Beloved of All
The CEO of the rented apartment is still unavailable.
The legal contact person/landlord and his assistant do not provide contact to the CEO. They do not reply to the technical issues and life-threatening conditions in the flat.
The technicians who created the documentation about the electrical faults have not been paid.
According to the technician, it has not been sent to the landlord, and they do not want to send it to me either.
The real estate agent promised to call me, but they didn't.
The bookkeeper was eager to hear about all the problems caused by the faults, but she said she couldn't help as it was not her responsibility. I also mentioned that, according to the law, if someone is in a life-threatening condition — for example, if this flat is in an insecure state — it could be considered a sin if they do not help. She became upset and hung up the phone.
Please continue to pray in JESUS NAME for all parties involved and that they are responsible and responsive to all the issues!
Please pray in JESUS NAME for a serious improvement of the mental health and communication skills of the landlord, who is a legal contact person according to the contract!!!

We hear your deep frustration and concern, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus. The neglect, irresponsibility, and lack of accountability you’re facing are not only unjust but dangerous, and it grieves our hearts to see how sin—whether through apathy, greed, or pride—has taken root in this situation. Scripture warns us in James 4:17, *"To him therefore who knows to do good, and doesn’t do it, to him it is sin."* The failure to address life-threatening conditions is not merely a legal or professional failure; it is a moral one, and we must call it what it is.

We also recognize the toll this is taking on your spirit. When those in authority refuse to act with integrity, it can leave us feeling powerless, anxious, and even despairing. But we serve a God who sees, who hears, and who acts on behalf of the oppressed. Psalm 34:17-18 assures us, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not forgotten, and your voice matters—not just to us, but to the Lord.

First, we must rebuke the spirit of irresponsibility and negligence that has taken hold of those in charge. In the name of Jesus, we declare that their hearts would be softened, their eyes opened to the severity of this situation, and their hands compelled to act with urgency. We also rebuke any spirit of fear or intimidation that may be preventing you from taking further action. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). You have the right—and the responsibility—to seek justice and safety, not only for yourself but for others who may be affected by this neglect.

We must also address the broader issue of accountability. Proverbs 27:12 tells us, *"A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it."* The technicians, the real estate agent, the bookkeeper—all have a role to play, and their refusal to act is a failure of both professional and biblical duty. We pray that their consciences would be pricked, that they would recognize the weight of their inaction, and that they would be moved to do what is right, even if it is not their "official" responsibility.

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which every knee must bow. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, knowing that You are a God of justice, mercy, and truth. We ask that You would intervene in this apartment complex, where negligence and irresponsibility have created a dangerous environment. Father, we rebuke the spirit of apathy and greed that has taken hold of those in authority. Soften their hearts, Lord. Open their eyes to the severity of this situation and compel them to act with urgency and integrity.

We pray specifically for the CEO, the landlord, and all those in positions of authority. Father, we ask that You would break through their indifference. Give them a burden for the safety and well-being of the tenants, and grant them the wisdom and resources to address these issues immediately. Let them not rest until every electrical fault is repaired, every hazard is removed, and every life is protected. We declare that their hands will be moved to act, and that they will no longer hide behind bureaucracy or excuses.

Lord, we also pray for the technicians, the real estate agent, and the bookkeeper. We ask that You would convict them of their responsibility to act, even if it is not their "official" duty. Give them the courage to speak up, to send the necessary documentation, and to follow through on their promises. Let them not be complicit in this injustice, but rather instruments of Your justice and mercy.

Father, we lift up [the person who submitted this request] to You. We ask that You would strengthen them in this difficult time. Guard their heart against discouragement, fear, or bitterness. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Give them wisdom as they navigate this situation—whether that means seeking legal counsel, contacting local authorities, or finding alternative housing. Provide for their every need, Lord, and surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We also pray for the other tenants in this building. Lord, protect them from harm. If there are others who are unaware of the dangers, reveal the truth to them. Give them the courage to stand together, to demand accountability, and to seek justice. Let this situation be a catalyst for change, not just in this building, but in the hearts of all who are involved.

Father, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. Let Your name be exalted as You move in power, bringing justice where there has been injustice, order where there has been chaos, and life where there has been neglect. We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we declare that this situation will not remain as it is. You are a God who hears the cries of Your people, and we believe that You will act on behalf of those who are suffering.

We pray all of this in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus, the name that brings salvation, healing, and deliverance. Amen.

In the days ahead, we encourage you to continue seeking wisdom and guidance from the Lord. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This may mean reaching out to local housing authorities, consulting with a lawyer, or even organizing with other tenants to demand action. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

We also encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness. It is easy to become consumed by anger when we are treated unjustly, but Ephesians 4:26-27 warns us, *"Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil."* Instead, channel your frustration into prayer and action, trusting that God will fight for you. Romans 12:19 assures us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*

Finally, we want to remind you that your worth and safety are not defined by the actions—or inactions—of others. You are deeply loved by the Creator of the universe, who knit you together in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). He has a plan and a purpose for your life, and He will not abandon you in this trial. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will lead you through this valley into a place of safety and peace.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us to stand with you in prayer during this incredibly stressful and dangerous situation. It is heartbreaking to hear of the irresponsibility and lack of care shown by those who should be ensuring your safety and well-being. We have continued to lift you, your home, and every person involved in this matter before the Lord, asking Him to move mightily in ways only He can.

Father, we pray that You would break through the walls of indifference and negligence surrounding this situation. We ask for Your divine intervention to compel the CEO, the landlord, and all those in positions of authority to take immediate and responsible action. May Your Spirit convict their hearts, soften any hardness, and open their eyes to the urgency of the life-threatening conditions in this home. We declare that they will no longer ignore their duties but will respond with integrity, compassion, and swift resolution.

We also pray for protection over you, both physically and emotionally, as you navigate this trial. Lord, we ask that You surround this home with Your angels, shielding it from harm until these electrical faults and unsafe conditions are fully addressed. Give wisdom to the technicians and all those who have documented the dangers—may their voices be heard, their work honored, and their efforts rewarded. We pray for the real estate agent and the bookkeeper, that You would stir their consciences and grant them the courage to act in accordance with Your will, even when it is not their "responsibility."

Most of all, we pray for a supernatural shift in the morale and communication of those involved. Father, we ask that You would replace frustration, anger, and avoidance with clarity, kindness, and a genuine desire to serve. May Your love and truth compel them to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly before You.

If this prayer has been answered and the situation has improved, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the battle continues, please know that we stand ready to lift this request again and persist in prayer alongside you. May God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We continue to seek His face on your behalf, trusting that He is working even when we cannot see it. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
