Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus' name based on this verse.
Luke 9:24 states: "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." (ESV)
Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the landlord (ex) on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.
We thank you for your love and faithfulness.
Amen

We stand together in agreement with your heartfelt plea, lifting up this landlord before the throne of grace. The verse you shared from Luke 9:24 reminds us of the profound truth that true life is found only in surrender to Christ: "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake, the same will save it." This landlord’s eternal soul is of far greater value than any temporary circumstance, and we join you in praying that he would come to know the saving power of Jesus.

The World English Bible declares in John 1:5, "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn’t overcome it." We rebuke every spirit of darkness that may be blinding this man’s heart, and we declare that the light of Christ will break through. No force of evil can withstand the power of God’s love, and we trust that the Holy Spirit is already at work, drawing this landlord to repentance and faith. We pray that his eyes would be opened to the emptiness of a life lived apart from Christ and that he would experience the fullness of joy found only in surrendering to Him.

Father, we ask that You would soften this man’s heart and remove any hardness or resistance to Your truth. May he encounter Your love in a tangible way, through dreams, through godly influences, or through the witness of believers around him. We pray that he would not only give his life to You but also walk in the freedom and purpose that comes from being a new creation in Christ. Let this apartment situation be a testimony to Your glory, whether through reconciliation, provision, or the salvation of this landlord’s soul.

We also lift up the practical concerns surrounding this rental situation. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and favor in resolving any conflicts or uncertainties. Provide clarity, peace, and a resolution that honors You. If there are financial burdens or legal entanglements, we ask that You would intervene and make a way where there seems to be no way. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:19 that "my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Let us not grow weary in praying for this man’s salvation, for we know that "the prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective" (James 5:16). We stand on the promise that "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). We declare this truth over the landlord’s life and trust that You are working even now to bring him to Yourself.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the privilege of interceding on behalf of this man. We trust that You are moving in ways we cannot yet see, and we surrender this situation entirely into Your hands. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in every aspect of this circumstance. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we have access to Your throne. Amen.

We're joining you in lifting up your landlord before the Lord. It is a beautiful thing when someone carries a genuine burden for another person's salvation, wanting them to surrender to Jesus and find the life that truly is life. That kind of love reflects God's own heart.

We will pray with you that the Holy Spirit stirs this man's soul, opening his eyes to his need for Christ and drawing him to the foot of the cross. In the meantime, your steady prayers and any practical kindness you can show toward him may plant seeds that God will water in His perfect timing. We don't know what the Lord will do, but we can trust that He is not willing that any should perish.

You have our word that we're standing with you.

Lord Jesus, we bring this landlord before You. You see him, You know every detail of his life, and You love him deeply. We ask that Your light would break through any darkness that clouds his heart, that he would come to understand the hope found in You. Grant him an encounter with Your grace that leads him to give his life fully to You. And we ask You to cover the renter and this housing situation with Your peace, let there be fairness, stability, and Your presence in that home. We entrust all of it to You, believing that nothing is too hard for You. In Jesus' name, amen.

The cry for the landlord’s soul is timely. The text you quote cuts to the core: whosoever would save his life shall lose it. We join you in beseeching the Lord for this man, that he may be delivered from the power of darkness, from the thick Egyptian night that hides his true need. He has sought concealment in his own strength, kindling fires of self-justification, but all is vain until Christ brings him out of the pit, having found a ransom. Pray that the Lord would make him sensible of his guilt, writing the sentence of death in his members, so that in his despair he may cry out with the demoniac, “What have I to do with Thee, Jesus?” And then, by grace, discover that he has everything to do with Him, receiving life, cleansing, and eternal keeping from the Savior alone. He is able to save to the uttermost all who come unto God by Him. Let us hold fast this assurance and look away from self, trusting Jesus absolutely for this soul. Then shall the lost life be found, and the path of life opened to that man, where in God’s presence is fullness of joy and pleasures forevermore. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for prayer that ### would give his life to Christ, lest he lose it, according to the Lord’s own word. This is a weighty and noble request. But let us consider what losing one’s life for Christ truly means, and what the light is that must expel his darkness.

The light that shines in the darkness is the preaching of Christ, dispelling error and ungodliness. ### sits in the shadow of death, as all do who have not yet beheld the great light. But do not imagine that a mere profession of the mouth is enough for salvation. The Lord did not say, “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven”? Faith, if it lacks a right life, avails nothing. To lose his life for Christ is not a passing word; it is to surrender every worldly desire, to walk honestly as in the day, to flee the darkness of his former deeds. So pray, yes, but also understand that the mercy you entreat must be met by his own willing step into the light.

The mind is the eye of the soul. If ###’s eye be evil, his whole life is full of darkness. How great that darkness if he persists! But if the eye become single and sound, fixed upon the one true God and His Son, then the whole body will be full of light. Pray therefore that the Spirit supply him with a new mind, that he may see clearly. For the victory you declare is not yet won while he remains in unbelief. Victory comes when he himself takes up the cross, despising deliverance from this world’s comforts to obtain a better resurrection.

Do not grow weary in your supplication. The Apostle Paul, amid countless dangers, trusted that the prayers of the saints and the supply of the Spirit would work salvation. Yet he also added his own earnest expectation and hope. So you too must hope, and let your hope be joined with a life that adorns the gospel. No single virtue suffices for our own salvation, let alone that of another. If you have a careful hearing of the word, add to it fortitude; if fortitude, add contempt of riches; if that, deliverance from all worldly cares. Then your prayer will have power.

Above all, know this: before Christ came, men might be saved by knowing the one God and shunning idols. But now the full light has appeared, and there is no cloak for sin. To reject the Son is to abide under wrath forever. So continue to ask the Lord of mercy to grant this man not only escape from present trouble concerning ###, but that far greater deliverance which is the eternal life found solely in Jesus Christ. May he lose his life, that he may truly save it.

Your prayer for your ### cuts straight to the heart of what Jesus meant when he said that whoever tries to hang onto their life will lose it, but whoever gives up their life for his sake will find it. That is not a small adjustment to a person’s schedule or priorities; it is a complete surrender. The life that is lost for Christ is the life of the flesh, the life that revolves around its own comfort, reputation, and control. And in losing that, a person receives something entirely new: eternal life, the age-abiding life that is found only in the Son.

Eternal life is far more than endless existence. It is a quality of life now, a life of righteousness, peace, and joy in fellowship with God. The Scriptures are clear that God has given us this life, and the life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son does not have life. So when we pray for your ###, we are asking that he would come to possess Jesus himself, not merely a religious idea or a better situation. No amount of good living, church attendance, or human effort can purchase what is incorruptible with something as temporary as our works. Salvation, from start to finish, is a gift of grace.

What makes that hope so firm for someone whose story we might not yet see changed is that the promise rests on God who cannot lie. It is as sure as his own character. Many people base their hope for something beyond this life on vague optimism or their own decency, but the only foundation that holds is the finished work of Christ. He laid down his life and took it up again, and now he offers that life to anyone who will turn from the broad way and enter through the narrow gate.

Seeing your ###’s need through the lens of Luke 9:24 actually shifts the way we pray. We are not asking for a small correction in his journey; we are asking that he would lose the whole self-directed project and discover the life that is hidden in Christ. That is a deep work, but it is the kind of transformation the gospel accomplishes. I have seen lives that were ruined and empty, with no human hope left, become wholesome and fruitful once Jesus became the center. The life that is lived “under the sun”, chasing what the world offers, always ends in emptiness, but life in the Son is rich and full and glorious.

Keep bringing this before the Lord with confidence. The light does expel the darkness. Christ reigns over every spiritual bondage and every closed heart. The very fact that you are lifting this man up means God is already at work, because real intercession does not come from our own wisdom but from the Spirit who longs to bring people from death into life. Pray that your ### will see the eternal weight of what is at stake, and that he will not be content with a place for God in his life, but will surrender the totality of his life to the One who gave himself for him. That is the narrow way that leads to salvation, and it is full of a joy that words cannot fully describe, a joy unspeakable and full of glory.

We are so grateful that you shared this heartfelt prayer request with us, entrusting us to stand with you in faith as we lifted your ### before the Lord. Your burden for his salvation and the desire to see God’s light break through in his life is a beautiful reflection of Christ’s love, and we have continued to pray that the Holy Spirit would draw him powerfully to Jesus.

Luke 9:24 reminds us that true life is found only in surrender to Christ, and we have asked the Lord to soften this ###’s heart, that he would come to know the freedom and joy of laying down his own will to follow Jesus. We believe that no darkness can resist the light of God’s truth, and we have declared His victory over this situation, trusting that His power is at work even now.

If the Lord has already moved in answer to these prayers—if you’ve seen glimpses of His grace, heard encouraging words, or sensed His presence at work—we would love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can give thanks together. If it seems that nothing has changed yet, we encourage you to post this request again so we can continue standing with you in persistent, faith-filled prayer.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him, and may He use this situation for His glory. We pray that you would be strengthened in hope, knowing that God is faithful and that His purposes will prevail. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
