Landlord

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus name for the owner to submit to God’s voice and surrenders his life and all his will to the Father!! Amen!!!🙏

We hear your heartfelt cry for your landlord, and we join you in lifting him up before the throne of grace. It is a beautiful thing to intercede for others, especially those in authority over us, that they may come to know the Lord and submit to His will. The Bible tells us in 1 Timothy 2:1-4, "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth."

Let us pray together for your landlord:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this landlord to You, asking that You would draw him close to Your heart. Lord, we pray that You would speak to him in ways he cannot ignore, that Your Holy Spirit would convict him of sin, righteousness, and judgment. Soften his heart, Father, and open his eyes to see the truth of Your Word and the love You have for him.

We ask that You would break any chains of pride, rebellion, or worldly attachments that keep him from fully surrendering to You. May he come to understand that true life is found only in You, and that apart from You, he can do nothing. We pray that he would lay down his own will and submit to Yours, trusting in Your perfect plan for his life.

Lord, surround him with godly influences, believers who can speak truth into his life and show him the love of Christ. May he experience Your peace, joy, and presence in a tangible way, so that he cannot deny Your reality. We declare that he will not only hear Your voice but obey it, surrendering every area of his life to You.

Father, we also pray for wisdom and favor in our interactions with him. May our lives reflect Your love and grace, so that he may see Christ in us. Give us opportunities to share the hope that is within us, with gentleness and respect. We trust that You are at work in his life, even now, and we ask that You would complete the good work You have begun.

In the name of Jesus Christ, who alone can save and transform lives, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying fervently for your landlord, trusting that God hears and answers the prayers of His people. Remember the words of James 5:16, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." Your prayers are making a difference, even if you do not see the results immediately.

Additionally, consider how you might be a light to your landlord in your daily interactions. Let your life be a testimony of God’s love and truth. As it says in Matthew 5:16, "Even so, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven." Your kindness, integrity, and Christlike behavior may be the very thing that draws him to the Lord.

Keep pressing into prayer, knowing that God is faithful to His promises. We stand with you in this, believing that He will move mightily in your landlord’s life.

We’re joining you in this prayer. It’s a beautiful and bold request, to ask God to so capture someone's heart that they willingly hand everything over to Him. That kind of surrender is the beginning of a whole new life, and we’re honored to stand with you in asking for it.

Waiting for God to move in another person can feel slow, even uncertain. We can’t open a heart for someone else, only the Spirit can. But we can keep bringing this landlord before the throne of grace, trusting that our prayers are not wasted, and that God’s timing is perfect. Sometimes the most powerful thing we do is simply to keep praying when nothing seems to change.

As you pray, consider also being a quiet presence of Christ’s kindness. A warm word at the right moment, an offer to help with something small, patience in a difficult interaction, these can become cracks where light gets in. Not pushy, not preachy, just genuine. We’ve seen God use simple, everyday care to soften people who were far from Him.

Let’s pray together now.

Father, we lift up this landlord to You. You know his heart, his story, and every barrier he’s built. We ask that Your voice would cut through every distraction and fear. Draw him gently to Yourself. Give him an unsettledness with life as it is until he finds his rest in You. And give our friend here continued faith to keep praying and love to keep showing up. In Jesus’ name, amen.

How needful is this prayer, that a soul should submit to the voice of the Most High! It is the very essence of salvation when a man ceases to kick against the pricks and yields himself unconditionally to his Maker. For a landlord to hold property and yet withhold his own heart from the great Landlord of us all is a tragic folly. The owner of houses and fields may imagine he can say, “I will go, I will buy, I will sell, I will get gain,” as though he were master of his own breath, but let him remember, all things are under regulation and have an appointed place in God’s plan, and nothing happens but what He permits or ordains.

You do well to cry out in prayer with your voice for this soul, for the voice of prayer is mighty to reach the ear of Him who rides upon the heavens. I would have you persist until that earthly lord hears the voice of God thundering through his conscience. Oh, that the still small voice might become a majestic thunderclap to wake him from the sleep of self-will! The Lord can make a man willing in the day of His power; He can change the stubborn heart as surely as He turned the heart of Pharaoh for a season, and far more graciously. He can cause the rebel to throw down his weapons and ask, “What wilt thou have me to do?”

Therefore, let your petition rise continually: “Lord, subdue this will, conquer this soul, speak with that voice which breaketh the cedars of Lebanon!” Remind the throne of grace that Jesus Christ came to bring sinners to the obedience of faith. And when you pray, do not merely whisper, but if you can be unheard by men, use your voice, cry aloud, for earnest prayer is often voiced prayer. The man who is deaf to God may yet be made to hear through the intercession of the saints.

And to that landlord, if ever these words should come before him, I would say this: Surrender unconditionally! You will never be happy till self is dethroned. Why will you resist? The Master stands before you with the marks of His wounds, asking, “Will you yield to me? Will you end the war?” There is peace to be had, and there is mercy for the most obstinate, for “the Lord will not cast off forever.” Fall into His arms this day, trust yourself with Jesus, and you shall find that He who owns the cattle on a thousand hills will become your own portion forever.

So pray on, dear pleader, for the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. The wealth of God’s people lies largely in promises to pay, and this promise I will set before you: “I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy.” When the heart of stone is turned to flesh, even a landlord may become a tenant in the house of the Lord forever.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for prayer that the owner of your dwelling may submit to God’s voice and surrender his life and will to the Father. We join you in this, for the remembrance of God is the beginning of every good choice. When a soul is truly awakened, like Joseph rising from sleep to obey the angel’s word without delay, then it hears and acts with a submissive mind. Yet we must not only pray, but also labor, because our own part is required together with God’s grace.

Prayer without works, and works without prayer, are alike incomplete. Show yourselves therefore as servants who adorn the Gospel, not serving as unto men but as unto God, so that by your quiet and respectful conduct the heart of your landlord may be won without words. And if anyone should imagine that a late repentance, forced by necessity, will suffice, let him remember that the Son of God Himself, though He was Son, learned obedience through what He suffered, and a confession wrung from fear when every knee shall bow brings no true advantage. It is the will, not the compulsion, that God desires.

So we pray fervently, and we add our own striving, that his will may be surrendered freely and now, while it is the day of salvation.

I am joining you in prayer for this landlord right now. It is a serious and wonderful thing when God’s voice pierces through a person’s life, calling them to surrender. Scripture shows us again and again that hearing that voice and obeying it is the difference between life and death. Jeremiah once told the people that if they would go out and submit to the Chaldeans, they would live; their lives would be spared. If they stayed, they would perish. That was not merely a wartime tactic, it was a picture of yielding to the declared will of God. When the Lord tells a man to hand over his life, his plans, his entire will, He is offering the only path to true safety. Apart from that surrender, there is only ruin.

So often the human heart responds, “Whatever God says, we will do,” but when the word comes that costs us something, the rebellion surfaces. Many only want a God who approves of what they already intend to do. Real surrender means bowing when it hurts, when it does not make sense, when it demands that you let go of everything you thought you could control. The blessing comes when you stop being your own ruler and become a person governed by God. That is what happened with Jacob: he wrestled all night, resisting the Lord, until his strength was broken and he finally yielded. Then God crowned him with a new name, Israel, a prince with God. The broken hip was not the goal; the surrendered life was. God wrestled with him because He wanted to bless him, not to destroy him.

I am asking the Father to give this landlord a soft heart. God is so patient, not willing that any should perish, but His voice will not plead forever. There is a day when He stops speaking, and then desolation follows. So this is a moment of great hope. Keep praying, and if you have opportunity, gently remind him that the voice calling for surrender is the voice of love. Jesus never asks us to give up something good without giving us something far better in return. His yoke is easy, His burden light. I am praying that the owner will stop fighting, fall on his knees, and say from the depths of his heart, “Not my will, but Yours be done.” Everything truly worth having begins right there.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your ###’s heart to be softened toward God. It is a sacred honor to lift up his surrender to the Father’s will, and we have continued to intercede, asking the Holy Spirit to draw him closer with each passing day.

If you’ve seen God move in this situation—whether through a change in his attitude, a conversation that opened his heart, or even a small step toward faith—we would love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can celebrate God’s faithfulness together.

If, however, the answer hasn’t yet come, or if new challenges have arisen, we encourage you to post this request again. We remain committed to praying alongside you, believing that God hears and answers in His perfect timing. Keep pressing into Him, trusting that His love for your ### is greater than we can imagine.

May the Lord bless you with perseverance and peace as you seek Him. We continue to pray in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
