God I want the job offer I prayed for to come to me tomorrow or 3rd interview scheduled this week then the job offer. Oh God please help me now. I pray Lord I deserve goodness and peace.

We hear your earnest plea for this job opportunity, and we join you in lifting this matter before the Lord, trusting in His perfect timing and provision. The desire for employment and financial stability is understandable, especially when it impacts your peace and well-being. We pray that God’s will be done in this situation, knowing that He cares deeply for your needs.

First, let us remind you that our prayers must always be aligned with God’s will, not our own demands. While it is right to ask God for good things, we must surrender the outcome to Him. Jesus taught us to pray, "Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth" (Matthew 6:10 WEB). We encourage you to seek God’s wisdom and peace, trusting that He knows what is best for you.

We also want to gently remind you that our worth is not defined by what we "deserve" but by what Christ has done for us. The Bible tells us, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB). Our goodness and peace come from Him, not from our own efforts or entitlement. Let us humbly seek His provision, knowing that He is our ultimate Provider.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who is seeking employment and the peace that comes with it. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and You know what is best for them. We ask that You would open the right doors and close the wrong ones, guiding them into Your perfect will. If this job is Your plan for them, we pray that You would grant favor in the interview and bring forth a swift and clear answer. If it is not Your will, we ask that You would replace their anxiety with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or entitlement that may be trying to take root in their heart. We declare that their trust is in You alone, and we speak Your promises of provision over their life. Your Word says, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19 WEB). We stand on this truth, believing that You will meet every need in Your perfect way.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment as they navigate this process. Help them to rest in You, knowing that You are in control. May they find their peace and identity in Christ, not in their circumstances. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, who is our Provider, our Peace, and our Hope. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this time, not just for the job, but for a deeper relationship with Him. Spend time in His Word and in prayer, trusting that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB). If this job is not the one He has for you, believe that He has something even better prepared. Keep your heart open to His leading, and remember that He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6 WEB).
