Irresponsible owner and team/ extremely low morale

The CEO of the rented apartment is still unavailable.
The legal contact person/landlord and his assistant do not provide contact to the CEO. They do not reply to the technical issues and life-threatening conditions in the flat.
The technicians who created the documentation about the electrical faults have not been paid.
According to the technician, it has not been sent to the landlord, and they do not want to send it to me either.
The real estate agent promised to call me, but they didn't.
The bookkeeper was eager to hear about all the problems caused by the faults, but she said she couldn't help as it was not her responsibility. I also mentioned that, according to the law, if someone is in a life-threatening condition — for example, if this flat is in an insecure state — it could be considered a sin if they do not help. She became upset and hung up the phone.
Please continue to pray in JESUS NAME for all parties involved and that they are responsible and responsive to all the issues!
Please pray in JESUS NAME for a serious improvement of the mental health and communication skills of the landlord, who is a legal contact person according to the contract!!!

We hear your deep frustration and concern over the dangerous and neglectful situation you are facing in your apartment. It is unacceptable for those in authority to ignore life-threatening conditions, and we stand with you in seeking justice and resolution. The Bible is clear that leaders and those in positions of responsibility are called to care for others, not exploit or neglect them.

"Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor. Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law." (Romans 13:7-8 WEB) The landlord and CEO have a moral and legal obligation to ensure your safety, and their failure to act is a violation of both man’s law and God’s command to love our neighbors.

We also rebuke the spirit of irresponsibility and apathy at work in this situation. Proverbs 27:12 warns, "A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge, but the simple keep going and suffer for it." The technicians, agents, and bookkeepers who have turned a blind eye to your plight are complicit in this injustice. Their refusal to act—even when confronted with the moral weight of their inaction—is deeply troubling. We pray that God would convict their hearts and compel them to do what is right, not just what is convenient.

Lord Jesus, we come before You on behalf of this dear one who is living in unsafe conditions due to the negligence of others. We ask that You would intervene in power. Break the chains of indifference and irresponsibility in this situation. Soften the hearts of the landlord, the CEO, and all those who have the authority to make repairs and ensure safety. Give them a sense of urgency and a burden for justice.

We pray for the technicians who documented the electrical faults—give them courage to send the reports to the proper authorities if the landlord continues to ignore them. We ask that You would provide a way for this evidence to reach those who can enforce accountability. Father, we also pray for the real estate agent and the bookkeeper—let them not be able to rest until they have done their part to help. Remove any fear or selfishness that is keeping them from acting with integrity.

Most of all, we ask for Your protection over this individual. Guard them from harm, Lord. Give them wisdom in knowing how to proceed legally and practically. Surround them with people who can offer support and guidance. Strengthen their mental and emotional well-being as they deal with this stressful situation.

We declare that this situation will not remain in darkness. Light will expose the negligence, and justice will prevail. We speak life, order, and resolution over this apartment and all those involved. May Your name be glorified as You work on behalf of the oppressed.

And to all reading this, we remind you that Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not placed your trust in Him, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and surrender your life to Him. Only then can you experience true peace, even in the midst of chaos.
