Im not going to heaven

Beloved of All
Im not good. Im horrible person. I sinned to bad . Made horrible mistakes.humiljated financially and humiliation in my ###. From being bullied seeing my big brother go to prison trying to follow his ways and be a ###. Burned so many bridges. I tried to live right but it never works out.

We hear the deep pain and despair in your words, and our hearts ache with you. You are carrying a heavy burden of shame, regret, and hopelessness, and we want you to know that you are not alone. The weight of sin and past mistakes can feel crushing, but we serve a God who is rich in mercy and whose love is greater than any failure or sin.

First, we must address the lie that you are not good enough for heaven. The truth is, none of us are "good" on our own. Scripture tells us, "for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). Heaven is not earned by our own goodness or works, it is a gift of God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:8-9 says, "for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast." Your worth is not defined by your past mistakes or the pain you’ve endured. Your worth is found in Christ, who loved you so much that He died for you while you were still a sinner (Romans 5:8).

We also want to rebuke the lie that you are beyond redemption. The enemy would love for you to believe that your sins are too great, that you’ve burned too many bridges, or that God could never forgive you. But the Word of God declares, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). There is no sin too great for the blood of Jesus to cover. Even the apostle Paul, who persecuted and killed Christians, was forgiven and used mightily by God. If God can redeem Paul, He can redeem you.

We also see the pain of your past, the bullying, the influence of your brother, and the struggles you’ve faced. It’s clear that you’ve been through deep wounds, and we want to acknowledge that. But we must also gently remind you that following the ways of the world or the paths of those who do not honor God will only lead to more pain. Proverbs 14:12 says, "There is a way which seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death." The cycles of sin and brokenness you’ve experienced are not God’s design for your life. He has a better way, a way of healing, restoration, and purpose.

You mentioned trying to live right but feeling like it never works out. We want to encourage you that living for God is not about perfection, it’s about surrender. It’s about laying down your burdens at the foot of the cross and trusting Him to lead you. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). You don’t have to carry this weight alone. God is inviting you to trade your shame for His grace, your guilt for His forgiveness, and your despair for His hope.

We also want to address the financial and personal humiliation you’ve endured. These are real struggles, and we don’t want to minimize them. But we serve a God who is our provider and our restorer. Philippians 4:19 says, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Even in your brokenness, God can use your story for His glory. He specializes in taking what the enemy meant for harm and turning it into something beautiful (Genesis 50:20).

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for our brother who is carrying such a burden of shame, regret, and despair. Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of condemnation that the enemy has placed on him. Remind him of the truth of Your Word, that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). Wash him clean by the blood of Jesus and renew his mind with Your truth.

Father, we ask that You would heal the wounds of his past, the bullying, the influence of his brother, and the pain he has endured. Restore what has been broken and replace his shame with Your love. Give him the strength to turn away from the paths that have led to destruction and to walk in the newness of life that You offer (Romans 6:4).

Lord, we pray for Your provision over his financial struggles and the humiliation he has faced. Meet him in his need and remind him that You are his provider. Help him to trust in You with all his heart and not lean on his own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Above all, Father, we pray that he would encounter Your love in a powerful way. Let him know that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Draw him close to You and fill him with the hope that only comes from knowing You.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

We want to encourage you to take a step toward God today. If you’ve never surrendered your life to Jesus, we invite you to pray this simple prayer:

"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your forgiveness. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose again. I turn away from my sins and invite You into my heart and life. I want to follow You and live for You. Thank You for Your love and grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen."

If you prayed that prayer, we rejoice with you! The angels in heaven are celebrating your decision (Luke 15:10). We encourage you to find a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith and be surrounded by brothers and sisters who can support you. You are not alone, and your story is not over. God has a purpose for your life, and He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep pressing into Him, and He will lead you into freedom and restoration.

Have we ever really meditated on Matthew 6 where Jesus instructs us to take no thought for our lives? I have looked at this in terms of the rest of the Bible where I have learned to claim His Promises in Jesus and take on His thoughts for my life. Thank You Lord Jesus for Blessing me to learn to stop thinking about my life, learn to take on Your thoughts for my life and so much more for Your Glory and my good in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Do you Believe Jesus died for our sins, is Risen from the dead, is Preparing a place for us and is about to call us to join Him?

Are you watching for Jesus in the Clouds of Glory? Jesus is about to call us to join Him!

We can do everything Jesus did and more! We can speak; sickness leave in Jesus! Be healed by Jesus stripes! I am healed by Jesus stripes! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

You can copy and paste this to pray every day and share...

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad except our thoughts about what is happening to us. The Bible says All things work together for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

Sing through out your days Thank You Jesus, Praise You Jesus, Glory to You Lord Jesus or anything that is on your heart to sing to Jesus! It doesn't matter how we sound, Angels will join in with us and Jesus will join in with us as well as fight for us, knock down walls for us, open locks for us, save people for us, evil will flee from us, He heals us and He will over flow His Holy Peace in us.

Praying for others on here and reading your Bible will help you tremendously.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life from Matthew 6. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. My wife returned. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus! All things work together for my good in Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

We hear how heavy all of this feels right now, the weight of mistakes, the bridges burned, the repeated attempts to live differently only to feel like it never sticks. It is exhausting to carry that kind of shame, and we sit with you in that.

What stands out to us is not that you are beyond hope, but that you still care enough to call your sin what it is. Someone truly hardened does not feel this ache. Guilt can be a harsh taskmaster, setting up a courtroom in our heads where we keep prosecuting ourselves long after the verdict should be settled. One of the most helpful distinctions we have seen is between constructive sorrow, which draws us toward mercy, and self-punishing guilt that just keeps us stuck in the shame cycle. The first leads to healing; the second just drains us dry.

A concrete step that genuinely fits your situation is this: give your confession words, out loud, alone with God or with one trusted person who will not rush to fix you. Speak the specific failures that haunt you most. Not a vague “forgive my sins,” but the actual humiliating things you name here. Then, and this is the hard part, after you have named them, receive the forgiveness Christ already secured. Let the weight move from your shoulders to His. You are not the first follower of Jesus to have a prison record, a past of trying to be someone you were not, or a trail of wrecked relationships. Some of the strongest people in any church we know were once the ones most convinced they had out-sinned grace.

We are praying you will begin to experience not just the idea of forgiveness but its actual relief.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this one who is crushed under the weight of their own history. You know every humiliating detail, every burned bridge, every wrong turn. Silence the voice of the accuser that says they are too far gone. Help them to confess honestly and then to let Your mercy be real to them, not just a theory but a felt release. Give them the courage to face what they have done and the humility to accept that Your grace is larger than their worst day. In Your name, amen.

The weight of your sin feels like a mountain upon your chest, and you have written yourself down as condemned. You say you are not good, that you are horrible, and you have made a list of your transgressions and humiliations. But this is the very place where the gospel shines brightest. The forgiveness of sins is not for the righteous; it is for the sinner who knows his guilt. You have come to the end of yourself, and that is common-sense, for there is nothing in yourself upon which you can rely. Now, hear what God declares.

There is forgiveness. Let this whisper drive away despair! The blood of Jesus Christ has made a full, divine, and eternal forgiveness possible. You speak of your sin as if it were too great, but the text says, "In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His Grace." The forgiveness is not a small mercy doled out sparingly; it is according to the riches of His grace. Where sin abounded, grace does much more abound. You have burned bridges, walked in wrong paths, and suffered humiliation, but there is forgiveness with God. The very place where the offense went is the place from which forgiveness comes.

Do you think God would teach you to feel this sorrow, to confess your sin, and then mock you with an impossibility? He does not bring you down on your knees to laugh at your despair. There is forgiveness now. Not when you have mended yourself, not when you have earned it, but now, at this moment. "There is forgiveness." The translators put in the words "there is," and I love it just so: a steady, present, eternal fact. The Son of God removes guilt, and the Spirit of God removes guile. When you confess your sin freely, without hiding it, you show that the motive to cover up is gone because full forgiveness is before you.

Your feelings tell you that heaven is shut to you, but heaven must be in us before we can be in heaven. Christ is heaven itself, fully enjoyed. To know that you are forgiven, to taste the living water from the Source, that is the heavenly life begun on earth. Amazed, I cry, "Which is Heaven, and which is the heavenly life on earth?" The Lamb who is in the midst of the throne is the same Shepherd who seeks the lost sheep here below. He will give heaven to the chief of sinners as well as to the chief of saints.

One more step and you may be where there is no forgiveness, but while you live, the door stands open. Enter by this door or stand shivering outside forever. Lay hold of Christ, for when you get Christ, you have redemption, for He is Redemption. Let those grim hobgoblins of despair be driven into the sea of forgetfulness. You say you tried to live right and it never works out. Of course it does not, when you try in your own strength. But now, as an heir of heaven, you live in the presence of God and delight to remember His all-seeing eye. The forgiveness that sinks into the heart changes the nature and begins a life of sincerity and purity. Rise to your true dignity, for God gave us heaven within us, then. Oh, how we laughed for joy that day! We were not to be beggars or paupers any more, all the riches of heaven were bestowed upon us.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of being too sinful for heaven, but this very sorrow is not the mark of a lost soul. The best thing is to avoid sin in the first instance; the next to it, is to feel that we sin, and thoroughly amend ourselves. You know you have sinned, and you grieve over it. This is no small beginning. For when you yourself, who have offended, are willing to know this very fact, that you have sinned, then you can entreat God for pardon with understanding. Tell your offenses in particular, not to wallow in shame but to learn for what you receive forgiveness, so that you may become grateful toward your Benefactor.

Do not say, “I am not going to heaven.” Let us not despair. Though we sin every day, let us approach Him, entreating, beseeching, asking the forgiveness of our sins. Why? Because hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and it enters into that within the veil, where the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus. Through hope we are already among the promises. It is not your own strength that saves you, but the lovingkindness of God. All the world became guilty before God, and none can help himself to any excuse; we all need the assistance of another. That assistance is Christ, who died not owing the debt of death nor because of sin, but to bring salvation to those who look for Him.

You say you tried to live right and it never works out. Sin does easily beset, taking its stand on every side, before, behind, and so casting down. But the increase of trials should increase your good hope, because the more abundant in proportion is your salvation and consolation. Affliction works patient endurance, and patient endurance produces a hope that does not disappoint. Hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of that hope firm unto the end. Do not be shaken by these humiliations and burned bridges. They are the very material through which God forges steadfastness. You have been a partaker of sufferings; you will also be a partaker of the comfort.

Flee to Christ, not to the shadow of your past or the example of your brother. Cast out that carnal relationship and rest the hope of your salvation in your own repentance and faith. Every mouth that boasts in its own righteousness is stopped; but the mouth that cries, “Lord, have mercy on me, a sinner,” is heard. So do not say you are too horrible. Feel your sin, confess it, and then let hope be your anchor. The winds may rage, but the anchor holds. The forerunner has entered heaven for you. Follow after Him with a firm assurance of faith, and you will find Him appearing the second time, without sin, unto salvation.

You are carrying the heavy weight of guilt, convinced you are too horrible, that your sins are beyond forgiveness. That feeling of condemnation is real, and it often comes with a deep, almost hidden desire to be punished, to somehow pay for the wrong you have done. I know that place. I have been there myself, looking at my failures and crying out, “O wretched man that I am!” Yet in that very despair, I discovered the most freeing truth: I could never deliver myself, and I was never meant to. When I stopped trying to be good enough and simply asked, “Who will deliver me?” the answer was already there, Jesus Christ.

He did not come to condemn, but to take our condemnation upon Himself. On the cross, His body was broken for you. Every sin, every humiliating mistake, every bridge you burned, He bore it all, and the punishment you feel you deserve was laid on Him. The voice you may imagine thundering judgment is actually a heartbroken Father who longs to restore you. His desire is not to crush you, but to wash you clean and bring you back to joy.

Consider David. He committed adultery, orchestrated a man’s death, and covered it up. Yet when he finally stopped hiding and came to God with a broken and contrite heart, he cried, “Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me to hear joy and gladness; let the bones you have broken rejoice.” God did not despise that broken spirit. He forgave completely and lifted that crushing burden of guilt. That same cleansing is available to you, right now. No matter what you have done, the sacrifice Jesus made is sufficient.

You wrote that you tried to live right but it never works out. That is because the battle isn’t yours to win in your own strength. You look at your circumstances, the humiliation, the financial ruin, the ways you followed a path you never wanted, and you feel trapped with no way out. But God says, “Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord.” Get your eyes off yourself and onto Him. Confess your sins honestly, not trying to atone or punish yourself, but simply trusting that His forgiveness is real. When you do, you will find that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

He does not ask you to clean yourself up first. He receives you as you are, broken, weary, and full of shame, and He exchanges that guilt for peace. Let Him fight this battle. Hope in Him, and you will not be disappointed.
