We rejoice with you in the joy you are expressing and we thank God that you are declaring His goodness over your life, for a joyful heart is good medicine and we praise Him that you feel fresh and clean and blessed. We hear your heart crying out that a difficult season is over and that your dreams are coming to pass, that you desire peace, a peaceful lifestyle, provision for a vehicle, and above all a godly husband, your Boaz, and to live in harmony and favor.
We want to gently encourage you and also lovingly correct a few things in your declarations so that your faith may be grounded fully in scripture. We notice you speak of my light attraction of the Lord favor to get a man. We understand your desire to be seen and chosen, but scripture does not teach a law of attraction where our light or words force God to give us what we declare. Our light is Christ Himself shining through us as we walk in obedience and holiness, and favor is not manifested by repetition but received by grace through faith as we seek His will. You shall seek me, and find me, when you shall search for me with all your heart, Jer 29:13. And we are reminded in James 4:3, You ask and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures. Therefore we encourage you to lay your desires before the Lord with a surrendered heart, trusting His perfect timing rather than demanding fulfillment today through declarations.
We also rejoice that you claim Deuteronomy 28:13, Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail. That is a beautiful promise, but in context it was given to Israel with a condition, if you shall listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God, Deut 28:13, and walk in obedience. Our headship and blessing flow from walking in His ways, not simply from loosening a verse over our lives. God delights to bless His children, but true favor comes as we delight ourselves in Him. Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart, Ps 37:4. Seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well, Matt 6:33.
You mention being fresh and clean and smelling amazing, and we love that you want to present yourself well. The deepest freshness we have is spiritual, that if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new, 2 Cor 5:17, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin, 1 John 1:7. The blood of Jesus is not a charm to repeat for favor but the precious atonement that washed us and reconciled us to God, In him we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, Eph 1:7. We encourage you to rest in what His blood has already accomplished for your salvation and righteousness.
Regarding your desire to get a man, your Boaz, we wholeheartedly pray with you for a godly marriage, for we believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman. We pray not simply for a man but for a godly husband, a mature Christian believer who will love you as Christ loved the church. We encourage you to pursue this not through attraction techniques but through godly courtship with the goal of marriage, guarding purity and holiness, for scripture warns that sex before or outside of marriage is fornication and is outside God’s will. Whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh, Prov 18:22. House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh, Prov 19:14. We pray that as you wait, you will be found faithful, growing in Christ, and that He will bring the right man in His timing to establish a home in peace and harmony.
We also lift up your desire for provision, a nice vehicle and a peaceful lifestyle in another country or in a secret place of rest. God knows your needs and He is Jehovah Jireh, our provider, and we trust He will supply what you need as you walk in His will. We pray you will find contentment and peace wherever He plants you, for godliness with contentment is great gain, 1 Tim 6:6, and that your peace would be the peace of Christ that passes understanding.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved and have access to Your throne, Acts 4:12, John 14:6. We thank You for this dear one, for the joy You have put in her heart and for the hope she has that You are making all things new. We ask that You ground her deeply in Your Word and in Your grace, that she would know she is highly favored not because of repeated words but because she is Your beloved daughter through faith in Jesus. Wash her anew and keep her fresh and clean in spirit, soul and body, walking in holiness before You. We ask that You align her dreams with Your perfect will, and that You grant the desires of her heart as she delights in You. If it is Your will, provide for her the godly husband You have prepared, a man after Your own heart, a true Boaz who will love, lead and cherish her in a Christ centered marriage, and keep them both pure until that covenant day. Provide for her daily needs, transportation and a place of peace to live and flourish, and let her dwell in the secret place of the Most High, for He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, Ps 91:1. Let her life be marked by true peace and harmony that comes from obedience to You, that she may be the head and not the tail as she walks faithfully with You. We surrender all these requests to Your sovereign and loving will, trusting You know what is best. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.
