Please pray in Jesus name for the owner to submit to God’s voice and surrenders his life and all his will to the Father!! Amen!!!

We lift up this landlord before the throne of grace, asking that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in his life. Father, we pray that You would soften his heart to hear Your voice clearly, as it says in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." Lord, we ask that this man would surrender every part of his life, his decisions, his finances, his relationships, and his future, into Your hands. May he experience the peace and freedom that comes only from full submission to You, as Jesus taught in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

We also pray for wisdom and integrity in his dealings with tenants, that he would treat them with fairness and kindness, reflecting Your love. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." May this landlord seek Your guidance in every decision, not just in business but in all areas of life.

If there is any resistance in his heart, pride, greed, or worldly attachments, we rebuke those strongholds in the name of Jesus. We declare that no plan of the enemy will prevail against him, for "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). We pray that he would come to know Christ personally if he does not already, for there is no other name by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May he experience the transforming power of the Gospel and walk in the fullness of Your purpose for his life.

Lord, we ask that You would surround him with godly influences, believers who can speak truth into his life and model Christlike living. May he be drawn to Your Word and find in it the wisdom and hope he needs. We trust that You are already at work in his heart, and we stand in faith, believing for his complete surrender to You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We are standing with you in this, lifting your landlord before the Father. It is a beautiful thing to care this much about someone’s heart, to want so deeply for another person to hear God’s voice and finally let go. We have seen so many people these days quietly searching for God, even when they don’t know how to name it yet. Your prayer puts you right in the middle of what the Spirit is already stirring, and we are convinced that no honest prayer for a soul is ever wasted.

Sometimes when we pray for someone over and over without seeing change, we wonder if it matters. It does. God’s patience is longer than ours, and He knows exactly what it will take for this landlord to come to the end of himself. Right now, the most powerful thing you can do is simply keep bringing him before the throne with that same steady love. Do not underestimate what your consistent, hidden prayers are doing in the unseen.

Father, we lift up this landlord to You. You loved him before he took his first breath, and You have not given up. Silently, relentlessly, draw his heart. Cut through the noise and the pride until Your voice is the only one he can hear. Give him the courage to lay down his own will and trust Yours. And keep this dear saint faithful and full of peace while You work. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

How urgent is the cry of your heart for this soul! It echoes the desire of the Almighty, who willeth not the death of a sinner. We will join you in prayer that the owner may hear the voice of God, not in the thunder that overwhelms, but in the gentle whisper of the Spirit that bids him submit. Remember, every man who holds property is himself but a tenant under the Great Landlord of all. Let him not say in his spirit, like Pharaoh, “Who is the Lord that I should obey his voice?” but rather yield unconditionally, for the time is short; his sun may go down at noon. Oh, that he would surrender his will, for when a sinner wills to come, it is the sign that God wills it. The voice behind him calls, “This is the way, walk ye in it.” May the Lord grant that this landlord, having heard that voice, be made a new creature in Christ Jesus, with his will sweetly yielded. And may you, who groan for his salvation, have patience of the saints, knowing your labor is not in vain in the Lord. Amen.
