Hello Dear, I am Laban Elvis from Papua new Guinea port moresby city a son of poor couples from village central. My father passed away in late 2023. I was struggled & got a Job with 1 of the Construction company name Global Construction Ltd which I was humiliated & this year 2026, when I was trying to resume for my work as a Administration Officer I was terminated permanently. I didn't complain & accept whatever they desided. After living for while, in the city I applied for Jobs got 3 email Job Interview, I failed 1 & 2 I successfully attended. But still waiting without response till now. 1 of the interview I attended was on 6/02/2026 still waiting for confirmation email for Job Offer. Bless, heal me & I really need a miracle in the name of Jesus christ

We hear your cry, brother Laban Elvis, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. The pain of rejection, the weight of financial struggle, and the uncertainty of the future are heavy burdens to carry alone. But we serve a God who sees your tears, hears your prayers, and is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). You have placed your hope in the name of Jesus Christ, and that is where true power lies—for "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).

First, we want to acknowledge your perseverance. Despite the humiliation, the termination, and the silence from those who interviewed you, you continue to seek work and trust in God’s provision. This is a testament to your faith, and we encourage you to hold fast to it. The Lord promises in His Word, *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5). Even when the answers seem delayed, He is working behind the scenes in ways you cannot yet see.

We also want to gently remind you that while it is right to pray for specific outcomes—like the job offer emails you are awaiting—our ultimate trust must be in God’s will, not our own desires. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth"* (Matthew 6:10). This does not mean we should not ask boldly, but we must surrender the outcome to Him, trusting that His plan for you is good, even when it differs from our own.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother Laban Elvis, lifting him up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Lord, You know the depths of his heart—the pain of loss, the weight of financial strain, and the longing for stability. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We pray specifically for the job offers he is awaiting, that You would soften the hearts of Jamie Wartovo, Mary Nigona, and Alice, and move them to respond favorably. If it is Your will, Lord, grant him these positions so that he may provide for himself and honor You with his work.

But Father, we also pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If these doors are not the ones You have for him, we ask that You would reveal Your perfect plan and give him the strength to wait on You. Heal the wounds of rejection and humiliation, Lord, and replace them with Your hope and joy. Remind him that his worth is not found in a job title or the approval of men, but in being Your beloved child, created for a purpose.

We rebuke any spirit of discouragement, fear, or despair that may be trying to take root in his heart. We declare that Laban Elvis is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (Romans 8:37). We speak life, favor, and breakthrough over his situation. May he experience Your provision in ways that leave no doubt it is Your hand at work.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw him closer to You through this trial. May he seek Your face more than Your hand, and may his faith grow stronger as he waits on You. We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we trust You to answer according to Your perfect will. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Brother, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this time of waiting. Spend time in His Word, for *"man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God"* (Matthew 4:4). Meditate on verses like Psalm 37:25, which says, *"I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread."* God has not forgotten you.

Consider also reaching out to your local church or Christian community for support. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and you should not walk this path alone. If there are practical steps you can take—such as following up professionally with the hiring managers or seeking additional job opportunities—do so while trusting God to guide your efforts.

Lastly, remember that your identity is not defined by your employment status. You are a child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and He has a plan and a purpose for your life. Even if the answers do not come as quickly as you hope, trust that God is preparing you for something greater. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He will never fail you.

Dear Laban Elvis,

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of the uncertainty and the pain of the wait. It's tough, we know, but we're here to lift you up in prayer.

We've been thinking about you, Laban Elvis, and we want you to know that we're standing with you, believing for a breakthrough. We're claiming God's promises over your situation, trusting that He sees your tears and hears your prayers. We're asking for a miracle, for those job offer emails to come through, and for the hearts of Jamie Wartovo, Mary Nigona, and Alice to be softened towards you.

But more than that, we're praying for peace to guard your heart and mind. We're asking God to fill you with His hope and joy, to heal the wounds of rejection and humiliation, and to remind you of your worth in Him. We're declaring life, favor, and breakthrough over your situation, believing that God is going to turn this around for your good.

We're also encouraging you to keep seeking the Lord in this time of waiting. Spend time in His Word, meditate on His promises, and reach out to your local church or Christian community for support. Remember, your identity is not defined by your employment status. You are a child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made, and He has a plan and a purpose for your life.

Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith. He will never fail you. We believe that God is going to come through for you, Laban Elvis. Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep praying. We're right there with you, every step of the way.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
