Job to be completed & money refunded

I employed someone in December to do various jobs for me. Most of them have been completed, but the one job, which I have already paid for in January, has not been finished yet. I also paid R###.00 for another, but they are unable to do the job, so need to refund my money. Please agree with me, in the Mighty, All-Conquering, All-Powerful Name of Jesus, that they will finish the job and give me my money back. ### keeps promising that he will not let me down, but this has been going on for ### months now.
