We join with you together in prayer in Jesus' name and we have heard the deep desires of your heart for a home to stay, for a godly marriage, for beauty and joy, for a life of peace and for your work to flourish, and we bring all of these before the Lord with you.

We rejoice that you desire to be a wife and to have a marriage that honors God, for marriage is holy and good when it is between a man and a woman committed for life as God designed it. We pray that if it is His will, He will bring you a godly husband, a Boaz who loves Christ first and will love you as Christ loves the church, and that your courtship would be pure and centered on Christ with marriage as the goal. We pray that any relationship would be with a fellow believer and kept holy, for we are called to flee fornication and to honor God with our bodies as it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:18 and Hebrews 13:4. We pray for your dreams of a home and garden and a business, whether in Roswell or wherever He leads you, and we ask that He would establish the work of your hands in a way that glorifies Him.

We also want to gently and lovingly speak truth over some things you have expressed that do not align with Scripture. You mentioned that you have earned favor by your work for the Lord and the universe and that favor is now owed to you one hundred fold. Scripture teaches us that favor and salvation are not earned by our works but are given by grace through faith, Ephesians 2:8-9 says for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. We cannot earn God's blessing, and we do not speak to the universe, for the universe is creation, but we pray to the Creator, our Father in heaven, who alone is sovereign and good. Our hope is not in declaring life into existence by our own words, but in submitting our desires to His perfect will, for Proverbs 19:21 says there are many plans in a man's heart, but Yahweh's counsel will prevail, and Matthew 6:33 reminds us to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

We also hear your heart regarding those you call corndogs and others you feel have cursed you, and your desire that they would die first and have no peace. We understand the pain of feeling cursed, overlooked, or harassed by neighbors and others, but we are called not to curse or wish death upon anyone, even our enemies. Romans 12:14 says bless those who persecute you; bless, and don't curse, and Matthew 5:44 says love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, Romans 12:19 says don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. The blood of Jesus was shed to save and forgive, not to call down curses upon others, and we are to desire that all would come to repentance, as 1 Timothy 2:4 teaches.

We love that you quoted Deuteronomy 28:13 that Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail, and you will be above only, and you will not be beneath, but this promise was given to Israel as they walked in obedience to God's voice, and our identity as the head is found in Christ as we walk humbly with Him, not in demanding that others be made the tail. God does turn curses into blessing for those who love Him, Romans 8:28 says we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose, but this is His work, not our incantation.

We also gently encourage you regarding beauty and favor. Your desire to look fabulous and to have a makeover is understood, but Scripture reminds us that true beauty is not only outward, 1 Peter 3:3-4 says let your beauty come not from the outward adorning of braiding your hair, and of wearing gold ornaments or of putting on fine clothing, but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God. Psalm 37:4 also guides us, delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart, as we delight in Him first, not in demanding today but trusting His timing, for Jeremiah 29:11 says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.

So we pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, by whose blood we have access to Your throne of grace, and we thank You for this dear sister who longs for home, for love, for peace and for purpose. We ask that You would forgive us where we have tried to earn Your favor or have spoken curses over others, and wash us clean by the blood of Jesus. Lord, we ask that You would give her a heart that rests in Your grace and not in striving, and that she would know that she is already highly favored in Christ. We pray that if it is Your will, You would provide a godly Christian husband for her to marry, a man who will honor You and cherish her, and that You would keep their courtship pure until marriage. We pray for a stable home, for provision for the bed and breakfast and salon desires if they are from You, and that all she does would be to build Your Kingdom and not just her own dreams. We pray for her neighbors and for those who have caused her pain, that You would bless them, bring them to repentance, and give her peace where she lives, whether You keep her where she is or lead her to New Mexico or elsewhere. Let no weapon formed against her prosper and let her find her security not in a secret ranch but in dwelling in Your presence. Turn every curse meant for harm into blessing by Your sovereign hand and teach her to bless those who have hurt her. Grant her inner peace, a gentle and quiet spirit, and joy that does not depend on Disneyland or outward things but on Christ alone. We trust Your timing and Your perfect will for her life today and in the days to come. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We are grateful you shared what has been weighing on and exciting you. We hear a deep desire for a stable home, for a loving marriage, for work that feels like your own with the salon and bed and breakfast, and for joy again like trips to Disneyland and a garden in New Mexico. Those are tender, human longings for belonging and purpose.

When hopes feel so big and urgent, it can help to anchor them gently. We think of hope not as forcing an outcome today, but as trusting that God sees you and is with you while you take faithful next steps. It does not mean every detail will happen exactly as imagined or on our timeline, but it does mean you are not alone as you move forward.

One simple next step that might help is to choose one small, concrete piece to focus on this week and talk it through with someone you trust, perhaps a pastor or a steady friend. For example, if the salon vision is close to your heart, you could jot down one practical action for it and ask for their input and prayer. Having another calm voice beside you can bring clarity when thoughts feel fast and intense.

We are praying for you.

Father, we lift our friend to You. Thank You for Your care for her life and future. Bring peace to her heart and mind today, guide her steps with wisdom, and surround her with safe, supportive people. Help her to rest in Your love and to walk one day at a time. In Jesus name, amen.

Your heart has poured itself out in a great longing for home and for rest and for love that endures, and that longing is not hidden from the Lord who sees in secret. The desire for a faithful husband, for a quiet and settled home, for honest work done with your own hands, these are things which God understands, for He Himself has set forth marriage as a holy covenant in which a man and a woman become one, and He has shown Himself as a Husband to His people in faithfulness and tender provision.

Yet there are things in your prayer which must be set in the light of Scripture, that you may find true peace. Favor with God is not earned by our work for the Lord, nor does it come from the universe, nor from choosing ourselves. The Scripture teaches that salvation and every blessing come through Jesus Christ alone, by His merit and His blood. If you need merit, has He not enough of it. We come not with our own excellence but with His righteousness, and there we find a hearing. To speak of flipping curses and claiming to be the head by our own declaration is to mistake the promise of Deuteronomy, which was given to an obedient people walking humbly with God, not a charm to be spoken over others.

And concerning those whom you call enemies, the Word of God does not teach us to pray that they must die or have no peace. Our Lord went about doing good, and He calls His people to do the same, beginning at home. He bids us to forgive as we have been forgiven, to bless and not to curse, to go home and be reconciled where we have harbored anger. To wish death upon others, even upon those who have troubled you, is grievous before the Lord who would have us pray for those who despitefully use us. The true Christian is alike at home in seeking the Lord in every circumstance, not with loud and vengeful words to be seen of men, but entering into the closet and shutting the door to seek mercy with sincerity.

The marriage you desire is a weighty and holy thing. It is not for amusement only, or for going often to places of pleasure, but for becoming one life under God, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, forsaking all others, in which husband and wife delight in one another and bear one another's burdens and tell the Lord their cares as a wife tells her husband. If the Lord in His wisdom provides such a Boaz, pray that he may be a godly man who fears the Lord, and that you may be joined as those who are betrothed to Christ first, loving Him above all. Our home is finally on high, and every earthly home is best when it is ordered under His Word.

For your daily work and your hope of a garden and a house and a small business, remember the counsel to begin at home and do with diligence what your hand finds to do. Whether it be the salon or the studio or the keeping of a house, do it faithfully and honestly, adorning your walls with what is true and modest, giving thanks for daily bread and seeking to do good to those nearest to you. The Lord loves a faithful steward in little things.

We will pray for you according to the will of God. We ask the Lord Jesus to draw you nearer to Himself, to wash you in His blood and clothe you in His righteousness, to give you a quiet and forgiving heart toward those who have wronged you, to turn your imprecations into intercession, to grant you contentment and godly wisdom in every decision about home and work and marriage, and if it be His good pleasure, to provide a godly husband and a settled home where Christ is honored. We ask Him to keep you from bitter words and to teach you to pray sincerely in secret, trusting His faithful provision day by day.

Seek first the Lord Himself, who is the true Husband of His people and who communed lovingly with them and provided for them, and all other things shall be added as He sees best.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

I have read your prayer with care and I thank you for opening your heart so fully. Your desire for a home, for faithful marriage, and for meaningful work is understandable, and marriage itself is a good gift. It is a bond ordained by God, honorable and pure, given so that a man and a woman may become one flesh in a lifelong covenant and preserve holiness through faithfulness to one another.

I want to speak truthfully to you in love about several things you have written, because God desires truth in our hearts more than beautiful words.

First, favor with God is not earned by our work, even work done for the Lord, and it does not come from the universe. Scripture teaches that salvation and every blessing come through Jesus Christ alone, by grace. We cannot earn being highly favored, and we cannot command God to give a hundredfold today as if He owes us. He is a good Father who gives what is best according to His wisdom and timing, not according to our demands. To speak life into existence as though our words control God is not the way of prayer. Prayer is humble trust, asking according to His will and waiting with patience.

Second, the longing to be a wife and to have a faithful husband like Boaz is not wrong in itself. God made marriage, and to desire it with chasteness and gravity is good. But marriage is not to be sought for mere fun or appearance, and beauty, hair, clothing and outward display, while they may be cared for in moderation for health and order, must not become provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts. The call for wives and for all believers is to follow holiness, which means chaste and orderly living, whether married or unmarried, and to attend upon the Lord without distraction. A home, a garden, a ranch, a bed and breakfast or a salon are lawful callings when they are pursued with honesty, diligence and contentment, but they find their true value when they are offered to God rather than demanded from Him.

Third, I must urge you to turn away from the curses and the desire for others to die or to have no peace. To pray that vehicles would harm others, that people called corndogs must die first, or that anyone would have no favor or peace ever again, and to use the blood of Jesus as a curse, is contrary to the gospel. The blood of Jesus was shed for mercy and forgiveness, not to call down destruction on those we dislike. The word of God says to follow peace with all people and holiness, and to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. We are called to love even our enemies and to leave judgment to God. The promise that you will be the head and not the tail in Deuteronomy was given to Israel in covenant faithfulness, not as a formula to curse others or to claim superiority over them. Using Scripture in that way dishonors it.

God does hear the cry for justice when you feel surrounded by evil and noise and spiritual oppression, and He does call you to pray for protection and for quietness. The right prayer is not for others to be destroyed, but for God to guard your heart, to give you peace, to help you forgive, and to overcome evil with good.

So I will pray for you in this way, and I invite you to pray this way also: that you would trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation and for every good gift, that you would grow in holiness and peace with all people, that if it is His will He would provide a godly husband for a lifelong covenant marriage and a home where Christ is honored, and that He would give you contentment and diligence in your work while you wait on Him. May He clothe you with modesty and reverence, keep your heart from vanity and from bitter words, and teach you to seek first His kingdom.

If you have spoken curses over others, confess that to the Lord and ask His forgiveness, and ask Him to replace that bitterness with love. Continue in prayer, in steady work, and in fellowship with faithful believers who can walk with you and counsel you in person. God is not slow as we count slowness, but patient and wise, and He will provide what you truly need as you seek Him with a pure heart.
