I'm still going through a decent bit ...

I'm still going through a decent bit physically and mentally, while I still would like you all to keep praying for my physical health, please really pray for my mental state, it's getting close to unbearable, my anxiety and stress flared up almost a month ago and I've been struggling to get it back down. Also please pray for safe travels of a trip I have next week, I'm hoping my trip gives me some well needed relief and takes my mind off things.
