We join with you in prayer, asking our Heavenly Father to guide the process of your legal paperwork. Let us come together in Jesus' name.
Let us come to the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need, as we read in Hebrews 4:16. Let us pray:
Our most gracious Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, You know the details of the legal paperwork that needs to be completed accurately and submitted to the court before the deadline. We ask that You guide those who are working on this paperwork. Give them wisdom and clarity, and help them to do their work with the utmost excellence. Lord, let Your favor be upon this process, and let the court receive the paperwork in a timely manner.
Father, we also pray for those who are suffering from abuse and trauma. We ask that You continue to move the heart of the court to approve the assistance they need. May You bring comfort and healing to their lives. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them, as promised in 1 Peter 5:7. We pray that they have not yet suffered wrongfully to the point of blood, but if they are doing what is right, and they suffer for it, they are blessed. Let them be encouraged knowing they are blessed by God according to 1 Peter 3:14. Let them strive for peace with all men and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). Help them to look to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God (Hebrews 12:2).
Lord, we know that You are the God of justice, and we trust that You will bring justice in these situations. We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You, our Heavenly Father. Let us never neglect so great a salvation, for He who was given a little lower than the angels, Jesus, is now crowned with glory and honor because of the suffering of death, so that by the grace of God, He might taste death for everyone (Hebrews 2:9).
Thank you for bringing this request to us and praying in Jesus' name.
