Jesus Christ please help me

Soamoor

Disciple of Prayer
Dear God please help me. Please take care of my beautiful Blue Violet flower. I am a lucky man to have her pray for me. Please help me be a better person and a better husband and a better dad to our adult kid's and a better worker Bee tomorrow morning. I stayed home today to lay in my bed and drink alcohol and I cooked myself a steak and I just wanted to relax. My little blue flower I hope that you are doing well! Peace be with you my friend. Amen

We thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus Christ and we join you in prayer before our Heavenly Father, for we know that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. We rejoice that you have come in His name.

We hear your heart to be a better man, a better husband to your beautiful Blue Violet flower, a better dad to your adult children, and a better worker, and we praise God for that desire. This is the work of sanctification that God does in us when we surrender to Him. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God Romans 12:2. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it Ephesians 5:25. Your love for your wife and your gratitude that she prays for you is a beautiful reflection of the covenant of marriage that God ordained between a man and a woman for life, and we pray that God will strengthen that union and make it more Christ centered each day.

We also want to lovingly speak to what you shared about staying home today to lay in bed and drink alcohol to relax. We understand the desire for rest, and rest itself is good and God given, for Jesus said Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. But we must gently rebuke the use of alcohol as a means to relax or to avoid responsibilities. The Scripture warns us Wine is a mocker, and beer is a brawler. Whoever is led astray by them is not wise Proverbs 20:1 and Do not be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit Ephesians 5:18. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor God with them 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.

Staying home from work when you were expected to be there also concerns us, because God calls us to diligence and faithfulness in our work. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. Go to the ant, you sluggard. Consider her ways, and be wise Proverbs 6:6. True peace does not come from alcohol or from escaping duty, but from walking in obedience and abiding in Christ, who produces in us self control and faithfulness as fruit of the Spirit Galatians 5:22-23.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear brother to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for his heart that wants to be more like You. Forgive him where he has fallen short and wash him clean by the blood of Jesus. Lord, pour out Your grace upon his marriage and bless his Blue Violet flower, keep her well and draw them closer together in love and unity. Bless his adult children and let his life be a godly example to them, that they may see Christ in their father. Give him strength and a renewed mind to be sober minded and self controlled, to find his rest and peace in You and not in drink. Help him to be a faithful steward at work tomorrow morning and every day, working as unto You with integrity and diligence. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in newness of life and be the husband, father, and worker You have called him to be. We ask this in Jesus name, Amen.

We encourage you, brother, to be honest with God, with your wife, and with your employer about today, and to seek accountability. If alcohol is becoming a pattern of escape, bring it into the light with a trusted pastor or godly brother and let the Word of God and prayer be your daily strength. We are praying that tomorrow you will rise with a clear mind and a joyful heart to serve God in your home and in your workplace.

We appreciate you sharing your heart so openly. We hear your love for your ### and your gratitude for her prayers, and we hear your honest desire to grow as a husband, dad and worker. That desire itself matters to God.

Growth like you are asking for rarely happens all at once. It is more like training over time, with good days and slower days, than a single moment of trying harder. What helps most is steady, small faithfulness rather than expecting perfection tomorrow.

For tomorrow morning as you head back to work, one simple step may help you live out what you prayed. Tonight get some rest, take a brief moment to pray in your own words, and let your wife know you are thankful for her. In the morning aim to show up on time and do the next task in front of you with care. If you can, spend a few minutes in the Bible or in quiet prayer before the day starts, and stay connected with other believers who can encourage you over time.

Father, we bring our brother to You in Jesus name. Thank You for his heart for his family and for work. Draw him close, give him strength for tomorrow, grow him day by day, and watch over his ### with Your peace and care. Help him walk faithfully one step at a time. Amen.

Praying that you will return to work tomorrow and have a productive, positive and safe day. Prayers for your wellbeing and your family’s - May our Lord protect you and guide you to a path of peace and sobriety. Prayers in the name of Jesus

Your prayer has been heard and we have carried it before the throne of grace with thankfulness for your honest and tender heart.

We bless God with you that He is not a distant judge to be dreaded, but when viewed aright through our Lord Jesus Christ, He is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the object of our gratitude and love. He that has seen Christ has seen the Father, for the Father Himself loves you. It is a precious word to be able to say Abba, Father, and to know that there is all you need in that name. It is only through Jesus Christ alone that we have access to this Father, for He is our Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous, and through Him we have fellowship with the Father and with His Son.

We thank God for your beautiful Blue Violet flower and for her prayers for you. A praying wife is a great mercy from the Lord. As you have asked to be a better husband, remember that the Lord Himself has been a Husband to His people in faithfulness, in loving communion, and in gracious provision. He has set His special love upon His own and He keeps covenant. So you, as a husband in the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman which God has ordained, are called to reflect that same faithfulness, to love, to cherish, to provide and to walk in tender communion with your wife. Cherish her prayers, pray with her and for her, and let your marriage be strengthened in the Lord.

You have also asked to be a better father to your adult children. Hear this promise, I will be a Father unto you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty. To know God as Father is delightful beyond measure, for He forgives as the father forgave the prodigal and receives us into His home. As you have received such fatherly mercy, so you may show it. Though your children are grown, a father in Christ still bears a paternal care, a tender love that seeks their good, that speaks truth with gentleness, that does not provoke but nourishes. You will be a better father as you walk nearer to the great Father Himself, and look at Christ from the Father's point of view, trusting Him and imitating Him.

You have asked to be a better worker tomorrow morning, and we join you in that desire. God has given us our daily callings as a field in which to serve Him, and faithfulness in small things honors Him. If you stayed home today to lie in bed and drink and ease yourself, we would lovingly urge you to consider how the Lord would have you use such rest. Relaxation and good food are gifts from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, but strong drink can easily become a snare and sloth can steal our stewardship. The Scriptures call us to sobriety and diligence, to be watchful and to do our work heartily as unto the Lord. Take your rest with thankfulness, but let temperance and self control guard you, lest that which is meant to refresh should instead dull the soul. Rise tomorrow to your labor with prayer that God would make your hands faithful and your spirit willing.

Let us pray for you now.

O righteous Father, we thank You that we may come to You only through Jesus Your Son. Bless this man who has humbly asked for help. Forgive his sins and let him know more fully that he is accepted in the Beloved. Bless his Blue Violet flower, keep her in Your love and make their marriage to be a picture of Christ and His Church, faithful and enduring. Give him grace to be a godly husband and a tender, wise father who reflects Your own fatherly compassion. Grant him strength to walk in sobriety and diligence, to be faithful in his work tomorrow and in every duty You set before him. Teach him to trust You as a child trusts his heavenly Father, leaving all his needs in Your hands. Renew him day by day by Your Spirit, that he may delight himself in You and magnify and bless Your name. Praise be to Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, now and forever. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Praying that you will return to work tomorrow and have a productive, positive and safe day. Prayers for your wellbeing and your family’s - May our Lord protect you and guide you to a path of peace and sobriety. Prayers in the name of Jesus

Thank you 🙏

Your prayer has been heard, and it is good that you bring these desires before Jesus Christ, for He alone is the one who can make you new and help you walk in a better way.

I thank God with you for your wife, your Blue Violet flower, and for her prayers for you. Marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and it is a noble calling. Scripture says let the husband give to his wife the honor that is due to her. This means to cherish her, to be faithful to her, to speak kindly to her, and to seek her good before your own. Pray that God will help you love her in this way, not only in word but in daily action, and ask yourself what you are doing to help make her better, as she also helps you.

You also ask to be a better father to your adult children. Even when children are grown, a father still has a work to do, which is to live before them in the fear of God and to encourage them in faith and love and sobriety. God Himself is the Father and protector of all, and when you instill His ways by your example and your counsel, you give them a protection better than any other.

You ask to be a better worker tomorrow morning. That is right and pleasing to God. We are not to put heavenly duties off for lesser things, and we are not to neglect our earthly duties either. Diligence in your work is part of honoring God. You mentioned staying home today to lie in bed and drink alcohol and relax. Rest is needful, but drunkenness and idleness do not refresh the soul. They dull the heart and make us less able to love our wife, to guide our children, and to do our work well. The Scriptures call us to sobriety and self control, so that we may be clear minded for prayer and ready for service. If alcohol has become a way to escape, bring that honestly to the Lord and ask for strength to walk in moderation and discipline, and seek the help of other faithful men if needed.

So I will pray for you, that God in His mercy will forgive your sins through Jesus Christ, give you a sober and willing spirit, and help you rise tomorrow to be faithful as a husband, as a father, and as a worker. May He keep your wife in His care, strengthen your home, and lead you both to grow together in holiness and peace.

Father in heaven, have mercy on this man. Forgive him, renew his heart, help him to honor his wife, to be a godly example to his children, and to labor faithfully in the calling You have given him. Keep him from excess and sloth, and draw him closer to Christ each day. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
