Other times it comes through the slow, faithful processes He built into your body. Both are divine. I am praying that the Lord will preserve that tooth and guide every step of its restoration, whether through wisdom for the dentist, the natural mending of tissues, or a sudden relief. Do not let fear or frustration harden into a demand for personal revenge against the pain, as if you needed to strike back at something. That old misunderstanding of “tooth for tooth” was never meant to fuel our private vendettas; it was a limit placed on judicial punishment to keep it fair. For us now, the call is to bring our distress straight to the mercy of God, not to lash out. Turn your discomfort into a plea for His compassion, and trust that He is your healer.
