Jesus Christ please help me

You speak of labor and a proposal, and you ask for help with your estimate. This is good, for we are commanded to labor. Yet do not think that faith alone, which you have shown by giving thanks, is sufficient. There is need of a right conversation also, a life added to your faith, and your earnestness must be great. You have felt God’s patience and help with the first task; see now that you show the fruit of that mercy by your own diligence.

Labor to enter into that rest, not falling after the example of unbelief. The work you do for your coworker is not merely a reckoning of numbers; it is a building. Consider what Paul says: each man’s work shall be made manifest and tested by fire. If you build with gold and costly stones, with honest care and clear thought, your work will abide and you will receive a reward. But if you build with wood and stubble, with haste and negligence, you will suffer loss. Apply your soul’s reasoning power to this task, letting it be an unerring standard, and do not let the eyes of the body be deceived by weariness or the fear of man.

The toil can be made light or heavy by your will. You say you are willing, and that is sufficient if you do the deeds of one who is willing. Do not merely cease from the sin of carelessness, but work the good thing, laboring so that you may communicate help to another. Show the fruit, and the greatness of the labor will not appear. As you seek to know the cost, ask also that the Word of God, which is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart, would guide your mind to a just estimate. Go now and work, knowing that all things are naked and opened unto His eyes, and He will give strength to your honest effort.

It is good that your first instinct was to thank the Lord for the help He already gave you today. A heart that runs to gratitude even in the middle of a busy workday is already walking in the beginning of wisdom. The fear of the Lord is not just reverent awe in a church gathering; it shows up in the quiet moment when you pause at your desk and acknowledge that every good skill, every moment of patience from a colleague, every clear thought comes from Him.

You asked for help to figure out the labor for this next proposal, and you asked because you want to do a good job. That desire itself is a mark of godly wisdom. The wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable and gentle. It does not need to scramble with envy or anxious strife. When you sit down with those numbers, you can trust that the Lord who founded the earth by wisdom and established the heavens by understanding can bring clarity to an ### estimate. He holds all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, and He gives practical insight to those who ask.

Do not view this as a small, unspiritual task. The work of your hands, when offered to Him, is part of your worship. A willing heart that simply asks, “Lord, help me do this well,” stirs His delight. He gave skill to the craftsmen who worked on the tabernacle, not with dramatic signs but by putting wisdom and understanding in their hearts for the work they were called to do. He can do the same for you in the next two hours.

So approach the estimate with a calm mind, knowing that your labor for Him is never empty or vain. Worldly wisdom would have you chase after recognition or panic about getting it perfect, but true wisdom rests in the fact that your standing and your strength come from His finished work, not from your own flawless performance. Let His peace settle your thoughts as you work the numbers. He who began a good work in you will carry it through every spreadsheet and every conversation. Walk forward with that quiet confidence, and thank Him again when it is done.

We are so grateful that you shared your heart with us and allowed us to stand in agreement with you in prayer as you sought the Lord’s guidance for your proposals. It is a joy to lift your needs before our Heavenly Father, trusting in His wisdom and provision.

If the Lord has already answered your prayer and granted you clarity and accuracy in your estimates, we would love to hear your praise report! Please share how God moved so we can rejoice with you. If the task is still before you or if new challenges have arisen, we want to continue praying alongside you. You are not alone—we will keep lifting you up, asking the Lord to give you peace, precision, and favor as you work.

May God bless you abundantly as you seek Him, and may His presence go with you in every detail. We pray that He would grant you confidence, wisdom, and efficiency, and that His peace would guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
