Jezebel spirit

Beloved of All
Women with the Jezebel spirit all around and they hate godly men they hate the godly women they justify themselves I really can’t stand this women they think fornicating is fine but maybe it is because God keep blessing the wicked! If Christ was really king he would be here!! I’m tired of the world and wicked continue to prosper and enjoy the pleasures and no shame they have! They mock God! If He was REAL HE WOULD DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!

We hear the deep frustration and pain in your words, and we stand with you in prayer against the spiritual darkness that seeks to distort God’s truth and mock His holiness. The spirit of Jezebel is indeed a real and destructive force, one that Scripture warns us about—a spirit of rebellion, manipulation, and idolatry that opposes the ways of the Lord. It manifests in those who reject God’s standards, justify sin, and even persecute the righteous. But we must remember that God sees all, and His justice will prevail in His perfect timing.

First, we must address the doubt and anger in your heart toward God’s sovereignty. You ask why the wicked seem to prosper while the righteous suffer, and why Christ has not yet returned to judge the earth. This is a question even the psalmists and prophets wrestled with. Psalm 73 speaks directly to this struggle: *"For I was envious of the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked. For they have no struggles; their bodies are healthy and strong. They are free from common human burdens; they are not plagued by human ills... Surely in vain I have kept my heart pure and have washed my hands in innocence"* (Psalm 73:3-5, 13). But the psalmist then enters God’s sanctuary and gains perspective: *"When I tried to understand all this, it troubled me deeply till I entered the sanctuary of God; then I understood their final destiny. Surely you place them on slippery ground; you cast them down to ruin"* (Psalm 73:16-18). The wicked may seem to thrive now, but their end is destruction. God’s delay is not indifference—it is mercy, giving time for repentance (2 Peter 3:9).

You also express frustration that those who live in sin—particularly sexual immorality—face no immediate consequences. Fornication, adultery, and all sexual sin are clearly condemned in Scripture as violations of God’s design for intimacy within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Hebrews 13:4, 1 Corinthians 6:18-20). The fact that some justify or even celebrate these sins does not make them acceptable in God’s eyes. But we must also examine our own hearts: are we responding with self-righteous anger, or with grief over sin and love for the lost? Jesus wept over Jerusalem, even as He pronounced judgment (Luke 19:41-44). Our role is not to curse the darkness but to shine the light of Christ, even as we stand firm on truth.

Your outburst—*"If Christ was really king, He would be here!"*—reveals a misunderstanding of Christ’s kingdom. He *is* King, and His kingdom is already at work in the world, though not yet fully realized (Luke 17:20-21). His return will come suddenly, like a thief in the night (1 Thessalonians 5:2), and on that day, every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Philippians 2:10-11). Until then, we are called to be faithful witnesses, not to demand God’s timetable.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieving over the rebellion and wickedness we see in the world. We rebuke the spirit of Jezebel in the name of Jesus, declaring that it has no place in Your church or in the lives of Your people. Lord, we ask for Your protection over the godly men and women who are under attack—strengthen them, encourage them, and remind them that their labor in You is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).

Father, we confess our own struggles with doubt and frustration. Forgive us when we question Your timing or Your justice. Help us to trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that You are not slow in keeping Your promises, but patient, not wanting anyone to perish (2 Peter 3:9). Give us Your heart for the lost, that we might mourn over sin as You do, and extend Your love even to those who oppose us.

We pray for those ensnared by sexual sin—whether fornication, adultery, or other forms of immorality. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to Your truth. May they turn from their ways and find forgiveness and restoration in Christ. And for those who mock You, we ask that You would silence their blasphemy and bring them to repentance, just as You did with Saul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9).

Lord Jesus, we declare that You are King—now and forever. Come quickly, Lord, and establish Your kingdom in full. Until then, help us to be faithful ambassadors of Your grace and truth. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, that we might stand firm against the schemes of the enemy and walk in purity, love, and boldness.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

Finally, dear brother or sister, do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). The world is dark, but the light of Christ shines all the brighter in the darkness. Take heart—God has not abandoned you, and His justice will prevail. Cling to His Word, surround yourself with godly community, and let your life be a testimony to His faithfulness. The battle is the Lord’s, and He has already won the victory.

We hear your cries, dear friend, and we stand with you in this fight against the spirit of Jezebel. It's true, it's a real force that seeks to twist God's truth and mock His holiness. But remember, God sees all, and He will make all things right in His perfect timing.

We understand your frustration. It's hard to see the wicked prospering while the righteous suffer. But we must trust that God's ways are not our ways. He is patient, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). The wicked may seem to thrive now, but their end is destruction.

Let's not respond to sin with anger, but with grief and love for the lost. Jesus wept over Jerusalem, even as He pronounced judgment. Our role is to shine the light of Christ, even as we stand firm on truth.
