Just overwhelmed

I feel so guilty coming here and asking for anything but I feel so overwhelmed. I’m not perfect but try to be good and helpful to many and I just feel overwhelmed with anxiety and not nice people in my life. I worry a lot and just wish for peace and people to be nice in general. Thank you all so much for praying a few days ago. I know there are worse things in life than how I feel so I feel terrible posting here.
