Dear Lord Jesus, Please help me I’ve been working in Zeus for so long too much out in the sun. I do not like the sun and my parents are just so obsessed with making me work at a zoo just recently I applied for a full-time job. I didn’t even get an interview now there’s a part-time position, but the thing is they may as well just take the full-time people to just fill in the part-time. That’s what I’ve heard. Maybe I will be interviewed for that and I hope I do and get the job, but have it only temporarily because I’m sick and tired just having to work and Zeus and see this is another red flag. Let me tell you something Years ago. I applied for both in orangutan and a parent position and the parent position also had parakeets and I had one for 5 1/2 years I worked with parrots beforehand at that zoo before I worked that’s who I worked with lots of other parrot species. I had experience working with capuchin Monkeys and lemurs. I did not get the position for either despite even working the seasonal position for parents and other guy had no experience in primates and he gets the orangutan position. I get neither tell me all that’s fair. I didn’t wanna get the orangutan position anyway, but this is like going crazy in the job I work super hard. I never sit on the clock. I’m kind animals hard-working coming up with good ideas being safety standard where my boss was lazy insane and let other people goof off and yelled at me for taking an exam too early. I tried to do something about it and had a little luck. It was really hard to tell you. I don’t even know if you wanna work in a super bear or just Zoo being at church especially with the same person and multiple people asking how the zoo going what’s about the zoo? They don’t understand and endear the sun pain that I suffer with because I have AuDHD. Please give me into this voice over chat, but it almost seems like statistically unlikely but you defy statistics with God. All things are possible and you did that a deck to go. I almost thought I wasn’t gonna get accepted to this college and I did despite the odds and even not doing well in statistics, but I got accepted before my semester ended so you’d get a note to be careful next time and I was but it was the only time I ever scored below a 2.0 in college and not dropped. And I was glad I got accepted there, but of course that college after face challenges people with my disability autism ADHD. The combination is very hard for us to find jobs. My parents don’t understand that and then I tried to explain to them and now I have a friend, a fellow interpreter younger than me Who still lives with his parents too mid 20s and he’s never had a full-time job in five years and only was on a janitor deck for one month and said he didn’t last that poor guy that’s why I wanna open my voice puppetry business to employee people in sympathetic situations I’m trying to help but if I can’t have that happen then guess what lots of unemployed people boring lives, and the evil people of evil entertainment will arise. I’m here to try to bring wholesome Christian entertainment, even if some people that I would employ wouldn’t be Christians. I’d still have power over them and maybe you know They will change their hearts I worked for somebody who worked with killer, whales, and elephants in cramped areas justifying their abuse and took pictures with them. She worked out a very Christian iconic place and she was a bully to me. Why do you give her a job when she’s making Christian look bad she has it all over her profile picture with a killer whale with a bent, dorsal fin, and with a herd of elephants that have to be beaten with bull hooks. She has masters degrees and she should know better and she does, but she doesn’t care and her justification is animals have to be present for us to show them which is far from the truth. Will you please help us please help me help me move out move on start a new life and his parents want him to get a full-time job but he can’t find one. It’s not just easy to get a button. I think he has autism too but more functioning I don’t know, but he was a nice guy so you gotta help me. You gotta help him and hope other people in your need Lord, like my former employer she should be lacked up like in a trailer with a chain and ball for the animals she abused. Remorseless. Unless she ever changes. I don’t understand why you let a lot of wicked people succeed and have good jobs and good people like us work every day for a rat race in pennies and be pushed around in innocent people be in jail and enslaved. I don’t understand it sometimes but I trust you and love you, but please help and we want to try to help people. But when blockades happen it is awful. So please help. In Jesus Name Amen.

We hear the deep frustration, exhaustion, and pain in your words, and we come before the Lord together on your behalf, lifting every burden to Him who sees and knows all. You have worked hard, endured unfair treatment, and faced rejection time and again, yet your heart still seeks to do good, to create wholesome work, and to help others, even those who may not yet know Christ. For this, we praise God, for He is shaping a heart after His own, one that desires justice, mercy, and righteousness.

First, we must address the name you invoked at the beginning of your prayer. You called upon "Lord Jesus," and we rejoice that you recognize Him as Lord. But we must remind you, and all who read this, that salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Him, not just as a helper in times of trouble, but as your Savior and Lord. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and surrender your life to Him. This is the foundation upon which all true hope is built.

Now, regarding your work situation: we see a pattern of injustice, favoritism, and exploitation. You have been passed over for positions despite your experience and dedication, while others with less qualification are given opportunities. This is not right, and Scripture is clear that God hates injustice. Proverbs 13:23 says, "An abundance of food is in poor people’s fields, but injustice sweeps it away." You have labored faithfully, yet the harvest has been stolen from you. We rebuke this injustice in Jesus’ name. We declare that the Lord sees your hard work and will not let it go unnoticed or unrewarded. "For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love, which you have shown toward his name" (Hebrews 6:10 WEB).

You mentioned working in the sun and the physical toll it takes on you. We pray for your health and strength, that God would provide a way for you to work in a manner that honors the body He has given you. You also shared about your struggles with AuDHD (Autism and ADHD) and how it makes finding and keeping employment difficult. We want you to know that God does not see your neurodivergence as a limitation but as part of how He has uniquely wired you. Psalm 139:14 says, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made." The world may not always understand or accommodate your needs, but God does. We pray that He would open doors for you that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and that He would provide a workplace where your gifts are valued and your challenges are met with compassion.

We also lift up your desire to start a voice puppetry business to employ others in similar situations. This is a godly vision! Proverbs 14:21 says, "He who despises his neighbor sins, but blessed is he who has pity on the poor." You want to create opportunities for those who are often overlooked, and this aligns with God’s heart. We pray that the Lord would provide the resources, wisdom, and favor you need to launch this endeavor. "Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans shall be established" (Proverbs 16:3 WEB). Do not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

You expressed anger and frustration toward those who have mistreated you, particularly the woman who justified animal abuse while claiming to be a Christian. We understand your righteous anger, God Himself is angry at injustice (Psalm 7:11). However, we must caution you against bitterness. Ephesians 4:26-27 says, "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." We rebuke the spirit of bitterness and unforgiveness in Jesus’ name. Instead, we pray that God would give you a heart of compassion, even for those who have wronged you. Pray for her, that she would come to true repentance and turn from her ways. "Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:28 WEB).

You also questioned why wicked people seem to prosper while the righteous struggle. This is a question that has troubled God’s people for centuries. The psalmist Asaph wrestled with this same issue in Psalm 73, where he said, "For I was envious of the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked." But he came to realize that their prosperity is temporary, while the righteous have an eternal inheritance. "For, behold, those who are far from you shall perish. You have destroyed all those who are unfaithful to you" (Psalm 73:27 WEB). We encourage you to fix your eyes on eternity, where justice will be fully realized. "For our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory" (2 Corinthians 4:17 WEB).

We also want to address your living situation. You mentioned wanting to move out and start a new life. We pray that God would provide a way for you to do so in His perfect timing. If you are under your parents’ authority, we encourage you to honor them (Ephesians 6:2) while also seeking the Lord’s guidance for your independence. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We declare that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.

For your friend who is also struggling to find full-time work, we pray that God would open doors for him as well. We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and hopelessness that may be weighing on him. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). We pray that he would find a job that not only provides for his needs but also allows him to use his gifts and talents for God’s glory.

Finally, we want to remind you that your worth is not defined by your job, your productivity, or the approval of others. Your worth is found in Christ alone. "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB). You are deeply loved by God, and He has a purpose for your life that goes beyond your current circumstances.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear child of Yours who is weary, frustrated, and seeking justice. Lord, You see every injustice, every unfair treatment, and every closed door. We ask that You would open doors that no man can shut and provide opportunities that align with Your will for their life.

Father, we pray for their health, both physical and mental. Strengthen them in their weakness and grant them the endurance to press on. Heal any bitterness or resentment in their heart and replace it with Your peace and forgiveness. Lord, we ask that You would provide a way for them to move out of their current living situation and into a place of independence and stability.

We pray for their voice puppetry business, Lord. Give them wisdom, creativity, and favor as they seek to establish this work. Provide the resources they need and connect them with the right people who can help bring this vision to life. We declare that this business will be a blessing to many, including those who are often overlooked in the job market.

Father, we also pray for their friend who is struggling to find work. Open doors for him, Lord, and surround him with encouragement and support. Help him to see his worth in You and not in his employment status.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of injustice, favoritism, and exploitation that has been at work in their life. We declare that You are a God of justice, and You will not let the wicked go unpunished forever. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, even when we do not understand them.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw this dear one closer to You. Remind them of Your love, Your faithfulness, and Your promises. Help them to fix their eyes on eternity and to find their worth in You alone. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We hear how heavy this has been for you. Working so hard in the heat and sun when it is painful for you, being passed over for roles you had real experience for, and then hearing the same questions at church about how the zoo is going, it makes sense you feel worn down and frustrated. Wanting to honor your parents while also needing work that fits how God made you is a difficult place to be.

We also notice how much you care about doing good work and about creating wholesome work for others who struggle to find jobs, like your friend. That desire to help is a good gift, even when the doors have not opened the way you hoped. A career is rarely one make or break moment, it is usually a longer sequence of steps and learning, and it helps to walk that with other believers who know you.

When you are able, it could help to sit down with one trusted person, a pastor, mentor, or a community employment counselor who understands job searching with autism and ADHD, and look together at two things: the part time application in front of you now, and one small next step for your voice and puppetry hope, like who you could talk to for honest guidance or what a low cost way to try it might be. You do not have to solve everything for yourself, your friend, and your future all at once.

If the sun pain and sensory strain continue to be hard, please also talk with a health professional alongside prayer, so you have support for that part too.

Father, we lift our brother to You. You see his hard work, his disappointment, and his desire to provide and to help others. Give him wisdom for the next application, peace in his home, and clear direction for the gifts You have given him. Guide his steps and guard his heart as he seeks what is next. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

May the Lord open doors for this child that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8), guide them to the right work in Your perfect timing (Proverbs 16:9), and provide for all their needs according to Your riches (Philippians 4:19). May they find rest in You amid frustration and trust that You make all things new (Isaiah 43:19). Vindicate the righteous and bring justice to the oppressed (Psalm 146:7-9). In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your words have come before the Lord with much heaviness of heart, and they have been read with care and with compassion. There is in them a weariness of long labor under the sun, a sense of being overlooked and passed by, and a sincere desire to do good with the gifts God has given you. These things are not hidden from Him who sees all and weighs all in perfect justice.

You speak of justice, and rightly you feel its weight. The Scripture declares that God is slow to anger, and that He will not at all acquit the wicked. His justice is not as the hasty justice of men. The lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound up in a bundle of rods, for He will not cut off men until He has reproved them that they may repent. He is slow to threaten and slow to execute, giving space for repentance. Yet His justice is sure. It is as fixed as the law that governs the heavens, that sin must be punished. This truth was most clearly set forth not in the expulsion from Eden, nor in any earthly judgment, but in the death of Christ. There the cloud of justice, charged with fiery hail, fell not upon the sinner who believes, but upon the Saviour's heart. There justice was satisfied, so that when Justice itself comes to accuse the sinner who hides in Christ, the answer may be, Thou hast punished all my sins in my Substitute, Jesus. God can be just and yet the justifier of him that believeth in Jesus.

This is your comfort when you look upon the unevenness of this world, when you see the unworthy advanced and the diligent passed over, when the lazy are indulged and the faithful are rebuked. No convinced sinner rails at God's justice, for he sees his own need of mercy. And no afflicted saint need despair that God has forgotten to be just. He has not forgotten. He will in His own time set all things right. Vengeance belongs unto Him, and He will repay. It is not for you to desire that any person, however cruel or unjust you have found her to be, should be chained or tormented. That bitterness, if cherished, will corrode your own soul. Leave her in the hands of Him who is both merciful and just, who is slow to anger and great in power. Pray rather that she, and all who do evil, may be brought to see their sin and to flee to Christ, in whom alone justice and mercy meet.

You have labored hard and not sat idle upon the clock, you have sought to be faithful with animals and with duty, and you have felt the sting of partiality when others were chosen above you. The Lord sees this. He was your Teacher from your youth, and He is your Teacher still. As David said, O God, Thou hast taught me from my youth, and hitherto have I declared Thy wondrous works. Every disappointment, every hard providence, every season in the sun which is so painful to your constitution, is a lesson in His school. He is making you to observe His work, to wonder at it, and in due time to declare it. Do not think your labor is wasted because men do not reward it as they ought. What is done faithfully unto the Lord is remembered by Him, though it be forgotten by men.

You ask for a new door to be opened, for provision that you might move forward in life, and for a wholesome work through voice and puppetry by which others who struggle to find employment, as you and your friend do, might be helped. This desire to use your gifts for that which is pure and Christian is commendable. The Lord loves to use such desires. Remember that true calling is not merely a wish of man, but a call from heaven and to heaven. When Christ calls effectually, the heart hears His voice as sheep hear the shepherd calling them by name, and they rise and follow Him. If He is calling you to this work, He will make the way plain in His time. Seek His face daily, ask for wisdom to steward what you have, take counsel of wise and godly men, and be diligent in the small things that are at hand while you wait upon Him for greater things. With God all things are possible, yet His possibilities are always ordered by His wisdom and love. He who opened the door to your college against what seemed unlikely odds is the same God who orders your steps now.

For your friend who also seeks steady work and bears a similar burden, and for all who find the search for employment especially hard by reason of infirmity, we will pray. And for your parents, that the Lord would give them understanding and give you grace to honor them even as you seek to stand upon your own feet as a man.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou art slow to anger and plenteous in mercy, yet Thou wilt by no means clear the guilty. We thank Thee that justice found its full satisfaction in the blood of Thy Son, so that sinners may be forgiven and still Thou remainest just. Look upon this Thy servant who is weary with labor and with waiting. Thou knowest his frame, his struggles with sun and pain, and the trials that come with his infirmity. Grant him patience under disappointment, and keep his heart from envy and from bitterness. Forgive him his sins as he seeks to forgive those who have wronged him. Provide for his daily bread, guide him to honest and suitable labor, and if it be Thy will, open a door for the work he desires to do for good and wholesome ends. Bless his friend also, and all who are cast down by long seeking without finding. Teach them both to hear the voice of Jesus saying, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Lift up their hearts to heavenly things, and make them pupils in Thy school, that they may yet declare Thy wondrous works. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Substitute and our Hope. Amen.
