Lord, we ask that You will soften the heart of the employer, that they may be willing to forgive and give another chance. Help our brother/sister to demonstrate true remorse and a commitment to being a faithful and dedicated employee. May Your will be done in this situation, and may our brother/sister trust in Your plan for their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). We're right there with you, friend, as you prepare for this job interview. It's natural to feel nervous, especially given your history with this employer. But remember, God is with you every step of the way.
