but my manager not allow the leave,

Father, I pray that You would soften the heart of Bijoy's manager. Allow him to grant this time off of work. May Bijoy be allowed to travel for his wedding, and enjoy a day of celebration with his new family. I pray for Your gentle nudging of this manager's heart and allow his decision to be tolerant and merciful. In Jesus' name, amen.
