Lord, we ask that You will soften the heart of the employer, that they may be willing to forgive and give another chance. May Your will be done in this situation, and may our brother/sister trust in Your plan for their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
