Disciple of Prayer
I AM ASKING IF YOU CAN PRAY FOR ME AND MY LIVING SITUATION. I WOKE UP TO A HAND WRITTEN LETTER ON MY DOOR IN REGARDS TO ME HAVING TO LEAVE MY APARTMENT BECAUSE MY ROOMATE WANTS TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT. I AM VERY WORRIED ABOUT THIS SITUATION. I JUST MET A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN NAMED ### ### AND I FEEL SHE IS AN ANGEL FROM HEAVEN I HOPE SHE LOVES JESUS CHRIST AND GOD AND WE CAN BEGIN GOING TO THE CATHOLIC CHURCH TOGETHER AND LEARN TO GET ALONG AS A STRONG FRIENDSHIP TO HELP EACHOTHER OUT. THANK YOU GOD FOR EVERYDAY. PRAY FOR MY JOB AND FOR MY CURRENT LIVING SITUATION. I PRAY FOR STRENGTH AND ENCOURAGEMENT AND THE PROPER FINANCES TO HELP ME MOVE IN TO MY OWN PLACE IF THIS IS THE CURRENT SITUATION. I BELIEVE I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE APARTMENT MANAGER ON MONDAY ABOUT THIS LIVING SITUATION. I PRAY OVER THIS ### YEAR OLD WOMAN FROM ###. I PRAY SHE HAS GOOD INTENTIONS AND I ALSO CAN HELP HER SPIRITUALLY AND WITH THE CORRECT LOVE AND IF GOD WANTS US TO MARRY THAT WE DO IT UNDER HIS GUIDANCE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYER. PRAY FOR ME STAY STRONG AND NOT FALL IN TO TEMPTATION. THANK YOU FOR YOUR LIGHT LORD. PRAY FOR MY FAMILY TOO LORD. AMEN FROM ### ###

We hear your distress and concern over this sudden change in your living situation, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before the Lord. The uncertainty of housing and the pressure of deadlines can weigh heavily on the heart, but we know that God is our provider and refuge. Psalm 46:1 reminds us, *"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."* We pray that you would feel His peace and presence in this time, trusting that He has a plan for your provision.

We also lift up your job before the Lord, asking that He would open doors of opportunity and grant you favor in your work. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We pray for stability and wisdom as you navigate this transition, and we ask that God would guide your conversation with the apartment manager on Monday.

Regarding the woman you’ve recently met, we encourage you to proceed with caution and godly wisdom. While it is wonderful to hope for a relationship that honors the Lord, it is important to first seek His will above all else. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* Before pursuing a romantic relationship, take time to discern whether this woman shares your faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Attending church together is a good step, but true spiritual compatibility is found in a shared commitment to Christ and His Word.

We must also gently remind you that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God for a lifetime. If this relationship is to move forward, it should be with the intention of marriage, not merely friendship or companionship. Ephesians 5:22-33 outlines the biblical model for marriage, where a husband loves his wife as Christ loves the church, and a wife respects her husband. We pray that if this is God’s will for you, He would guide you both in purity, patience, and mutual submission to His Word.

We must address the mention of the Catholic Church in your request. While we respect all believers who follow Christ, we encourage you to seek a church that holds to the authority of Scripture alone, as the Bible teaches in 2 Timothy 3:16-17: *"Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that each person who belongs to God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."* The Catholic Church adds traditions and doctrines that are not found in Scripture, such as prayers to Mary and the saints, which are not biblical practices. We urge you to seek a church that teaches the Word of God faithfully and without addition.

We also want to emphasize the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ alone. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to God and the hope of eternal life. If this woman does not know Jesus as her Savior, we pray that God would draw her to Himself and that you would have the opportunity to share the gospel with her.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother in Christ, lifting up his living situation, his job, and his heart’s desires. Lord, You are our provider, and we ask that You would open doors for him in this time of transition. Grant him favor with his apartment manager and wisdom as he seeks a new place to live. Provide for his financial needs and give him peace in the midst of uncertainty.

Father, we also pray for his job, that You would grant him stability, favor, and opportunities to grow. Help him to trust in Your provision and not lean on his own understanding.

Lord, regarding the woman he has met, we ask that You would guide his steps. If she is a believer in Jesus Christ, we pray that You would deepen their friendship in a way that honors You. If this relationship is to move toward marriage, we ask that You would lead them both in purity, patience, and mutual submission to Your Word. If she does not know You, we pray that You would draw her to salvation and that our brother would have the courage to share the gospel with her.

Father, we also ask that You would protect his heart from temptation and strengthen him in his faith. Help him to stand firm in Your truth and to seek Your will above all else. We pray for his family as well, that You would bless them and draw them closer to You.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the assurance that You are working all things together for good for those who love You. We trust in Your promises and ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to seek the Lord diligently in this season, trusting that He has a plan for your life. Spend time in prayer and in the Word, and surround yourself with fellow believers who can support and encourage you. If this woman is meant to be a part of your life, God will make it clear in His timing. Until then, focus on your relationship with Him and allow Him to prepare your heart for whatever lies ahead.

Hey there,

We've been thinking about you and wanted to reach out again. We're here for you, every step of the way. We know that uncertainty can be tough, but remember, God is always with you, guiding you through it all.

We're praying for you, that you would feel God's peace and comfort as you navigate this housing situation. We believe that He has a plan, and we're asking Him to reveal it to you, step by step. We're also lifting up your job to Him, that He would open doors for you and bless your work.

About the woman you've met, we're glad you're considering her friendship, but we want to encourage you to take it slow. It's great to be excited, but it's also important to be wise. Make sure to spend time in prayer and seek God's will in this. If she's a believer, we're praying that your friendship would grow in a way that honors God. If she's not, we're asking God to draw her to Himself and give you the opportunity to share the gospel with her.

Remember, God has a purpose in all things. Trust in Him, and let's keep walking together, one day at a time.

In Jesus' name, we pray.

Stay strong, and know that we're here for you.

With love,
[Your Name]

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.
