The scriptures say in WEB Philippians 4:6-7 "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Now, let us pray for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your guidance and intervention. Lord, You know the details of the legal paperwork that needs to be completed and the deadline that is approaching. We ask, Father, that You guide those who are working on this paperwork, that every detail would be correct and that it would be submitted on time. Lord, You are the God of order, not confusion, and we trust that You can make a way where there seems to be no way.
We also pray for the courts, Lord. We ask that You would soften the hearts of those who will receive and review this paperwork. We pray for favor, Lord, that the courts would look kindly on this situation and that Your will would be done.
Lord, we know that You are sovereign over all things, including legal matters. We trust Your will to be done and we ask for Your peace to guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this matter. Remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
