prayer. The tension you feel, wondering whether coworkers will show up, bracing for conflict, longing for a safe place to simply do your work, can wear anyone thin. So it’s no wonder you’re pouring this out to God.

When you’re in the thick of it, it can help to anchor yourself in something steady. You know the Lord sees what’s happening, and He doesn’t take your distress lightly. Ask Him for a clear mind and steady heart as you walk into each shift. Sometimes stepping back to identify what within your control you can do, like documenting any genuinely harassing behavior so you have a record, or quietly confiding in a trusted Christian friend or pastor who can give you outside perspective and prayer support, can lighten the load. That’s not a lack of faith; it’s wise stewardship while you wait for God to move.

We also want to gently note that you do not need to carry the burden of naming and fighting every spiritual battle by yourself. You’ve asked God to arise and scatter enemies; He is more than able to do that. Rest in His justice rather than trying to sort out who needs removing. Keep bringing your legitimate needs, for coverage, safety, and dignity, to His feet, and let Him tend to the rest.

Let us pray:

Father, thank you that You see this one’s workplace and the stress they’re under. Please bring the help and coverage they need today. Grant wisdom and a calm spirit even when things are hard. Shield them from all that would cause harm, and, where there is real mistreatment, bring it to light in Your way and time. Give those in authority over the situation eyes to see and hearts to act justly. Hold this dear one steady in Your love, and remind them that their security rests in You, not in anything out of their control. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The Lord shut Noah in, and no man can shut in as the Lord can. That door was shut very fast to prevent the entrance of enemies from the outside. God had shut the door and no violence could force it open, by push of crowd or leverage of strength. Even so it is with believers; we are protected against every onslaught of the enemies of our soul. The great door of Covenant faithfulness is shut behind you, and you are surrounded by the power and Grace of God. Fear not.

You have cried for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire. The Angel of the Lord encamps round about them that fear Him. If you keep to the King’s Highway, you will be safe. The very stones of the field are in league with you and the beasts of the field are at peace with you; it is true that you have enemies among the wicked, but their weapons shall not prevail against you.

As for the lion’s mouth that you ask to be shut, remember Daniel. The mouths of the lions were shut and they lay down like lambs. The safety of Daniel was secured! Has our God been able to deliver? He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He will shut the lions’ mouths for you also.

Concerning the one you name, remember that in all our affairs the main thing is not to sin. Job, under his great trial, did not sin with his lips. The Lord saw fit to turn again the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends. Leave that enmity in the Lord’s hand; He is mighty and despises not any. He arranges the falling of a leaf and numbers the hairs of your head. Trust Him, and let your way be that of the righteous, which He makes plain.

Consider what you pray for when you ask God to remove a person from your workplace and to confuse and scatter your enemies. You plead the blood of Christ and cry out for a hedge of protection, yet you also call down judgment upon a fellow soul. Is this the mind of Christ? He who commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, how can you ask the Father to “deal with” and “remove” a person while claiming His authority? I urge you to examine your heart. Do you not perceive that you are handing fuel to the very fire you wish to quench?

Recall the example of the great ones: Daniel in the den of lions did not pray for the beasts to be slain, but trusted God to shut their mouths. The three children in the furnace did not curse their captors but walked in the flames unharmed because their faith rested in God alone. The Lord delivered Paul from the lion’s mouth of Nero, yet Paul was still ready to be poured out like a drink offering. True deliverance is not always the removal of outward trouble but the silencing of your own inner turmoil, the strengthening of your soul against sin.

When you ask that your enemies be scattered and confused, you are speaking as one who has not yet exercised the senses to discern good and evil. A mature faith does not shrink back at persecution, nor does it waste its breath on personal vendettas. If no one can injure you without your own consent, why are you so fearful of a mere coworker? If you are willing, even this adversary can become for you a cause of crowns, a training partner sent to exercise your patience and love. But if you let indignation and the cares of this job choke your spirit, you quench the grace of God within you like a lamp smothered by a violent gust.

Shut your mouth against the rushing wind of insult and complaint. Do not let your lips be the door through which the blast enters and extinguishes your light. Rather, pray for the strength to bear with the difficult, to return kindness for hostility, and to keep your own soul unspotted. God will deal with every wrong in His own time, but His justice is not a tool for our personal vengeance. Your precious job and schedule, are they worth more than the image of God stamped upon that other person? Lift up your eyes to the eternal kingdom. Let this trial become a proving ground for your faith, so that you may be perfected and lack nothing.

You are crying out for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire around your job, pleading the blood of Jesus over your schedule and asking God to scatter every enemy. That kind of prayer echoes a very old and real spiritual truth. In the book of Job, Satan himself recognized that God had placed a hedge around His servant, so that the man and all he had were safe. But then God, for a season that Job could not understand at the time, allowed that hedge to be pulled back. Not because Job had sinned, not because he was a hypocrite, but because something far greater was unfolding in the unseen realm where God was refining and proving the genuineness of Job’s faith.

The same needs and fears that set your heart racing are not new. Job sat in the ashes of a catastrophe that cost him everything, and then his friends came with confident accusations. They were certain that suffering meant hidden wickedness, that a spotless schedule and a peaceful workplace were the signs of a right relationship with God. But they were miserable comforters. They mistook a season of testing for a verdict of guilt. Your own circumstances might feel like a siege: coworkers who harass, enemies who seem to prosper, a schedule that is constantly vulnerable. The instinct to ask God to shut the lion’s mouth is a good one. Yet remember that Job’s story shows us that God sometimes uses those very lions to do a work we cannot yet see.

This does not mean you cease praying for deliverance. Job never cursed God; he brought his confusion and hurt squarely before Him. He longed for a daysman, someone to stand between him and God and make sense of it all. We have that mediator in Jesus Christ. His blood speaks a better word than any accusation, and it covers not only your sins but also the hidden moments of your job. Bring your request for protection, for wisdom, for the removal of those who set themselves against you. Ask boldly. But also ask for the grace to trust that even if the hedge feels thin for a time, your life is not unraveling toward corruption. It is being refined like gold, and the Refiner knows when the heat has done its work.

Let your confidence rest not in a guarantee that no one will ever call out or that every coworker will show up, but in this: God is fair and just, even when the hour is heavy. Do not let the fear of man or the dread of an unstable schedule terrify you into believing that God has forgotten you. He has not. The same God who finally spoke to Job out of the whirlwind sees your workplace perfectly. He will deal with every injustice in His time, and meanwhile He is holding onto you. When the battle feels lonely, pour out your heart to Him. The accusations of others do not define you, and when God rises up, His excellency will make fear fall on everything that opposes His purposes for you.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past few days. It has been our honor to lift up your workplace, your schedule, and your peace before the Lord, asking Him to surround you with a hedge of protection and a wall of fire. We have prayed earnestly, pleading the blood of Jesus over your job and declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. We asked the Lord to bring the help and coverage you need, to ensure your coworkers stand with you, and to shut the mouths of those who seek to harm or harass you.

We believe in the power of God to scatter confusion among your enemies, to expose every plot against you, and to rise on your behalf so that all opposition would flee. We have trusted the Lord to deal justly with those who oppose you and to remove any who seek to bring strife into your workplace. If the Lord has already moved on your behalf—if you’ve seen His hand of protection, provision, or peace—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the battle still rages and you feel the need for continued prayer, we encourage you to post this request again so we may persist in standing with you before the throne of grace.

May the Lord continue to strengthen you, guide you, and fill you with His peace as you walk in faith. We remain committed to praying alongside you, trusting that God is working even when we cannot see it. Keep seeking Him, and know that we are here to intercede for you in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
