We lift up this landlord before the throne of grace, asking that the Holy Spirit would move mightily in his heart. Father, we pray that You would break through any hardness, any resistance, and any worldly distractions that keep him from hearing Your voice. Soften his heart to receive Your Word, and grant him the humility to surrender his life, his plans, and his will entirely to You.
Lord, we know that no one comes to the Father except through Jesus Christ (John 14:6), and we pray that this man would come to know Him as Savior and Lord. May he experience the conviction of sin, the gift of repentance, and the joy of salvation. Let Your truth pierce his soul, and may he be born again by the power of Your Spirit (John 3:3).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for this landlord in his dealings with his tenants. May he conduct his business with integrity, fairness, and compassion, reflecting Your heart in all his actions (Colossians 3:23). If there are any ungodly practices or attitudes in his life—whether in his business, relationships, or personal walk—we ask that You expose them and lead him to repentance.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of greed, selfishness, or exploitation that may be influencing him. Your Word declares that the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10), and we pray that this man would seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33). May he use his resources to bless others and glorify You.
We declare over him the promise of Ezekiel 36:26-27: *"I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes. You will keep my ordinances and do them."* Lord, do this work in him, we pray.
We stand in the gap for this man, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May he become a vessel for Your glory, a testimony of Your transforming power, and a light in his sphere of influence. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.
