We hear your simple yet sincere prayer, and we join with you in lifting this request before the Lord. It’s wonderful to see your heart seeking improvement in a skill that can be used for God’s glory—whether in personal worship, leading others in praise, or simply bringing joy through music. The Bible reminds us in Colossians 3:23, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."* Even in something like playing the guitar, we can offer our efforts as an act of worship and stewardship of the talents God has given us.

We also want to encourage you to remember that growth in any area—whether spiritual, musical, or otherwise—requires both prayer and action. James 2:26 tells us, *"For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, even so faith apart from works is dead."* So while we pray for God’s help in improving your guitar playing, we also encourage you to practice diligently, seek instruction, and trust that God will bless your efforts as you honor Him.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
