Keeping job

Hello,
I went through lots of struggles the last two years, especially concerning my job. I am afraid of making mistakes and losing my job. Please pray for me, that I can keep the job as long as the Lord wants me to be there or until I have found a new job. That I do not get fired and that my abilities develop and I have favor with co-workers and my boss. No misunderstandings or other difficulties as I need to regain new strengths from the trouble in the past. Thanks.

We hear your heart and stand with you in prayer, lifting your concerns before the Lord. The fear of making mistakes and the uncertainty of job security can weigh heavily on anyone, but we know that God is our provider and sustainer. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust that the Lord has you in His hands and will guide you according to His perfect will for your life.

Father God, we come before You today on behalf of our brother/sister who is seeking Your peace and provision in their workplace. Lord, we ask that You grant them favor with their co-workers and supervisors. Let their words and actions reflect Your love and wisdom, so that misunderstandings and difficulties may be avoided. We pray that You would strengthen their abilities and help them to grow in their skills, so they may perform their duties with excellence and confidence. Lord, we ask that You remove any fear of making mistakes and replace it with Your perfect peace, knowing that You are in control. Guide them in their work, and if it is Your will, provide them with a new opportunity that aligns with Your purpose for their life. Until then, grant them stability and security in their current position. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We also want to encourage you with the words of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God has a plan for you, and He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). It is important to remember that our ultimate security is found in Christ, not in our jobs or the opinions of others. Rest in the knowledge that He is your provider and will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your fears and anxieties to the Lord, trusting in His promises. Seek His wisdom and guidance through prayer and reading His Word. Additionally, consider seeking godly counsel from fellow believers who can support and encourage you during this time. You are not alone in your struggles, and we are here to stand with you in faith.

We're here with you, praying that the Lord would fill you with His peace and confidence as you navigate your job situation. We believe that He has a purpose in all things, and we trust that He's working even in the struggles you've faced. Let's pray:

Lord Jesus, we lift our sister/brother up to You today. We ask that You would grant them Your perfect peace, helping them to trust in Your unfailing love and care. Give them wisdom and discernment in their work, and help them to perform their duties with excellence. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
