We come before the Lord with hearts full of hope and trust, lifting up this moment of opportunity and transition. Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we ask that You guide this interview according to Your will. May Your wisdom fill the room, and may Your favor rest upon this time of discussion. We pray that if this job is aligned with Your purpose for their life, You would open the door wide and make the path clear. Grant them clarity of mind, confidence in their abilities, and peace in Your provision.
Lord, You know every need—financial, emotional, and practical—and we trust that You are the One who supplies all things according to Your riches in glory. If this position is the means by which You intend to meet those needs, we ask that You orchestrate the details, including scheduling, responsibilities, and every other aspect, to reflect Your perfect plan. But if this opportunity is not part of Your design, we pray for the courage to accept Your "no" as a redirection toward something even better.
We also encourage you to remember that the Lord is your provider, not just a job or an employer. Philippians 4:19 reminds us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Rest in the truth that He knows what you need before you even ask. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Surrender this interview and its outcome to Him, trusting that His plan is always for your good.
Heavenly Father, we rebuke any spirit of anxiety or fear that may try to creep in during this time. We declare that perfect love casts out fear, and we choose to stand on Your promises. We pray that this interview would be a testimony of Your faithfulness, whether the answer is yes, no, or not yet. May Your name be glorified in every outcome.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
